   My grandma would love these rechargeable hearing aids! Even in congested areas, the clever noise reduction produces crystal clear sound. Comfort is ensured by the volume control's ease of adjustment. They provide a discrete solution to her hearing problems and are essentially undetectable. A handy feature that keeps the hearing aids charged all day with the portable charging case. It comfort and dependability for hearing loss has to have these. Strongly advised!

   On this latest try I hit the jackpot! I have developed hearing loss in both ears after some physical trauma and was looking for a cheaper solution when I discovered these hearing aids. Although I am in my 70s I thought I would follow the instructions and get used to hearing aids. I have had to take them off in the shop as I never realised how much noise was around me. I wholeheartedly recommend this product - I rarely do this but with this product I hope others can enjoy the freedom I now enjoy.

   I have had the painful experience of using many different sound devices to help me hear. This product has, without a doubt, exceeded my expectations. Noise reduction is essential for hearing aids, especially in public places or crowded rooms, 5 out of 5 for this product! Sound is also an important element, you don't want something blasting in your ears, but you want to be able to hear as much as possible, including other people or things like the TV. Again, 5 out of 5 for this product! Comfort, trust me, if a hearing aid is the best in the world, comfort is the biggest downfall, but if it's not as comfortable as this product, I won't use it. 5 out of 5 for this product! The price is amazing, as I am all too familiar with the idea of ​​getting what you pay for, and this product is worth every penny.

   I bought these hearing aids for my 75 year old mom but Medicare would not cover enough for hearing aids so she could not afford them. Well we tried 4 different hearing aids and these were by far the best choice! They come with several ear sizes and work great because she has different sized ear openings. Long battery charge time. Easy volume adjustment. She feels they are secure and if one falls out she can feel it so it is not lost and most importantly she can hear! I highly recommend these hearing aids for a very affordable price!

   I recently started noticing that I needed to turn up the volume when I was watching movies. The audiologist noticed that I could barely hear in my left ear and recommended hearing aids. Unlike the expensive devices that the doctor recommended and part of the insurance cost, these headphones were a perfect choice, reasonably priced, and I paid for them with my HSA card. It really does make a difference, and I can easily turn them off when I feel like I'm hearing too much. I was so happy to find that something so complex works so well that I'm no longer seeking hearing help.

   This is an awesome hearing aid, especially for the money. The volume adjustment is easy to change and there are different modes for different environments, like a conversation or in a restaurants.    The Adrien Hearing representative Aleli Ello who reached out to me and introduced a Pro 2 hearing add to me. This is awesome and great product when I used. It is voice / environmental auto adjusting with push button in the tinny add and easy to operate. I used to have hard time to hear people’s talking and missing some funny things. Once I have pro 2 I will not miss anything. Thanks Auden hearing and Aleli great help and patience in how to quickly use it more effectively.

   I have moderate hearing loss, particularly in environments with background noise. Using the Atom Pro2 hearing aids has made a big difference for me. After a couple of days of getting used to the product, I am able to hear conversations, and general things that I definitely missed before. One of the most used words or sentences for me previously was "what did you say" or something similar. I have been pleasantly surprised that this is no longer the case. I'm very happy with this purchase. Recommended.

I used to have another pair of hearing aids that were less expensive but they only lasted a year and a half and had a lot of feedback noise and one of them stopped working completely.    I've tried several hearing aids before, but this one stands out in terms of comfort. It's so lightweight that I can wear it from morning till night without feeling any discomfort or pressure on my ear. The design is also very ergonomic, fitting snugly in my ear canal. The sound amplification is just right for my level of hearing loss. I can hear the birds chirping in the morning, which I hadn't been able to enjoy for a long time. The battery life is decent too, lasting me through a full day of normal use. Overall, it's an excellent choice for those who value comfort as much as functionality in a hearing aid.

   The service with BetterHearing has been great. I had trouble with my first pair of Atom Pro 2's, and they promptly send me a return label and new pair of aids. I have only had the hearing aids a week, and they are certainly something one needs time to get used to - BetterHearing is very helpful in how they inform you of this break-in period, and the best ways to make it work for you. When I do have the aids in, it is AMAZING how much better I can hear. I have to keep the setting on the lowest value right now, so there is obviously "room" for my hearing to potentially worsen over time and I will be able to use the same equipment. Overall, great hearing aids, and great customer service!

   BetterHearing hearing AIDS are amazing! It's a boon for adult patients. Easy to use - just long press the button to open, adjust the volume with a fingerprint touch, no buttons or tools to adjust. It has excellent noise reduction function, can effectively reduce environmental noise, so that we can hear clearly in a variety of environments. For the elderly, it is an even more intimate companion. Let them communicate better with family and friends. At the same time, the LED power display also lets us know the power situation at any time, without worrying about sudden power failure. It is worth recommending!

   I am sure this is good for a younger older person, but not my 91 year old Mom. It has some great features, but is too complicated for my Mom to master and requires hand dexterity that Mom does not possess any longer. And not All Whole Foods stores will do returns. Beware of that or you could blow a deadline.

   I've been struggling with hearing loss for quite a while and decided to give this hearing aid a try. I'm truly impressed by its sound quality. It clearly amplifies the voices and other sounds around me without any distortion. Whether I'm having a conversation in a noisy café or watching TV at home, it helps me catch every word easily. The fitting was also quite simple and comfortable. I hardly notice I'm wearing it after a while. It's really improved my quality of life and made me more confident in social situations.    This hearing aid has been a wonderful addition to my life, especially due to its outstanding noise cancellation ability. When I'm out in a crowded street or at a busy event, it filters out the background noise effectively and focuses on the voices I want to hear. For example, at a family gathering recently, I could clearly hear my relatives chatting despite the kids running around and making noise. The controls are easy to use as well, allowing me to adjust the volume or switch modes quickly. It's made communication so much easier for me and I'm really grateful for this great product.

   these hearing aids are very good...especially for the price.. miracle ear charges almost $9k and costco is $1500. These hearing aids seem to work fine.. The only thing they dont do is connect to your cell phone... but who cares...a good value for the money..

   Bought this hearing amplifier for my grandfather. I helped him setup everything, which is quit easy, he was able to quickly adjust to the Foreign body sensation in his ears. He also mentioned that these earbuds has great feedbacks and able to easily take down and put them backup.

   One of the things I love most about this hearing aid is its long battery life. I used to constantly worry about my old hearing aids running out of power in the middle of the day, but with this one, I can go about my daily activities without that concern.    My mom can't hear all the dialogue when she's watching TV, she has to turn on subtitles, but that can be annoying. After searching for a product with good reviews and a good price, I ended up purchasing this set. They arrived fully charged and we were able to test them right away. After finding the optimal volume, she was surprised that she could hear everything clearly. The positive impact that the BetterHearing hearing aids have had on her daily activities and overall health has really been remarkable. Due to her dog barking and my dad always talking loudly, she only wears them when watching shows and she's happy with it. If mom is happy, then everyone is happy. We like the fact that you can charge them by placing them in the charging case or plugging the spare plug directly into the amplifier. I also like that it comes with a few different ear tips.

   This really works. My dad is hard of hearing and this has been a life saver for him. Words cannot express how much it has helped him. He can now hear voices on the phone and participate in conversations. Most importantly, he can hear what the doctor is saying without having someone with him.    I bought these hearing aids for my brother who recently became deaf in both ears due to a virus. He can't hear at all in one ear and can only hear loud voices in the other. He was very depressed, so while he was going through various treatments, I thought he should try hearing aids. I knew that there were some suitable products available on , but I didn't expect to buy such an effective, convenient and attractive device! He can choose to use it in one ear or both ears, and his ears will gradually recover. If his hearing never fully recovers, the hearing aids can still be used, and they are rechargeable

   This hearing aid is easy to use and my mom is very satisfied! Said it was comfortable without any discomfort. The automatic switch design makes it easier for her to use it, and she doesn't need to struggle to adjust the buttons.    I bought these as a gift for my grandfather to try out before he committed to his doctor for over $300 worth of headphones. Because he says he has trouble hearing. I was a little skeptical about how well they would perform since they were labeled as amplifiers, but my grandfather tried them out and said they were better than any hearing aid he had purchased at a very high price. He could even hear a little bit in his completely deaf ear. I highly recommend this product. For the price and quality, you can't beat it!

