The device fit well on my ankle with room for a larger ankle, size 10.5 men's foot. Press and hold the power button and it starts with its first of three massaging modes with low heat. You choose the mode and heat then let it go for its 15 minute cycle.
The massager is louder than expected.
It charges with a USB C charger but has a warning to not have too powerful charger.
The Vita Feet Relieve cordless ankle heating pad is pure magic after a night of dancing in heels. You slip it on, pick your heat and vibration setting, and let it work its wonders. The cordless design means I can sit anywhere without wrestling with cords, and the adjustable fit is spot-on whether it’s my left or right ankle.
The heat is soothing, the vibration melts away the tension, and by the time the 15-minute timer shuts it off, I feel like I’ve been pampered at a spa. Honestly, it’s worth its weight in chocolate, and that’s saying something.
If your unit is blinking and does not respond to any input.. try sliding the base of the unit with the buttons in every direction until it slides. Now slide the base of the unit until it pops in place. It should respond to input.
I sprained my ankle pretty badly. I’ve been using a breg ice machine with an ankle attachment and then this after icing. Works wonderfully.
I like that it offers multiple heat levels and vibration settings, so you can adjust it to what feels best. The LCD screen is easy to read, and the auto shut-off after 30 minutes is a great safety feature, especially if you happen to doze off while using it!
One of my favorite things is that it’s cordless and rechargeable. You’re not stuck near an outlet, so you can move around the house or relax without being tethered to a plug. It’s also lightweight and portable, perfect for travel or keeping in the office for a quick relief session.
The material is soft and comfortable, and the fit is adjustable enough to work for most ankle sizes. It’s easy to clean too, which is always a plus.
Overall, this is a thoughtful and practical device that’s perfect for anyone needing a bit of ankle relief, whether from standing all day, working out, or simply needing some extra care. I definitely recommend it!
Great heating pad for your feet. Good timer and temps.
It can be worn on either ankle and it has an automatic shut off.
If you have larger ankles, don't bother getting this. I don't have huge ankles, but they aren't tiny either and this cuff just fits.
So I do like it, I wish it would get hot, not just warm. Don't buy for the vibration and if you have big ankles maybe look at something else.
The heating function is easy to use and it works very well. It will auto turn off after 30 minutes of use. It can be used at least 4 times between charges, and much more if you have it on a lower setting. The message feature is a vibration. It has 2 pieces, one on each side of the ankle that vibrates. There are 3 different modes for this. I find mode 1 and 2 soothing.
You can easily wear this while walking and standing, you don’t need to be on your tip toes.. I am able to put my slippers on with it and it’s perfectly comfortable. I used this on my left ankle, it will work just fine on either ankle.
The massage part of this device isn't aggressive enough for me. It just feels like some one is tapping my ankle. The warming feature is really nice, it gets really warm, and because the device does not cover your entire foot, you have ventilation so it does not cook your foot.
This cordless ankle massager is fantastic for anyone who needs a little TLC on your ankles. It straps on easily with velcro, and provides intermittent vibration with heating options. It feels great. It’s small, lightweight, very comfortable, and easy to use.
The wrap is easily adjustable, the unit warms up nicely, and the setting are pretty intuitive for both heat and massage (well, OK, vibration). This is a nice item for someone with ankle issues.
The best part is the auto shut-off feature—it gives me peace of mind knowing I don’t have to worry about turning it off. It’s safe and convenient, especially when I fall asleep with it on!
The pad fits comfortably around my elbow, and the material is soft but durable. I also love that it heats up quickly, so I can feel relief almost instantly. It’s become a daily part of my routine, and I can’t imagine being without it. I think for the price and the comfort you receive this is totally worth it if this is something you are struggling with just as I am.
If you’re struggling with tennis elbow, tendonitis, or just need relief for your elbow, this heating pad is a must-have. It’s effective, easy to use, and has truly helped me manage my discomfort.
Pros:
✅ Soothing Heat Therapy – The heat is evenly distributed and provides excellent relief for sore and stiff joints. I use it after long days on my feet, and it helps reduce discomfort significantly.
