Both the NeckComfort™ models are ‘one size fits all’, which means that they just fit no matter how tall you are.

How long should I use it for?

We recommend using it for 5 minutes up to 2 times a day for beginners. You may increase your session length once you get used to it.

How do I use it?

  1. Lay the stretcher on the ground, arch side up.
  2. Make sure it’s adjusted to fit your height. We recommend starting low. Use help if you aren’t able to set it up alone.
  3. Slowly place your back down followed by your neck.
  4. Place your arms over your head and stretch out.
  5. Feel the massage and relax!

    I’ve had a recent flare up of a pinched nerve in my neck that I’ve been seeing a chiropractor for. The pain and tension in my neck that radiates to my shoulder and arm can be excruciating. This device helps to relieve the tension and align my posture in between my chiropractor visits.For me, this works the best when lying in a flat surface like on a firm mattress or floor.

    I bought this stretcher by mistake at first cuz I was thinking it might help to ease my annoying backache after giving birth. After receiving it I realized it actually only works on the neck so I just put it aside planning for a return. Unexpectedly, one day I woke up with a stiff neck on my right side. It was getting worse as I tried to move my neck. That night I recalled this massager and decided to give it a try. I lay on it for about an hour to rest my neck and it started to ease my neck pain by releasing the tension in my neck！Thanks to this stretcher, I felt much better after two day’s rest on it. I will keep it in case of needs again and really recommend it to anyone with a neck pain.

    As someone who works on my hands and knees a lot and also lifting heavy items, I have struggled with back and neck pain for years.

    This product has certainly helped to relieve some of that pain just after a few uses. The light weight design means I can take it anywhere with me and I can even use it whilst I watch tv.

    Really good product. One must appreciate that there is some initial discomfort but because of the nature of the product and its purpose. However after using it you would understand why. It is a sturdy product . Not much assembly needed but some strength is required to move from one level to the next.

    This has been really helpful, especially when it comes to stretching my neck out. I was suffering a lot of neck and shoulder pain and my doctor said it's due from the way I sit, lay, walk and just overall. I went to a chiropractor and he said I need to stretch my neck out more and they had one of these in their office. So easy to use. I just lay it down on the floor, I lay a pad down since I don't have carpet and just lay down on it. I'm able to get a really good stretch on my neck without over stretching or moving it. I lay on it for about 15-20 minutes occasionally changing my neck position. The stretch I get from this has really helped alleviate a lot of pain I was having. I'm having less headaches as well.

    Honestly, I have been suffering with neck pain from work - and also from stress. I've been going to PT and also had dry needling, massage, etc. This little item doesn't look like much, but if I lie on the floor or in bed for just 1/2 hour before going to bed - it takes all the strain off my neck for that little bit - and I can sleep much better. Love it!

If you have any type of back pain, I would recommend this, but start on the lowest setting and work your way up. I saw an improvement in just about a week.

    I am using this product to help release the tension created by pinched nerve in my c3,4,5... I get dizziness and unbalanced sensations, I use it while doing chin tucks on the floor and also to sit up on bed while reading or knitting, I am shocked on how well it works, my head is supported and neck is neutral; we shall see if there is more improvement but so far I find immediate relieve.

    I have a great deal of damage in my entire spine, so much Im told Im a poor candidate for surgery. Im undergoing treatment with specialists at a pain clinic. Issues with my cervical spine are causing terrible pain in my hands. I got this device, I laid back, settled my head and neck in it, and felt instant relief. In about 60 secondsI felt a couple of subtle cracks in my neck...pain left me. It is a relief to use, & Im so glad I found this. And the price was great...it is well made.

    I bought this gadget because i was willing to try ANYTHING to relieve my immobilizing headaches due to neck pain. ****IT WORKS****. I've since given it to several people as gifts and we all agree. I usually just lie on floor for about 10-15 minutes and it gently supportively gives a nice stretch and stabilization no neck pilllow has ever done for me. I feel so much better after a short stint using it. To me, it's better on the floor. On the soft surface of a bed, it can't really stay in place and do it's job.