   I bought these hearing aids for my hubby who has severe hearing loss in his left ear. He is not performing well at work because of his hearing loss. We have tried more expensive hearing aids but he won't wear them because he doesn't like the battery dying in the middle of the day. He loves that he can also control the volume on these hearing aids. With his old hearing aids, he couldn't control the volume. I am very happy with this purchase.

Even though I don’t have hearing loss, I could tell the sound amplification was clear and natural. It didn’t feel overly processed, and the voices came through distinctly without sounding too loud or harsh. I imagine these would be ideal for someone who needs a boost in everyday settings, whether they’re spending time with family, going to a restaurant, or enjoying nature.    The hearing aids did not work - feedback was unresolvable . Contacted BetterHearing customer service - tried to trouble shoot without success. Customer service rep offered to replace the existing hearing aids with a replacement set with additional accessories at no cost.

   I rarely if ever write a review unless the product is truly outstanding. My husband has prescription hearing aids that cost thousands of dollars. He bought them about 15 years ago and hated wearing them. He never liked them. I thought, technology has advanced so much in the last 15 years, maybe people could buy a simple pair of hearing aids online without a prescription? I looked online and saw several companies raving about hearing aids and promoting them heavily. So I do know people can buy them without going to the doctor. I thought I'd check out since they have great honest reviews. After reading all the reviews and seeing the cheap price, I thought we'd give it a try. Once they arrived, I charged them (took less than 2 hours) and then my husband read the easy to follow instructions and put them in his ears without re-adjusting them, no annoying batteries to replace!

   I helped my 90 year old client purchase this product. The price was very affordable and the sound from the hearing aid is clear and crisp. It fits her ears perfectly and comes with different sized ear cones for a perfect fit. My client was able to use it on her own easily and the volume control is easy to turn up or down. My mother's hearing aids were expensive ($1900) and needed to be replaced frequently, and this is much better for the price! Saved a lot of money and I highly recommend this product!

   Bought this hearing aid for my Mom as she was having difficulty hearing with her current one. Unfortunately she could not adjust as she was used to her current style hearing aid. Was impressed with the quality of this product, including the charging/UV cleaning case. I could hear fine when testing them...was never able to hear anything with her current hearing aid. Customer service was great when I needed help in learning how to adjust the settings and also in returning the item. They were very friendly and helpful.

   Don't hesitate! I was a little worried because the price difference between our previous hearing aids, which cost $150 (two sets! What a bummer!), and these $50 hearing aids was so huge that it felt like they might be terrible. But in reality, they are the same! Extremely high quality, even my dad hears better with just one. The earbuds fit perfectly in his ear canal, and there are multiple sizes to choose from if a smaller or larger tip is needed. They also come with two chargers! A dual charging case for easy storage, and a charging cable for quick charging or travel. The case is awesome too! I was so impressed with this company and brand. In fact, we bought another set as a backup. Every box is carefully checked, how could you go wrong? Excellent quality, incredible price, so easy to use, simple volume adjustment, and almost invisible when wearing them. I really love them!

   I ordered these hearing aids for my husband who has dementia. Unfortunately, he could not tolerate them and had to return them. I have to say I haven't had that good of service in quite sometime. The rep I spoke to was very understanding and kind given our circumstansences. She said she would send me a prepaid shipping label to return the hearing aids. When I hadn't received it 5 days later...I was surprised that the rep contacted me to follow up. She resent the email....but I still could not receive it. I determined there must be an issue with my email...so she attached and text it to me. I must say it has been a long time since receiving service that good. I would not hesitate doing business with BetterHearing again.

   My dad lost his expensive hearing aids while he was in the hospital on his way to a treatment facility. He had a really hard time dealing with nurses and visitors while he was in the hospital. We either had to write down what we were saying on paper to tell him or had to yell which disturbed other patients on the floor. I bought these hoping they would help. When I put one in his left ear, which was worse than his right, he looked at me with a smile and said "I can hear". He said it made him happy and he was excited. I put one in his right and it was the same. He said it was the first time he could hear clearly. We highly recommend this product. We have tried others and they seemed fuzzy or had a lot of static. They work so well that I bought two sets so that he has a constant backup while charging.

   The BetterHearing is a great product. It is well-made, and the sound is incredible. They work straight out of the box. The setup was easy. It took me a day or two to find the right size earpiece, but now they are locked in. They are extremely comfortable, and the battery life is incredible. I can go all day and into the night and not worry about them running out of juice. The case is small, and being that it recharges the earpieces, you can go days without plugging in. The UV cleaner in the case is an added bonus. Great Job BetterHearing!!!

   This was a blessing for me when I lived with my dad. He had very poor hearing and refused to use hearing aids. These hearing aids are actually really great and easy to use because they fit snugly on the ear and are not easy to lose. They have an on/off switch and clear volume control. His hearing improved significantly after wearing these hearing aids! His previous hearing aids were expensive but were garbage for him because they would never fit properly. These hearing aids are perfect for any hearing impaired parent who needs a little help! I will definitely be buying another pair!

   I got these hearing aids to help a relative with hearing loss, and setting them up was surprisingly easy.    I bought these for my best friend. He lost his hearing after being a firefighter for many years. We have tried many other products and they seemed to work but then there would be a screaming noise or he couldn't hear anymore. We decided to try these products and we are really glad we did! He says they are comfortable in his ears; he can hear conversations; they are easy to use and the piercing screaming noise we heard is almost non-existent! You get 2 earbuds in a convenient box and they are easy to charge. These have changed the way he thinks about himself and his ability to participate in conversations! These products have changed my life. The sound is fantastic, it only takes a little bit of adjustment and it fits his ears nicely, it's very comfortable, he's very happy and so am I.

   I can't put into words how much these hearing aids have improved my daily life. The five levels of adjustable volume allow me to customise my sound to my environment.    I bought these aids for around- the-house use (cleaning the bathrooms, puttering in my workshop etc.). I have a pair of Jabra Enhance50"s as well which I call my Sunday-Go-To Meetin' hearing aids that I rely on for watching tv or playing music. I find the Lengtorgi pair perfect for conversing with the wife at dinner and such and the battery life of the units are at least 12 hours. The sound quality is very good but they don't work well if you are playing a musical instrument. The frequencies modulate when given a raw musical instrument signal like an acoustic or electric guitar. I really didn't expect the BetterHearing aids to work well in that musical instrument situation. These are great all-around hearing aids at an excellent price, especially if the user doesn't want to fiddle around with a phone app.

   These have a charging case like the Airpods. They look like the images they have posted on the listing and fit behind your ears. If you have small ears they may look too big for you. The shade of the skin color is like the bandaids you get in a CVS, so if someone looks at you from behind, they'll notice it.

   These are by far the best hearing aids I’ve ever used. The sound is clear, even in noisy environments, and the volume adjustment feature is easy to use. I love that they’re rechargeable—I don’t miss dealing with disposable batteries at all. The noise cancellation is superb, and they’re so comfortable I forget I’m wearing them. Highly recommend!

   If you like the TV louder than average people and you want to hear things at a normal level, these are a good buy. Being rechargeable and having NC and volume control make them super nice. When the A/C was on I'd have to have the TV turned all the way up because I couldn't hear it the noise canceling doesn't cut all the background noise out but most of it. These have easy controls and are comfortable as far as these things go and I totally recommend them for anyone needing hearing aides especially if your insurance won't cover hearing aides.

Sono davvero piccolissimi ed entrano nelle orecchie come gli apparecchi acustici di marca che possiedo. Da principio, appena indossati, fischiavano ma, come dicono le istruzioni, basta cambiare la misura delle gommine e tutto rientra. Devo dire che sono perfetti e non trovo alcuna differenza tra quelli di marca e questi. Sono davvero perfetti! Sono contenta dell'acquisto. Poi non so se dureranno nel tempo come gli altri che non sono eterni ma qualche anno durano. Vedremo la durata. Ma per il resto sono un ottimo acquisto. Sono contenta. Durano tantissimo!    I love taking these hearing aids with me when I travel. The long battery life means I don’t have to worry about recharging them constantly, and they come with a compact charging case that’s easy to carry.    First, I liked the professionalism of my CS rep. I also liked the quick shipment of my Atom pro 2. The instructions were easy to follow, set up was easy, and there was a good variety of ear domes for the ear canal (to adjust the fit). There are 5 different volume levels and four different modes to fine tune my hearing, depending on the situation. Finally, once I made the purchase, I have peace of mind that customer service is a phone call away! Oh, and as I bonus, the price was hundreds of dollars less than going to the audiologist! I highly recommend the BetterHearing Aton Pro 2!