✅ Adjustable Heat Settings – The different heat levels allow for customized comfort, whether I need mild warmth or deeper heat therapy.
✅ Comfortable & Adjustable Fit – The wrap is soft, flexible, and secures well around my ankle without being too tight. It stays in place while I’m sitting or resting.
✅ Easy to Use – Simple controls make it easy to turn on and adjust the temperature. It heats up quickly, so there’s no long wait time.
✅ Portable & Lightweight – The wrap isn’t bulky, making it convenient to use at home or while traveling.
Cons:
⭕ Not Battery-Powered – It must stay plugged in, which limits mobility while wearing it. A rechargeable option would make it even better.
⭕ Cord Could Be Longer – The power cord is a bit short, so I need to be close to an outlet when using it.
Overall, this heated ankle wrap has been a great addition to my pain management routine. It provides comforting relief, especially after long days of walking and standing. I highly recommend it for anyone dealing with ankle pain, arthritis, or recovery from injury!
The temperature is adjustable in 2 degree intervals and it heats up very quickly. The display shows the current temp and timer so you can watch the numbers climb until it hits the desired setting, and if you leave it plugged in then it will remember that chosen temp when powered on. I tried another product that only went up to 149 degrees, and the ~10 more this puts out really makes a difference (though 158 is too much for me, 154 is my sweet spot). There's also a quick button to set to 122 deg which is also quite warm and comfortable to leave on. I really wish it encompassed the fingers as well since they'll feel left out.
Only cons I found lie with the remote. I think it's unnecessarily big and could've been downsized substantially. I also don't like how both cords are connected to the bottom of the remote since it makes it a little awkward to hold and place down with the cords going every which way. It would've made more sense to have it in line with everything by having one cord come out from the top. The display light also doesn't turn off on its own, you always have to manually toggle it.
No vibration function might be a dealbreaker, but if all you want is soothing heat then this will suffice. I'd wait for a sale price or substantial coupon, though, $40 feels too much.
This pad is a bit of a trick to get on since you'll only have one arm to do it. You might wanna just loosely secure the velcro before putting it on, then once you slide your arm in cinch it up. I thought that the material was very comfortable and the heat was very relaxing, especially later in the day after a workout.
What I dislike about the Vita Feet Relieve Neck Heating Pad for Neck: Nothing
The pad heats up along the its entire length. So not only on the middle circular part, but also along the longer sections that wrap around the neck and connect together.
The hook and loop closure is effective, and there is lots of closure length to encompass various size necks. The manual shows more models that can cover different anatomy, and this one has been so nice that I am temped to get the ones meant to stay in place for knee and shoulder as well.
It's an electronic device though, so time will tell how long this lasts. How long it continues to heat well, how long the readout lasts, and how long the control buttons work. For now though, I love it.
I like to switch between hot and cold when I have knee problems. This is my first heating pad that is made for the knees and I love it! It comes in a pair, the fabric is really soft, very easy to put on with velcro attached to easily adjust to fit properly. The cable is very long and attaches to both heating pads. The remote is easy to use...you can have different temperatures and timers for each knee. It heats up fairly quickly too.
My left ankle doesn’t have as good a range of movement as my right and doesn’t really hurt but is sore at times. This ankle heating pad feels great when using it on the ankle and seems to help to loosen my ankle some. The ad says one size fits all, but the waist strap measures 45 inches and the thigh strap measures 29 inches. So, know your measurements before ordering. The straps wrap around your waist and thigh and Velcro to hold. The material of the pad is soft and feels good against the skin.
The controller is easy to use. There are two buttons to adjust the heat up or down, between 85°F and 158°F. There are two buttons to adjust the timer between 10 minutes up to 90 minutes. There is a red power on button between the heat and timer buttons. There is, also, a button that will illuminate the display showing heat and timer settings. Be prepared to lie down for the time you use the pad as the directions state not to use when sitting.
The pad heats up fast. The timer works right on time to the time set. The controller is easy to use and has a display that is easy to read. If you are fighting with a regular heating pad to use on your ankle or shoulder I would recommend this ankle heating pad. The title of this product states it is a “ankle support brace” but it isn’t a brace it’s a heating pad.
