    This was amazing. Lightweight, easy on-off. Most importantly it worked! according to size chart I ordered a large Should have a medium. Am a size six in clothing but I went with size chart. Think you may want to order a size smaller. I was one inch over the chart so went with next size. Should not have but still works and it is amazing how it stabilized my lower back. Would order again, in a minute if need anew one!

    My husband has been dealing with back pain for years so I decided to give the belt a try and I'm so glad I did. It is an effective temporary pain reliever. When it's inflated, it tighten and strengthen your lower back, which help you put less pressure on it and relieve the pain. It is light weight and not bulky so you can basically use it anywhere.     The decompression back belt helps relieve my back pain when activating the hand pump. It definitely squeezes my abs and helps straighten my back. I can use during my regular activities such as walking, sitting or laying down. It comes with an extension for wider waists but mine seems to fit okay. It seems to be barely fitting me as I am on the smaller side. It holds the air in for days until I unleash the air with the provided key. Overall, it should help with my posture and hopefully with regular usage my back pain goes away.

    I have chronic back pain problem. I tried several other waist straps but this belt relieved back pain the best so far. Other belts don't have ability to inflate which keeps the back support more firm and decompress the pressure in the lower back; this belt does the job well. I recommend to spend a little more money to get this belt and then waste time on cheaper brands.

    I have an inversion table, but when I try to use it I get completely lightheaded and nauseated. I couldn't even use it for 30 seconds. I tried stretching and even made someone try to pull both of my feet while I lay on the floor. Nothing was working. A friend of mind told me about the decompression belt and how it really worked for her, so I thought I would try it. Well thank goodness I did. The belt came today and after only 30 minutes of wearing it I felt relief. While wearing the belt I felt the stretch, but after I removed I felt like I was actually standing straighter and like I had just had a chiropractor work on my back! The tension I had been feeling and the pain was no longer there. I would not have believed it until I actually used it. I plan to continue to use this and will update with my progress!

    My husband had used this several times. Definitely not made to use sitting down. He wears it when he was in his workshop standing on cement. It helped relieve pressure and some pain. We bought this brand as it looked very similar to one we were searching for but less money. It’s not super durable as in quality. Couple months of use and it’s looking a little worn but still helps.

    I love this belt! When I would sit for an extended period of time, my back would hurt for about 5 minutes when I would stand. With this belt, I do not get that pain! And the belt is not fully inflated. I have told my coworkers about this belt! If you have back pain, you will want this product.

    I am quite sure this works great for numerous other back ailments, but for me, I was concerned with it helping my sciatica pain. Thankfully, it achieves that, bigtime. It's also not nearly as bulky as you might think - I probably wear this for 10 hours per day. In my view, the benefits are similar to an inversion table. It takes the pressure off those lower nerves and forces you to elongate a bit. It's only been about 4 days, but the improvement so far has been fantastic. We have our grandkids staying with us, and this makes it easy to pick them up and play with them a bit more. That's all well worth the buy in my view. I'm more than happy to attach my 5 stars to this.

    This manual pump is perfect for my HailiCare back belt.There is some arm work required to pump this, which my cause issues for someone with, for example, thoracic outlet syndrome, like myself.However, I found it worth the portability.Using this pump and the belt a few hours, in the evening, allowed me to get the relief I needed to function so that i could stand all day and work only wearing a velcro belt.I saw it on tv, had hope, and have to say it surpassed my expectations.I'm so thankful that this product is available!Sincerely