   I received the hearing aids today. I had never used aids before. I was getting a constant feedback tone when I placed the aid in my ear canal. I contacted the BetterHearing help line. I spoke with a gentleman named 'Ben.' Ben could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable!. Within a very short time the issue was resolved. Ben then took the time to explain some of the nuances of the hearing aids. There were no "Choose 1 out of 10" choices to get to speak to a REAL human and not a bot. I cannot thank Ben enough for his assistance and expertise. IN terms of the hearing aids, I am literally hearing sounds I was not even aware of before. The aids, as I am sure any would be, are an adjustment. It has now been about four hours and the adjustment of having something in my hear becomes more accommodating with each hour. The aids are very comfortable and obviously very well made. Thank you and "Thank you" Ben for your assistance.

   These are the best hearing aids I have ever used. Conversation is very crisp. Noisy restaurants are easy to with stand. The TV mode really brings the volume up. Outdoors is a joy as I can hear the birds singing and the noise reduction feature muffles the sound of lawn mowers and leaf blowers. I can't recommend this product strongly enough. Mary also was an excellent connection to BetterHearing.s services. Thanks for a great product.

   I had tried OTC behind the ear style hearing aids, however every time I removed my glasses they tended to be pulled off and out. I purchased the BetterHearing II (in the canal) and my only problem was that at full volume (level 5) I was getting excessive feedback. I contacted Ben at BetterHearing customer service and he was able to suggest two ideas that took care of the problem. One was to try larger domes (included) and to rotate the hearing aid so the removal wire was at the 6:00 o’clock position. These moves reduced any feedback tremendously. The customer service was courteous, fast, and efficient. I truly appreciate the quality, adjustability, and value of the BetterHearing II.

   This is the third brand of hearing aids I have gotten for my mother. What I like about these is they have a on and off switch instead of a button. When she put the hearing aids in your ear you accidentally push that button every single time, and she get frustrated because it messes with the volume. These seem to work great for her, all that all that matters.

   I have a moderate hearing loss in both my ears and my hearing aids usually cost around $4000. When I found this brand years ago it was such a blessing in my life, I have been able to get my hearing aids on my own without having to save for years!    Quality is very acceptable, these are basic, functional hearing aids. No advanced technology such as Bluetooth adjustable sound, on/off, or mute…but certainly due the job as designed. You get a decent pair of hearing aids at a very low price. Perhaps a backup pair if you can afford the much higher priced sets. For the price, I recommend ,but if you can pay for the Bluetooth technology, that would be a better route, if not these are fine.

   I was having issues with the BetterHearing in the ear hearing aids. They popped out all the time and I even lost one. These are over the ear and they have four settings and are as good as my 4000 dollar hearing aids. My expensive ones were really good at volume adjusting. These things work great. I've gone and bought another pair that will blue tooth to my phone. I did change the domes and didn't use the ones that came with the hearing aids. I have very small ear canals and I needed a much smaller dome.

   These are the most amazing hearing aids! I have had a couple others, and they did not work near are wonderful as these! These have 4 levels and each level has 5 volume levels which are easy to adjust right in your ear! They are small, in the ear design which makes them easy to put in and also be hidden from sight! Most important to me is that I can hear when speaking on the phone, as compared to the ones that have speakers behind the ear! If you struggle with hearing conversations, you must try these Pro 2 by BetterHearing. So comfortable, you will forget you are wearing them! Great charging case which lasted a week! And, they are so affordable…no reason not to hear your family or TV!

   I had NANO hearing aids and when one was damaged I decided it was time to replace with a new pair. Instead I found these and per the reviews decided to give them a try. So glad I did. I hear a cleaner sound and have found I don't have to adjust the volume on the TV hardly at all anymore. I'm hearing everything much better and clearer now.    I was a former user of hearing aids prescribed by an audiologist; but, when they broke, I could not afford another set that would run me well over $7,000. After doing my due diligence for the new OTC available hearing aids, I decided on the ION BTE by BetterHearing. After a month of use, I find these hearing aids to be a wonderful replacement for my old hearing aids. What is really terrific is the fact that I don't have to change batteries. Since I use these from morning to bedtime, I choose to recharge them every night. I have a full charge the next day. The ION BTE is smaller and lighter to wear than my previous hearing aids. This is important since I use glasses all day as well. The instruction manual is simple to comprehend, but one needs to pay attention to every word. I would encourage anyone experience even a little hearing loss to purchase a pair of the BetterHearing ION BTE.

   Received my BetterHearing hearing devise and am pleased with many features...... most important of all, that I can ' hear ' clearer and very pleased with the FIVE different levels by just pushing onto to the devise while still " in " my ear. Second most important, when charging case is connected to power----an ' U V ' light is powered on for a disinfecting process. Third, I appreciate any help I may need by contacting the BetterHearing support team, who by the way were very helpful on my first try.....many other features were found when I read the ' entire ' manual. thank you BetterHearing

   They work! I used them for TV and could easily hear the dialogue clearly—a big improvement for me. BUT they are loud and you should start with a low setting on the volume as the instructions recommend. I also had to try out a larger plastic dome in order to get a good seal and stop the squealing sound. It took some time but when I finally had them in correctly they produced a new world, especially the high sounds. I heard my puffer jacket when I moved! I'm happy.

   Having been an BetterHearing customer for years, I expected this to be good, but I really didn’t expect this level of improvement. This new model offers control over both the volume and background noise all from I single button and while they are still in your ears. This new model is smaller than its predecessor and yet more powerful. The recharger case is portable, magnetic, and backlit for easy storage and is able to refresh the earbuds several times after it is disconnected from the AC, making overnight travel a wireless experience. All in all, this new model is quite an upgrade from the former model.

   I have used the BetterHearing Pro 2 for 3 days. I is very easy to insert in the ear and adjust to the desired hearing aid you need. It is hard for anyone to know you are utilizing a hearing aid. I had a behind the ear hearing aid at a cost of $3000. The BetterHearing Pro 2 is $300. There is no comparison. I think more people would purchase a hearing aid if they knew a $300 aid is as good as the $3000 one. No question this hearing aid is a good deal. I became a believer! Tim Gross

   These hearing aids work! that's the bottom line, the sound clarity is amazing, I didn't realize that there were all those other sounds happening around me and now it's great to not have my wife repeat herself (several times) I really like the levels that are available, I am only using level two and I am able to hear everything around me. This was a very good investment, I know that there are much more expensive products out there but for the money, these can't be beat. The customer service with advice on setup and use was outstanding. Thanks BetterHearing!

   My expectations were exceded after the first five minutes of wearing the Atom Pro 2. I was at home and could hear the TV clearly as well as talk to my husband. Of course I had to try them out in a crowd so I went food shopping and my hearing remained clear with no background noise. One added advantage is that I wear them at night after my husband goes to sleep. I'm able to watch TV and keep the volumne low as not to disturb him. If I can give one thought, I wish they were smaller. They are slightly visible. I would like to add that "Angel" from your company has been wonderful to work with.

   I purchased very expensive hearing aids 16 years ago and did not "adjust" to them nor experience better understanding during conversation. Movies and TV were no longer understandable and my wife was not happy about it. She got me these BetterHearing hearing aids and I was stunned to find these relatively cheap hearing aids WORK! I can turn the volume up and hear. I have used them for a month now and even TV is understandable. They are cheap enough I purchased another pair as a gift for a friend who has the same issues with hearing aids. Follow the same process of adjusting to them and learning the device features and you can hear again!