Five stars.
It has digital, adjustable time and temperature.
It has a long cord to reach plugins and the controller is easy to use. It is simply well done.
My husband and I have both been using it, looks like we will have to buy another!
The ergonomics of this heating pad are well thought out, and it is put together well. Recommended!
This heating pad is sold as one for the ankle but it is certainly big enough to use on other areas. I’ve used it for my ankle, lower back, thigh and abdomen and was more than pleasantly surprised to discover how quickly the pad got warm and that it got hot enough to really help.
The heating pad is made of a very soft and comfortable material. It has a strap made of the same material at the top and one at the bottom that close with Velcro. The top strap is long enough to close around the users waist but can also be used around a leg or an arm or not at all, if not needed. The pad has a digital display and allows the user to select the temperature they would like the pad to heat up to (I believe the top heat is 132F) and for how long it should remain on. The timer is a great feature to have, especially if you tend to fall asleep when using heating pads.
Overall this is a fantastic heating pad and I hope that they make other sizes as if easily purchase more!
The remote is great but different from other heating pads I have. For this one you select a temperature instead of high/med/low so it took me a bit to find my ideal temp (about 125f). There is the ability to change between Fahrenheit and Celsius.
Also, this can double as a shoulder heating pad. Drape it over your shoulder, and then put the waist strap under/through the opposite arm/armpit.
I don’t think this alone will help with sciatic and ankle pain, but paired with chiropractic or PT this is a great item.
You can increase or decrease the heat using the remote. You can also set a timer so it shuts off automatically which is super convenient in case you fall asleep. If you want to add more time or decrease the time, you can do that from the controller, too.
The cord is long enough that you don't have to sit near an outlet to use the heating pad and the display is easy to read with large numbers. If you're looking for a heating pad made for the ankles, this one is a great choice.
So did I really need another heating pad? In fact, there are certain body parts that are hard to use with a heating pad. Like the ankle. Sure you can wrap a regular one around, but a regular heating pad is prone to slip off and it is a nuisance to bend over to hold it on the whole time. So, in fact, I do need this heating pad. It snuggles around my ankle (and heel) very well. I tried it on some other body parts for which using a rectangular heating pad is a nuisance. My toes really like this special shape heating pad, as does my elbow. And for each it works better than a rectangular heating pad because it stays on the body part without me having to sit in an uncomfortable way.
The controls on this heating pad are easy to use and offer a lot of options for temperature and length of time before auto shut-off. I love auto shut-off—it makes me feel safe—and the auto shut-off on this pad works well. The controller has back lighting, which I need to be able to read the settings. It also has a function that I haven’t had on my devices before, which is the ability to turn the back lighting off (and back on) in case the light is bothersome. This heating pad must be plugged in. The cord is made so that the controller is about in the center of the cord; that puts the controller about 45” from the pad so that, if you are sitting near a wall outlet, you can hold the controller and don’t have to reach down to your foot to be able to change a setting. If you are sitting farther from an outlet, you can stretch out the entire cord length but have to bend over a bit to use the controller.
The ankle pad fit my women’s size 8 foot just fine with room to spare. The velcro at the strap can adjust the girth. If you have concerns, look at the measurements in the listing photos. Those measurements are close to those of the ankle pad I received. When I measure it while it is on my foot those numbers seem right, except for the length from heel to ball of foot is only about 5.5” long. Measured flat, my pad is about 6 1/2” at its widest point and about 8 1/4” at its tallest point.
I really like this device. It is specialized, but if you have a need to heat a small body part, this works extremely well. It works so well that I am going to investigate other offerings by this brand.
It wraps , great around my ankle
It was really inexpensive, worked great for my arthritic ankle, and knee…and I love it!!
It hugs the curve of the back of my ankle, so I get good heat all along the Achilles tendon and the heel. It warms up quickly and the cord stays cool. I like being able to set the auto-off timer, and to adjust the heat temperature to what I want--but honestly, I usually set it all the way to the hottest setting for me. It gets plenty hot, but not uncomfortable like some heating pads can be.
I think this is well-designed and feels like it will last. I'm returning the USB heat boot. I love this one.