    This funny looking contraption has been absolutely amazing for my military neck pain.
    Instead of curving like a normal neck, my neck is straight and the nerves in my neck are constantly being pinched. Causing me to have severe headaches and knots. If I feel the pain the pain coming on, I lay down with this thing for a good 20-30 mins. Besides chiropractic adjustments, this is the only thing that has given me any relief.

    I have many painful, chronic problems with my neck. I use this device for 20 minutes just about every night (at least 4-5 times a week) and it has really helped to relieve some of my worst pain. I just lay on my bedroom floor with my legs up the wall (great for everything) and this Relaxer under my neck and rest or meditate for 20 minutes. My neck muscles are able to relax and my cervical vertebrae are stretched apart to provide relief and probably some healing. I’ll order again and I highly recommend, but remember, it’s consistency that makes it really work!

    i have been diagnosed through xrays with straight neck which gives me tension headaches & pain. in addition to the chiropractor, to hopefully restore the curve, i use this for 15 mins when in pain then follow it with 15 mins of ice. it works pretty well to give relief, for me at least. my boyfriend also uses it for his neck when he comes over so he ordered one for himself.

If I had a 'notmal' spine, neck situation this would be something I would try for stress relief, quality made, comfortable...it is very well priced...if you are looking...this is something that would try, not an expensive thing to try....everyone is different, but it is well made and worth the price

    Took a little bit of muscle to assemble this. My son had to do it for me since apparently I'm a weakling. 🤣 So, it comes in two pieces. You can select from 3 different locations to make the arch bigger or smaller. I like the middle spot best. For my daughter we need the highest arch. It does provide a good stretch and expect some popping to happen. I personally like the pokey parts but my son said they were a bit rough. Probably depends on what clothing you are wearing. Overall I really like it. I do a lot of computer work so I hunch over a lot. Really need a good stretch.

    This product is amazing! I just ordered a second one to bring to my office. I've been dealing with a pinched nerve in my neck and have had several acupuncture treatments which has sometimes helped but sometimes gotten worse. This neck device puts slight traction on the cervical vertebrae which is releasing the pinched nerve relieving the shooting pain down my arm. I can also feel and hear my vertebra going into alignment. I bought it as an impulse buy. It popped up with people who buy this often buy...when I purchased an inflatable neck traction thing.

    Comfortable and easy to use. Has helped relieve neck and upper back/shoulder tension. It doesn’t smell like strong chemicals or plastic, and my long hair does not get stuck in it (two complaints that I read from other reviewers). Sometimes I have to play with it to get it in the right position.

    I have had neck issues for years now. I use to go to the chiropractor 5 times a week, I did PT, I saw a masseuse 2 times a week and I tried anything kind of pain relief out there. Let me tell you this thing works! The first time you use it may make your neck hurt worse- that’s because it’s re-aligning it, like it would if you went to the chiropractor. The first day using it take a pain killer and keep using it, I promise it gets better! I almost wanted to stop using it bc it hurt so bad but my husband encouraged me to keep trying it and within two days I felt automatic relief and now I get relief the minute I start using it. The best factor, my neck is no longer cracking like it use to. Can’t recommend this enough.

    I spent a lot of time/money trying to find the 'perfect' neck support. Tried 5 or 6 that have ended up in a drawer because they were to hard in firmness, or to soft etc. I took a chance on this, didn't expect much, and boy was I surprised!! The price alone was why I took a chance, and after using it the first few minutes, I was blown away by how much relief I felt. It was the 'perfect' one I had been looking for. I bought another just to have a spare. Such a simple design, and yet turned out to be the best!! Worth it!

    This little device is surprisingly effective. As a person with cervical stenosis, I have a full traction collar, too, and I wouldn’t say this device could take its place, but it does provide a comfortable and effective neck stretch, and is even great to use upright when driving. If you’re just looking to relieve some average neck tension, I’d give it a shot. It’s really quite nice.

    I have a stiff neck from sitting at a computer all day. This really helps. I didn't know if it would but it definitely does. When I'm not sitting at the computer, I'm driving from job to job to job (IT repair). So not only can I use this behind my head on my yoga mat on the floor but also when I am driving and sitting at my desk. I am pleased and that is not an easy thing to do.