   I recently purchased a pair of BetterHearing hearing aides. I originally purchased a pair of Pro 1 hearing aids in 2022. I found the Pro 2 hearing aids much easier to use and adjust. The Pro 2 has a push button for switching the volume (5 settings). The same push button, with a 3 second time delay, will switch the listening mode (4 modes) for Conversation, Restaurant, TV and Outdoor. The flexibility to change the volume and listening modes with the aid in the ear makes it very easy to use and adjust audio quality for the best hearing. The Pro2 has restored my enjoyment of TV and conversations. I wear them daily.

   My husband purchased the basic BetterHearing hearing aids and found the battery life was not acceptable, wouldn't recharge after about a week. He just purchased the Atom 2 Pro, the battery life has been very good so far. The main problem he is having is the wax guards plug up very quickly. He had his ears cleaned and flushed by his doctor and still has the same problem, has to change them 3-4 times weekly. Maybe he is putting them too far into his ear, but he puts it in until the feed back stops. He would also like a smaller hearing aid dome as his doctor noticed he had very small ear canals. Overall, he is pleased with these and would buy again.

   I had an appointment with an audiologist (physician). Her test reflected I had mild to moderate hearing loss and would probably not improve. She told me I did NOT need expensive hearing aids and suggested I go to a pharmacy or online for “hearing aids”…and not “hearing enhanced” products. My DIL recommended I try the BetterHearing…she had recently talked her mother and father into purchasing them. I ordered that same day from and received them in a couple days. I spent the first day charging the product and reviewing all the instructions and the online videos. I wore them the first day for just a couple hours…and had no issues with adjusting to them. Within about 3 days I was able to wear 8+ hours. My DIL remarked how easily I adjusted to them. I had them on my recent trip to Ireland…so glad to be able to hear all the commentary!

   I had problems getting both new aids to change modes. Called and talked to Ben, who was beyond helpful, ready to replace after questioning me, he never challenged me. Turns out due to his patience with me I persevered. Both aids just couldn't be defective. Turns out I needed to change the ear buds to a smaller size and work on direction in the canal to be able to hear the mode beeps. Ben was ready to help in any way, didn't diss me when I said they were defective. And when I figured it was user error and sheepishly told him he was great. Anyhow. I highly recommend these aids and this company esp if you don't want to fork out over a grand for just one aid and don't want Bluetooth, smart TV, smartphone, etc. I just wanted to hear better. I highly recommend the Atom.Pro 2. Great company great product. And a big shout out to Ben. Thanks bud

   I have been very patient with this product but I've had enough. I get a constant rhythmic low volume whistling in my right ear only. I've done everything possible to stop it. Change buds, changed ears, cleaned daily. It does not matter where I am or what I am doing it is always there. Nothing to do with cell phones or radio waves or little green men. I tried contacting the customer helpline but all I got were generic answers that did not address my problem. Yes, I've cleaned them. Yes, I've changed wax guards. Etc. Etc. Caveat emptor.    I have been very patient with this product but I've had enough. I get a constant rhythmic low volume whistling in my right ear only. I've done everything possible to stop it. Change buds, changed ears, cleaned daily. It does not matter where I am or what I am doing it is always there. Nothing to do with cell phones or radio waves or little green men. I tried contacting the customer helpline but all I got were generic answers that did not address my problem. Yes, I've cleaned them. Yes, I've changed wax guards. Etc. Etc. Caveat emptor. The difference between these and the in-ear is literally chalk and cheese. The clarity and comfort is very good and so far not one whistle. It takes a bit of adjustment to get used to the balance between the different modes and the appropriate volume but after a few days it gets easier. If you are thinking of getting a set of in-ear and you can afford it, I strongly recommend you spend a bit more and get the behind the ear. Also a special mention for Mary from customer service. Always polite and professional, she was a pleasure to deal with.

   A lot of bang for the buck!! I lost a set of hearing aids that retail for over $2,500 that were covered by my health insurance. But I was not insured for loss. A friend mentioned that the FDA recently approved the purchase of real hearing aids without a prescription to lower costs. I have low to moderate hearing loss in line with individuals my age, 70. Thankfully, I found BetterHearing Pro 2 hearing aids online. I purchased a pair and am extremely pleased. It may not have all the bells and whistles of hearing aids costing 10X more, but it does the job! Like the $2,500 pair I lost, hearing aids take time to get used to. My only advice is patience. The instructions are excellent. The support team is great. I really improves the quality of life.

   These are not helping with the ringing in my ears but it is helping me hear conversation and notifications etc. This is amazing. I have looked at other hearing aids (much more expensive) and they would whistle or give me feed back etc. Compared to the others I have tried these are the BEST. They go inside the ear so no one can see them -- i love that too. You can turn up/down the volume. I am very grateful to have found these and what a bargain. SOO affordable and work GREAT! Thanks

   I decided to order these after seeing favorable reviews on line and really like the sound quality and charging convenience of these. I initially had an expensive pair of hearing aids (over $4000) that required batteries and this became a major inconvenience so after a few years I ordered some OTC hearing aids which performed as well as the expensive ones for much less. These were rechargeable behind the ear and the batteries were failing so I began researching and found these BetterHearing in the canal that received great reviews so I ordered them. I have had them about 3 weeks and am totally pleased with the sound quality and easily adjustable settings. I would definite Recommend them!!

   Bought these for my 90 year old MIL. The audio quality, once inserted and volume properly set, isn’t bad. Our issue was the volume control is exactly where you have to press to get the device into the ear canal. Doing so will boost the volume to near max and make it squeal. It’s hard for an elderly person with arthritic hands to manage. Even I had trouble doing it without it squealing into my ear. She won’t use them and won’t be moved, even though she admits it makes the TV easier to hear. We had to return them.

   The Atom Pro 2 devices immediately on arrival were above anything I could have expected. I initially reviews the videos shared and a quick glimpse at the manual and I put them to use. Only regret is wishing I had paid more attention to the adjustments for the pair. Sound quality and fit were exceptional. Whatade me most happy was the cost. I couldn't believe this set worked above my expectations. Having expected to pay audiologists and then finding devices wouldn't be covered by insurance had me puzzled. I was going to have to pay in the $1000's to see if I needed hearing aids. Not 100% sure I made the leap and for fractions of the cost I have my hearing back. One great option was also the adjustable settings independent of each other. I could fine tune each ear or just wear one. No one ever noticed I was wearing them either. All in all supremely excited and happy with the purchase! Thanks BetterHearing!

   I purchased the BetterHearing Hearing AIDS 2 weeks ago. My experience so far has been excellent. A recent hearing test showed Ihad mild to moderate hearing loss. I decided to try the OTC option in lieu of more expensive models and settled on the Atom Pro 2. The ability to hear clearly was immediate using the lowest volume level. It took a little trial and error to find the right dome size and to “learn” to use the volume and mode control settings. The improvement in my ability was immediate. I’m happy with the product performance and price. The sub $300 price given the charging case, battery life, and self cleaning feature is an excellent value. Also glad that I tried this option instead of the more expensive prescription option. The Atom Pro 2 has very much met my needs!

   Work really well and you don't even feel them in your ear. Which means if you flip your hair, take off your glasses, or scratch your ear, they can be dislodged and fall out if you are not paying attention. Recommend you add the Retention Lock (size Large from EarMall, pack for Rexton, fit perfectly). Also called the Sports Lock and a trivial expense. Because I had worn an expensive one in my left ear for about 9 years and never had it fall out, I did not expect a problem but my right ear must be shaped differently and in the first 24 hours, I could not keep it in so had a major problem. Now I have added a lanyard too as purchased here on , but it is kind of inconvenient though worth it to not lose the $500 hearing aids. The manual says it comes with the smallest ear pieces installed, but mine came with the middle size installed.    I really like everything about the Atom Pro 2. I like the charging system I like the Mode and volume selections; they seem most helpful. Maintenance seems easy. At this date, there is nothing I do not like. I just worry because of past hearing aid experiences (Eargo, for example) that it may not be long until the charging begins to fail. I am sorry but only photo I have is Driver's License and I don't know how to transfer that to the spot above. I am 78 years old if that helps. I hope I have answered this correctly. I am willing to try and do beter.

   My last hearing aid only lasted 16 months and the battery stopped charging. I bought this one because of good reviews and I completely agree. It's not a sound amplifier where every sound is amplified. When the A/C kicks in, it is not the predominate sound I hear. It is relegated to background noise as it should be. It is easily adjustable, comfortably worn and long lasting battery. If something happens to it, I will update.

   This new rendition of the BetterHearing Behind The Ear (BTE) hearing aid is a major step forward from their first BTE's. The controls are much more user friendly and make using these a joy. I really appreciate the on/off switch. It makes it very easy to save battery life when not in use. The volume/mode control rocker switch gives you preBetterHearinge control over both volume and mode selection. Changing listening mode is very easy and preBetterHearinge. The sound quality is exceptional, I am hearing sounds I haven't heard in a long time. These hearing aids are truly an exceptional value.

   This does work well. My hubby is hard of hearing and this is a life saver for him. It has helped him more than words can say. He can now hear on the phone and participate in conversations.    I have tried various hearing aids before. I suffer from Tinutus, and my doctor asked me to try some expensive hearing aids (probably 6 times more than these BetterHearing ones). I tested the expensive ones for a week and returned them. The BetterHearings were easy to set up, and the sound coming from them was very clear. They have 5 volume levels and also different modes (similar to equalize settings) for the different types of situations you are in. Also, they fit perfectly in my ear and did not fall out. In addition, the battery life was super. I started wearing them for only 2 hours, but I am not wearing them for most of the day in a lot of comfort. I would buy these again in an instant but I am hoping that they come up with another pair that has Bluetooth technology. I will be the first in line to buy them.

   Wearing them for a few days, I would like to say that the hearing aid set worked for my grandpa. He can listen to music and watch TV again. The sound quality is nice too. There is no issue at all.    The charging design is very convenient and the battery life is very long, which saves the trouble of frequent battery replacement. Moreover, the LED power display allows me to know the power status at any time to avoid the embarrassment of sudden power failure.    The BetterHearing ION is the best and most affordable of the OTC hearings aids that I have tried and the most comparable to my old, far more expensive Rx hearing aids. They are more comfortable and feel more secure than in-the-canal models, plus they are nearly invisible. The ION not only amplifies voices, it provides greater sound clarity than the other OTC hearing aids I have tried. As I do not have the patience to change batteries, I appreciate that the ION is rechargeable and and comes with a rechargeable case. The charge lasts far longer than the six to eight hours that I need them for. Although I initially found the controls on the devices somewhat awkward to manage, as I became accustomed to them and determined the settings that I need, that issue disappeared. In other words, I recommend the BetterHearing ION to anyone looking for a low-cost, high-quality hearing aid.

   I got these for my dad. He's had hearing loss for a few years now and he's gone to many ear doctors and tried on the expensive hearing aids but those things cost around $5000. Way to much and insurance wont cover any part of it. I heard a commercial on the radio and did some research on these and discovered they are one of the top otc hearing devices available. So we decided to give these a try and we were blown away by their quality and they are in fact just as good as the high priced ones. They work so well I have to readjust how I talk to my dad because I'm used to yelling while i talk! I even walked to the other side of the room and spoke at a normal volume and he heard me perfectly. Before these i could yell from that distance and he wouldn't know what i was saying barely hearing me. Long story short, if you can't afford those high priced hearing aids and are wondering if these are any good. The answer is YES! Get it now you wont be disappointed.

   I returned the first pair of hearing aids because I had an issue with one of the two. It could have been operator error, but I am not sure. I contacted the manufacturer directly and was surprised by the excellent level of service! The manufacturer shipped me a new pair within hours after my first call. The second pair has worked great, and I have had multiple follow up communications with the manufacturer checking to see how things are working. I paid over $5000 for my mom’s hearing aids and these hearing aids are of the same quality at a fraction of the cost. I strongly recommend these hearing aids to anyone because of the packaging/instructions, product quality, and the outstanding level of customer support.

   I rarely do reviews but felt this was important to share. I just had to move my mom into assisted living and with that came a lot of life changes. One of which was he increased difficulty hearing and participating in conversations in her new space that has a lot of noises in the common areas. She also has been having difficulties with phone calls and turning the TV too loud. I began my search for hearing aids and was shocked at the cost. Luckily I found these on and they were marked as best seller and the price was actually affordable. So we gave them a shot. My mom has used them for now just a little over a week and they are amazing! She is able to participate better in conversations, have better quality phones calls, and not turning her TV so loud her neighbors can hear. I would recommend these to anyone looking into a reasonably priced set of hearing aids for either themselves or loved one.

   These small, inconspicuous hearing aids have me hearing conversations better than I ever have! They are small and fairly inconspicuous compared to many other ones. They take a little getting used to but worth the effort if you have trouble hearing voices in a variety of settings. Very convenient to carry the case in your pocket, putting them away and recharging them at the same time. Battery life is terrific!

   What a pleasant surprise to buy something that far exceeds my expectations! My BetterHearing ion hearing aids have done that. There are 9 volume levels, 3 mode settings, 2 types of ear domes that come in 3 sizes and wax guards that can easily be replaced. It dings and chimes as I make adjustments. I have a 50% hearing loss in each ear and have the volume level at four. The sound is very clear! Although help is available online, I found the instruction manual to be all I needed. I’m 84 years old and not online anyway… BetterHearing claims the hearing aids will last five years. I’ll be more than satisfied that for $500, I get three years!

   Purchasing these rechargeable hearing aids for my elderly mother was one of the best deBetterHearingions I have ever made. Due to their excellent noise reduction capabilities, they were very effective in improving her hearing, especially in noisy environments. The three available modes are perfect for her different lifestyle, allowing her to switch settings depending on whether she's at home, in a busy supermarket or at a family event.    Surprisingly, these work and have helped me in certain situations. I use the lowest settings only and this has helped me hear things a lot more clearly.    Wow! What a treat to hear everything so clear. What have I been missing? The BetterHearing ION Wireless Rechargeable OTC Hearing Aid is nearly invisible. No one would know you were wearing a hearing aid. It is sleek, comfortable and provides high-quality sound. What I really like is there are not batteries to deal with. The device has it's own charging case and holds a charge for many hours. The volume can be adjusted as well as modes can be set for Outdoor, Indoor or General usage. There is no feedback. Would I recommend this product... You Bet! Give it a try, you won't be sorry.

   Product did help me hear a lot better, especially conversations in restaurant, where I could now hear 8 people all the way to each end of the table. The written info provided was very helpful in knowing what to expect immediately and over the long term, including knowing that one has to build slowly the daily hours of usage starting with 2 hours at first. The one thing that was a bit of a bother was that if I was driving at 40 MPH or faster with the window down, the rush of air was too loud in the product for me to hear the radio well; I don't see this as a complaint, as that effect happens to a lesser but noticeable degree without hearing aids. I do recommend this product as at least a starting point compared to going straight to doctor-provided hearing aids that cost $2,500 or more; I have a elderly friend who started with the pricey ones and hasn't been happy with those, & she would have saved money by at least trying the Atom 2 Pro first.

   The noise reduction on these hearing aids is superb! I have trouble hearing in crowded places, but these filter out background noise so I can focus on conversations.    I got these hearing aids for my grandpa, and they’ve honestly been a game-changer for him! He used to have a really hard time keeping up with conversations, especially when there was a lot of background noise, but now he can hear everything so clearly. The noise reduction works wonders.    I am just starting out wearing hearing aids and I basically use them to watch TV at a reasonable volume level. I’ve tried about a half dozen different variety of hearing aids both in the ear and behind the ear and the Adam pro 2 works out the best for me. Sound quality for me was as good or better than the more expensive hearing aids.

   Update: Company came through and will be replacing the set that had one dead aid.... no hassle at all, just provided purchase information and another set in on order. For inexpensive hearing aids, these fill the bill until such a time as a higher quality is required. Bought the cheapest version from Walmart in June, one of the aids died within 30 days. So, decided to upgrade to these Atom Pro 2 expecting better quality and lifespan. NOT SO MUCH, again, one of the aids has simply died less than 60 days after purchase. Case is fully charged, pocket for aid shows green for fully charged, but aid just doesn't work. no whistle, no feedback, no hearing. Unless BetterHearing does something to make this right we are DONE with their brand of hearing aid.....

   This is a hard review to write since it's my wife that wears them. I've tried them on and compared them to my prescription hearing aids and there's no comparison. I felt these were more of a glorified sound amplifier. There're a few environment settings, but that's it for customizing. Also prone to feedback. While the push-button volume adjustment may seem better than some that require a screwdriver, it's very difficult to insert them without changing the volume setting. The case is nice with a built-in charging battery that seems to last a very long time.

   I have always had trouble hearing when I am in a noisy room for as long as I can remember. I thought I would try this amplifier and see how it worked for me. It has been amazing! I can hear people and the TV now when I couldn't before. I love that I am able to sit with my friends and family while watching something on the TV and be able to follow along with the rest of them. It is nice that it can be worn in my right or left ear. The assorted sizes of ear caps mean I can always find the most comfortable ones. My favorite thing is the large button on the front to operate it. I never have to fumble around looking for it.

   So, I got these for my dad because he's being super stubborn about getting hearing aids and I'd like to be able to watch tv with him without the tv being on maximum volume. This is a great value considering what it does. He's been keeping it on the end table next to the couch and actually puts it on when watching tv. The rest of the family no longer needs to yell over the tv to speak to each other and our household is otherwise harmonious. It'd be nice if he wore it in other situations, but we'll take our wins where we can get it.

   These earbuds arrived well packaged. Upon getting them out of the box I charged them immediately. They got to full charge quickly and with ease. Once fully charged it was super ease to Bluetooth connect them to my phone. They fit in my ears well and with ease providing wonderful and excellent audio directly to my ear drums. These are super comfortable to wear as well and I honestly forgot I had them in! I was pleased with the audio quality and how well they performed!

   I got these hearing aids from Vine, and they have been quite handy so far. The first thing that I really appreciated was how easy they were to use. With the large mechanical button, there isn’t a lot of fiddling around. My relative was able to quickly figure out how to adjust the volume and switch between different modes, and the instructions were simple enough to follow. Plus, these hearing aids are compact but not too small to handle, and they came with a charging case. The LED display that shows the battery level for both the left and right side which is incredibly useful, so there’s no guessing when it’s time to charge. They hold charge long enough to last through most of the day, which is great because nobody wants to keep taking them in and out to recharge. They are also pretty lightweight, so carrying them around hasn’t been an issue at all.

   Got these hearing aids for my 81 year old mother and she absolutely loves them. Very east for her to adjust the volume up and down depending on the situation she's in, whether she's in a crowded room and very loud or at home where watching TV and needs them allitle louder there very easy for her to control. She can wear them all day and doesn't bother her ears like some others have before and fits perfectly allowing her glasses to not push down or move around like some others she had. Can't beat the price for these, there as good as or better then $1000+ hearing aids she had before. So 5* so far for the sounds, the value and quality of these hearing aids.

   They fit! Very light weight but sit comfortably even with eye glasses on. Most importantly they stay on . They were excatly what I needed in today’s world.    My grandma’s hearing is getting worse and worse. I need to speak loudly in her ear so that she can hear clearly. To help her communicate with others more smoothly, I bought her this hearing aid. It comes with a charging case that can safely store and charge the hearing aid. When fully charged, the case can charge the hearing aid about three times, which is enough for my grandma. The noise reduction function of this hearing aid is pretty nice, allowing my grandma to hear others more clearly. It is also comfortable to wear, and its lightweight design does not cause discomfort even after long-term use.

   This is a very discreet device. Stays comfortably in your ear if you choose the right size rubber thing to use. It amplifies everything. It does seem to prioritize voices if you are having a conversation. You can turn thr volume up or down by twisting the dial with your finger nail before you place the device in your ear. All in all a great experience. Causation, if you can hear well the sound may be overwhelming. Definitely for those with hearing loss already.

   I like the hearing aids because they fit my mom perfectly. It helps her hear better. They are easy to use and easy to put on. The hearing aids blend in with my mom’s ear, which is nice. They are high quality and my mom can finally hear what I say clearly now. They are also hard to break when stepped on. It both can fit on both ears so my mom doesn’t need to worry about wearing them wrong and them falling off. They are easy to use. There are only two buttons, After I showed my mom how to use it, she can use it by herself now.

   I purchased these for myself and was very pleased when they arrived quickly. I ended up in the hospital and when I had the chance to try them out I found that even the smallest caps wouldn't allow them to stay safely seated. We searched everywhere for smaller ones, but to no avail. I was doubly disappointed when I learned that I had missed the window to return them. I plan to sell them if possible.

   So far, this product is good! I've only had it 4 days but I needed to get this initial review out. The instructions that came with the product were woefully short of the necessary information. I don't like getting on the phone since I'm hard of hearing, so I went to YouTube. There is a thirty-minute video on YouTube that tells you everything you would ever want to know about this product.    I'm used to BTE hearing aids so this requires a learning curve. It functions well, as advertised; good sound quality, noise cancellation works well enough, the different modes really are different (unlike some cheap aids I've used!), and it's comfortable to wear. After a week I only have minor quibbles; the start sound level is 3 of 5 and I would much prefer it start at 1 of 5 because that's my preference, and each startup I have to go thru the louder levels to get it back to 1 which may trigger some squealing. Also it's very sensitive to touch so it's easy to change the setting when I'm trying to find the sweet spot in my ear, or change modes. Oh, and it doesn't turn off, and I wish it did for loud chores like vacuuming or mowing. All in all I think it's a great value for the price, I'm pleased with the quality, and I would recommend it. This review is my opinion based on owning and using the Atom Pro2 hearing aid, and reflects the same "review" I posted to BetterHearing.

   I am a frequent fire from BetterHearing I have purchased the atom pro (multiple times) and the atom pro 2. Once I received the item pro 2 I did a side-by-side comparison between the two they both are great products for the price, very easy to use the sound quality is great , they fit comfortably in the ear. Also the battery life on the atom pro 2 by far exceeds any other hearing aid I've tried I can use them for up to 3 to 4 days until I have to charge them. I'd like to think Bryce for his help from BetterHearing... He is a great asset to their staff.

   The sound quality of the hearing aid is evident, which can effectively amplify the surrounding sound so that older people can easily hear conversations, TV, and phone sounds. Especially in noisy environments, it can filter noise well and highlight the human voice. Hearing AIDS is designed to be very ergonomic and very comfortable to wear. It is lightweight and small and can be worn all day without ear discomfort. The earplugs are soft and can adapt to different ear shapes without pressure. The hearing aid operation is effortless, and adjusting the volume and mode is very convenient. Even for older people unfamiliar with electronic devices, they can be easily used.

   Some people require extremely expensive hearing aids that only focus on certain tones and pitches. Those hearing aids could be extremely expensive. These hearing aids are extremely affordable and provide a great solution for people who are hard of hearing across the entire pitch and tone base. A lot of older people don’t need super expensive hearing aids they just need the ability to amplify the sound around them, which then allows them to hear more clearly, that these are extremely well suited for the job

   These are very high quality, very easy to use, put in your ears, and take out, re-charge hearing aids! They are very small and quite comfortable to wear as well.    The product page says it is a hearing aid case but there is one hearing aid in it. it is actually a hearing amplifier. It is for people who have mild to moderate hearing loss. The hearing amplifier is battery-powered. It comes with several ear domes in different sizes. It is important to choose the right size to avoid echoes. The hearing amplifier works well for watching TV. It amplifies background noises as well.

   These were ordered for my wife since her prescription aids just stopped working. They seem excellent as she can hear good with these. She actually has a bit more than mild hearing loss, but she said they worked fine for her. Unfortunately one of the aids stopped working properly and when I tried comparing to the other aid it started to do the same thing. Just would not amply the volume. I contacted BetterHearing and was treated very well by Karina. She offered to replace or refund. We chose to replace. New ones showed up today, Friday after I called during the weekend. Excellent service. My wife will still need full prescription aids, but these are fine in the interim and to keep as a spare. Her other pair were $4800 top brand hearing aids and we have no idea why they quit. We decided we wouldn't even attempt to have them repaired. For the brand and money they were always having one issue or another. Amazing how an aid for a fraction of the price can still do the job.

   I just got these and they seem to be worth sticking with. Fit well(various ear buds...that's up to you), charging and the case for devices very nice. It could use a small single case for charging case, and accessories(currently keeping everything together on a pint size zip lock bag...not ideal), sound 1-5 very easy to operate(No more taking the devices out and using a tiny screw driver to adjust) it's all done with ONE button on device while in your ear...great solution, there are 4 other settings for various environments...also very easy to access with one simple button. Right now just getting accustomed to the sounds I hadn't heard in a long time. Definitely think I made a good purchase.

   My grandmother had hearing loss, so I bought this hearing aid for her. This hearing aid is delicate and small, wearing in the ear without any burden, it feels like a pair of exquisite Bluetooth headphones. It is also more convenient to debug, I told my grandmother several times she will also use.    If I have to hear one more time, "Grandma when are you going to get hearing aids!" one more time! I have tried 3 different magnifiers and all were usless due to the lack of noise cancellation. These are amazing! The ability to change settings with the push of a button makes it very user friendly. Don't listen to the naysayers about the feedback. I had the same issue at first. Don't give up! You need to find the the correct dome to fit your ear canal. Each ear will probably be different. When you get it right it creates a little suction a settles right in and the feedback goes away. Very comfortable when they fit just right. Driving down the road the noise is deafening and with a few beeps to change setting you are good to go. No more subtitles on the TV! I'm going to use the $2000 I saved and go on vacation!    I've been using regular hearing aids for almost 5 years. My aids are "half-shell" and conform to my ear canal. However, they hurt my ears if I wear them too long in one day or for two or three days in a row. Plus, they haven't been that helpful lately and that really frustrates my wife. I needed a solution, but didn't have $5-6K for a new set. So I thought I'd try these. I've worn them a few days, and so far they help me hear better. They're more comfortable than my old hearing aids, but they've had one noticeable issue: for me, they generate some feedback. I hear this feedback when the aids move around - start to pull out, or when something moves my ear canal like chewing or blowing my nose. I found it helped to switch to the smaller dome.

   My grandma and grandpa both have hearing loss, my grandfather's ears work much better than my grandma's. I tried to give them to her but she didn't even try to use them, so I gave them to my grandpa and they helped with his ability to hear outdoors. He didn't like the little plastic piece though, he said it didn't serve a purpose. He also shakes his head around a lot since he does farmwork and they didn't fall out, but to be on the safe side I have decided to get some that have a secure attachment to the back ear. Either way, these worked well for him, if these were for my grandma I would have kept them.

   Great product for the money! I have trouble hearing softer voices unless I'm looking directly at the person, but with this I hear and understand most of it. I also hear road noise so I don't wear it while driving and wind noise is a distraction. Overall the pros outweigh the cons and if I were buying one today I would buy it again.

   I’m hard of hearing all of my life with 65% hearing loss. Needed something as a backup aids since my 8 year old Starkey is breaking down. To my amazement of how much volume this can put out. I can’t turn it to full volume because it tend to whistle. I need a better ear mold to prevent whistling issue. All in all, this little aids got some good punch!

   I just got these hearing aids at Christmas I am so happy with them. They fit very well in the channel of my ears. You can press the aid button 5 times in order to adjust the volume that you need. it comes with several assessories, hearing aids case that recharges itself. Has extra Cerumen caps, ear domes. usb cable and a easy manual to read. They fix perfect in my ear. Now when I'm out at Restaurants I can adjust my hearing by tapping my aid. These are hearing aids works better than amplifiers. I highly recommend them. The price is great!!

   I was told I have extremely bad hearing so Instead of purchasing the very expensive hearing aids first i wanted to try some inexpensive ones. They work, takes some getting used to with learning to operate and adjust and overall use. I'm sure you get what you pay for but for the time being I'll learn to adjust to these.

   Great product. I had no idea how much I was missing until I bought these Hearing Aids. Nice case, easy to read instructions, solid quality hearing aids. You can't see the hearing aids mostly because they are hidden by my hair over my ears, but even with my hair pulled back, it is hard to see them. The sound is good. It takes a while to get used to the background noise, but then it is like a light bulb came on. The only thing I would change about them is the way you adjust the volume. Other than that, I have no complains.

   I was looking for some inexpensive OTC hearing aids to try to mitigate high frequency tinnitus. I wanted to boost high frequencies to my ears to see if it would help "drown out" the internal ringing. So far it's helping. With the hearings aids inserted and turned on I can hear the TV better without having the volume turned up, and tinnitus is less noticeable. The multiple size domes helped me find the best fit for my ears. Rechargeable batteries eliminate the ordeal of having to buy and replace tiny batteries all the time. Very happy so far.

   I love this high quality Over-The -Counter Hearing Aid--and I have tried four other devices that were 4 X more expensive. They are small and require some study of the instruction manual. Once you select the correct size latex earpiece ( many come with the hearing aid) and adjust the volume control, your ready to hear things in both ears you haven't heard for years! Just start out wearing for 30 min /day for a week and you'll be delighted at such quality and sound for such a low price. I'm a retired Advanced Practice RN (ARNP) and an electronics and radio hobbyist, so I know if a device is medically-sound and well-engineered: This is ! 5+ Stars!

   i have a severe hearing loss in one ear - I wear a specialize hearing device in the other ear. Basically I am deaf without them. The audiologist could not help my right ear - my brother had purchased this set - handed me the right ear one to try - I was SHOCKED that I could hear with it. NO it's not programed to my specific hearing loss BUT it amplifies the sound coming into my right ear and that means I AM being able to "hear" sounds much better. SO THANKFUL I tried these - even though I am only wearing one of them - they are more than worth the price - the one in my left ear was over $2,000 - SO HAPPY.

   Good for someone who has been resisting wearing hearing aids. She can hear us now! It's been a battle.    I bought this hearing aid to give to my grandfather. As he has gotten older, his hearing has deteriorated significantly. He can hardly hear the voices of people around him and even when watching TV, he couldn't hear the sound from the television. This made him feel very bored and unhappy. When I gave him this hearing aid and helped him put it on, he was delighted to hear some sounds as soon as it was turned on. Following the instructions, I adjusted the hearing aid to the mode suitable for watching TV and turned on the television. My grandfather said he could hear very clearly, making watching programs more interesting. Conversations with family members also became easier; there was no need to deliberately shout loudly; normal conversation sufficed. The headphones are rechargeable, and he can conveniently charge them by placing them in the box before going to bed. Overall, my grandfather is happy with this hearing aid.

   I bought these for my dad who is 94 - and he listens to the TV extremely loud. So i purchased these and and played with then for the first 2 week to see how they were. I liked them small, fit right in your ear, the adjustment for the volume was easy. I bought to silicone foam pads just because i were head phones all day for meetings, phones and the gym. The feed back you get from when you first stick them in your ear is short -not to loud and goes away when they are seated correctly in your ear. I had a good experience with them. I will probably by a pair for me

   These are my first set of hearing aids; I have some slight tinnetus. These hearing aids are really small and unnoticeable. I had to try different size earplugs in order to stop the "feedback" squeal. Once seated correctly, then had to adjust the volume {way down}. They amplify all sounds greatly - took some getting used to. Was listening to TV on setting of 20 - 24; with these hearing aids, now listening at 12-13. I don't have any others to compare them to, but for the price I feel that they are well worth it.

   They came almost fully charged but I connected them to power right away to finish. They were easy to use right out of the box. There were several ear things from which I could select; I settled on the 2nd ones I used and did not get any feedback. I used the teeny tiny screwdriver to adjust the level to on the low side and put them in. They were great. The white charging base is small enough to carry in your pocket or purse. The quality is terrific but even if I had to get new ones every year they’re so affordable.

   This hearing aid has effect beyond my expectations, i can feel it from my grandfather's expression. I think we cannot fully comprehend the inconveniences that hearing loss brings to seniors, often leaving them feeling helpless and vulnerable. After my grandfather started using this hearing aid, he could hear what I was saying clearly, and we could communicate naturally, just like when he was younger. It can be used for 18 hours after a full charge of 3 hours, which is sufficient for my grandfather.    I ordered these hearing aids for my mom. One of her ears has some hearing issues. She only uses one of the ear plugs in her ear, and it fits well.    My aged dad, got serve hearing lost. He didn’t really like wearing any aid, he said he is uncomfortable. Tried several before, always start with good, end with complain. Request this one.    I ordered these for my mom after careful review of the comments. It was most encouraging to read they work. My mom was so surprised that they work. She told me her friend has a $5000 pair and they don’t work as well as these do. She does have issues hearing, even with these hearing aids, in a crowded room with background noise. But she uses them only when she needs them and not all the time. It took her awhile to get used to wearing/putting and keeping them in at first. But when she adjusted the plastic cover for her size, it helped. She is overall happy with them.

   Received these hearing aids a few days ago and found them ready to go right out of the box. Showed to be fully charged as received. They fit comfortably and great in my ears, and most importantly, I can 🙉. The instructions are well written and easy to follow, they suggest a 3 week learning curve to get use to them, and I strongly suggest that for anyone who is new to hearing aids or not comfortable with their use. I have been using hearing aids for several years, so I was prepared for them.    Received these hearing aids a few days ago and found them ready to go right out of the box. Showed to be fully charged as received. They fit comfortably and great in my ears, and most importantly, I can 🙉. The instructions are well written and easy to follow, they suggest a 3 week learning curve to get use to them, and I strongly suggest that for anyone who is new to hearing aids or not comfortable with their use. I have been using hearing aids for several years, so I was prepared for them. It seems the UV cleaning feature only works when the case is plugged in for recharging. So I asked if that was correct and if the case could be left plugged in to use it. Sorry if I offend anyone, but the answer I received was 1) poorly written and 2) incomplete. After recontacting them for clarification, I gather that 1) the UV function does only work when the case is recharging and 2) the case should not be left plugged in to extend battery life. BetterHearing, if I have that wrong please correct me. To all, I admit that I am a stickler on customer service having worked in a similar position for several years. I guess expecting a complete answer that's easy to understand may be setting too high a bar. All in all, a great product as long as I can get them.    My grandma has been struggling with hearing loss for a few years now, and it's been really hard for her to hear conversations and enjoy her favorite activities.    The hearing aid was a gift for my grandfather. This model is very easy to use, nicely for the elderly. Grandpa said he can hear clearly now, without any whistling or background noise. It feels comfortable to wear, and communication has become much easier for us. Even after wearing it for a long time, his ears don't hurt. It's very skin-friendly and incredibly comfortable. The volume can be easily adjusted to any level. Very convenient.

   My dad is getting older and is starting to have trouble with his hearing.  I got him these hearing aids to see if they would help.  These hearing aids fit his ears well and he says that they are comfortable to wear.  The hearing aids do a good job of helping my dad hear.  They filter out background noise and let him pick up the voices of the people he is talking to.  He doesn't have to ask people to repeat themselves like he used to.  The hearing aids look and feel like they are constructed well and they are built to last.  They charge quickly and run for a long time from a full charge.  A nice set of hearing aids that will help you hear better, a nice find for my father.

   I love the natural sound. They work great, with very good sound. I can't get them to stop whistling. Of course, i'm profoundly deaf in those frequencies, so my coworkers keep telling me. Worst instructions I've ever seen. but have a static in my ear when using or handling keys which is weird and annoying. Still not sure what to expect as far as expected life of the product. Hoping they will last a while.

   Works pretty good. Definitely helps with British TV shows. Having some issues with feedback squeal. Working on fixing that. They do improve my TV viewing. Charging is easy. 1 Week later. got the squeal to stop. had the wrong size ear piece in. Happy customer.

   We bought these for my mother, who lost her regular hearing aids one by one. They have the same colors so they look similar for her. They are pretty sensitive in the fit so that they take some tweaking and moving to get the humming noise to disappear. But so far so good.

   I was honestly surprised at how well these work. My wife loves them. They don't do noise cancellation, but maybe that's the only downside. She now doesn't speak loudly all the time, and the TV and such are turned down in volume and she can still hear. As explained in the product information, you need to turn them on AFTER they are in your ear and turn them off BEFORE they are removed, otherwise you might get hit with a positive feedback screech. If you have mild hearing loss these are basically perfect!

   bought these for my daughter who was having a hard time hearing but doctors said she was not that bad off, instead of wasting time and money going to so many different doctors we purchased these so easily after reading reviews and we were quite surprised at the ease of use and she was amazed at what she could hear in class. She said she could hear the wiring of someone's pencil. WOW! Pleased with our purchase.

   I used these hearing aids for a short time for a specific purpose, and they performed wonderfully. I'm kicking myself for not ordering them sooner. I was dealing with ruptured eardrums due to bi-lateral middle ear infections, which led to almost total hearing loss in both ears. Especially bothersome was the effect it had on my ability to hear my own voice normally. Imagine talking underwater, or with your head encased in several pillows. I knew that my hearing loss could take weeks to improve, and the only encouraging thing was that I could hear (at higher volumes) when using earbuds. They look like hearing aids, which didn't bother me a bit, In fact, they were a great conversation starter at work, lol. The only suggestion I have is regarding the overall "look" for those who want to be more "discreet" when it comes to hearing aids. If the visible part were a color other than "flesh toned" they might be more appealing to a wider BetterHearingce. I used them daily for about a week, until my ears healed and I could hear semi-normally again (btw, I was "deaf" for 15 days). I wish I had realized these existed a week earlier! I plan to use one of them in the future for situations where "power hearing" is needed, especially when birding.

   Purchased these hearing aids as an affordable option to the several thousand dollar ones offered at the doctor's office. They have great sound! It picks up even the slightest noise! They are comfortable to wear. They feel just like wearing earbuds. No one has noticed that they are hearing aids at all. They seem to have a long battery life too. Very happy with this purchase so far.

   I have moderate age and job related hearing loss. I have tried several other brands with varying degrees of success. None of the “over the counter “ brands I tried delivered the sound quality of this one. It does amplify sound and yet reduces most of the other sharp sounds so a conversation is a normal thing again. I honestly forget I am wearing it most of the time until I touch my ear . I would recommend these.

   Ordered these after a lot of research and they arrived the next day. I am amazed at what I wasn’t hearing before getting them. My TV is set to half the volume level as before and I no longer have to back it up to see what was said. My wife is appreciative as well as she doesn’t have to repeat herself when I have them in.    My husband is absolutely pleased with these hearing aids. First because they are affordable - and they actually work! So well that I s as m having to learn how to talk not as loud as I had to before he got these. “I can hear you now!” 😁 Tip: if you have never worn a hearing aid, wear it a little at a time. It takes a little while to get accustomed to them. But, you will be glad you got them. He can actually have a conversation without the frustration and embarrassment that happen when you can’t hear.

   The hearing aids are a great value! Easy to setup , use and adjust. My husband is very hard of hearing, but after receiving these hearing aids, has no trouble with conversations, even in a noisier venue. He is extremely happy with them, and happy to be part of the conversations again. And last but not least, the price for the pair is great. Work as well as his 1 hearing aid that cost MUCH more !!! Will recommend them to others!

   I am mostly deaf in my left hear and a little bit in my right ear. These definitely helped me to hear better, especially in my left ear. They came with different size domes, for different size ears and also a very nice case to charge them in.

   I have felt that my father has hearing problems since the beginning of this year. Sometimes he seems to have no response when I speak to him. The doctor also recommended that he use hearing aids. Because the situation is not serious yet, I chose this hearing aid for him, which is suitable for mild hearing impairment. After using it for a few weeks, he told me that he liked this product very much and that his hearing had been restored to a great extent. The excessive noise that he was worried about did not happen, and the noise reduction function is excellent. For devices that need to be worn continuously, battery performance is very important. This hearing aid is used with a charging box and can be charged once every two days, which is very convenient. Seeing that my father's hearing has improved and his mental state has improved a lot, I am very grateful for my choice.

She turns them on before placing in the ear and we remove them to change the volume setting. This has worked out well. They are convenient to remove and replace in the ear. It seems to me that these are equivalent to hearing aids my friends have spent far more money for (like 10X). We'll be buying another set for me. Obviously, I recommend these highly.

   Picked up these rechargeable hearing aids for my grandma a couple of weeks ago, and overall, they're doing the trick. The dual microphones are a nice touch - she's been mentioning how she's catching conversations clearer in noisier settings. The hearing aids fit snugly behind her ears, so they're discreet. Grandma’s picky about stuff being visible. She was pretty chuffed about that. The noise cancelling is not a total miracle-worker but noticeably effective.
