    So I’m 48 and have hearing loss😫 I have Otosclerosis in my left ear and some hearing loss in my right..but not too severe as the left.I paid over $2k for one hearing aid through my Dr. I wanted to purchase another back-up,but there’s NO way I can afford that! I have been through many much cheaper option hearing aids and I have send them back because they were junk!! I am very very pleased to say that these were great. Of course they’re not going to restore your hearing 100%, but it does it’s job and it works! I am so very happy I took a chance and purchased it! I have curly hair so it covers my ears so you can’t see it… And even if you have short hair, you really can’t tell unless you’re really up close. They’re comfortable to use. And so very affordable. The only con that I see,is the volume control.You need to use an included screwdriver thingy to control the volume.I kind of wished it had a little dial or something to make it easier.     Very comfortable to wear and the batteries are cheap. It squeals when you have the volume up high and or if you put a phone up to your ear but that is normal. Very powerful on lowest setting.

    Longevity is yet to be seen, but so far his does just about as well as units I've bought costing 10 times as much. Not going back to those, which lasted about 4 years each. I this lasts more than 5 months we're past the break-even point, and so far these show every indication that their life will probably equal the expensive custom-made units.

    At 77 my hearing lose is with higher pitched sounds. So a women's or young person's voice was difficult to tell what was said, particularly when watching TV. Set at half volume these would great. Although the batteries are small they come with a tab, which I leave on, snap in place and then remove.Fit is perfect. Just have to be careful when changing the flexible plastic part that fits the sides of the ear. Look carefully at how it mounted and when you install another size don't push over the end too far. Found once that part was properly fit I have no whistling sound.Only way to shut off is to flip up the battery holder, but easy to do.

    Although I don’t have hearing loss, just tinnitus, this works great for me while watching tv. It enhances the sound so I can once again hear whispering in movies. And I keep it at the lowest level. BUT....if you touch the little filament used to remove it from your ear while inserting it, it will scream painfully. Also, having to open the battery box or remove the battery to shut it off is lame. But it works and fits well and I love red. I couldn’t wear it in a crowd as you feel like you’re at the bottom of a well. I would recommend for tv viewing or listening to a lecture as an aid. Well done.

    I recently started experiencing hearing loss, and this is my first time wearing a hearing aid so I have nothing to compare it to, but I love it! I can now turn the volume on my tv down. If I have one thing negative to say it was missing introduction manual, I would love it if the company would send me one.

    Good product for the money. Got this to get me by until I could get my replacement hearing aids. Did a great job of helping me hear especially at work. Now it is my back up. I found it fit well in the ear. Only down side is you can not hold phone up to the ear or you will get feedback, it this is common on these types of devices.

    This cheap little thing works well enough that I'm hearing in stereo for the first time in 2 years [I'm 43, if that's germane to your consideration of this review]. I've got 90% hearing loss in my right ear, and was so impressed by this that I bought one for my mom for mother's day. It seems to chew through batteries quickly, but they're cheap so I don't mind replacing them.It does amplify ambient sounds as well, so not much improvement in loud areas, but I can keep up with my girlfriend's family conversations in Spanish [which I'm not fluent in] as long as they aren't playing music at the same time 5 or 6 people are talking. Without background music, no problem.Considering I got a call yesterday from a company that wanted 5k for a set, $40 is money well spent until the covid19 stuff passes and I can get into the VA to get one.All in all, it's NOT a $5000 hearing aid, but it's small and discrete and I'd buy it again. I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

    This hearing amplifier that I just purchased work every bit as good as the $3,000 hearing aid I purchased. If you where hearing aid you know they want you to replace them every few years. I can't afford that. But now I have these hearing aids and I will never spend over $40 for another one. Best money I ever spent. I think the hearing aid doctors are going to be out of business as soon as people realize they can just buy these instead.

    For the price it works fine. My hearing aides don't really work now. Repair isn't covered by my insurance. Just to have them looked at is about 3 hundred..... pros they work. There is feedback at times. But the price I wasn't expecting much. Pleasantly surprised. I don't have to crank tv anymore. It is very small and a pain to adjust volume or fit. It comes with 3 wax filters. Unfortunately I go through these quick. Always have with old hearing aides. And currently can't buy more. I emailed company and they said wax filters that fit this hearing aide will be available. I am waiting until then and will buy the more expensive ones that have in ear volume control. These you have to take out ear an use really really small screw driver. It does come magnifying glass that helps. But still a pain.

    I bought this amplifier along with the one for the left ear for my girlfriend. She has needed hearing aids for a long time now, but simply could not afford to spend well over a thousand dollars for even the cheapest ones. She has been using these amplifiers for a couple weeks now and her life has improved dramatically. Now I have to turn DOWN the sound on the TV. She couldn't hear the turn signals clicking in her car before, now she can. We and her family are both VERY pleased with the performance of these amplifiers. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!

    First and foremost i I just have to rave about hearing aid was not expecting for the hearing aid to work as good as it does my hearing aid broke and am waiting for my new hearing aid set to come in which can take several weeks. Bought OTC hearing amplifiers that were disappointing to say the least i am very hard of hearing with our hearing aids i can barely hear anything and working in a clinic setting it is crucial to be able to hear everything. Can not say what a huge difference it has made and speech clarity and volume is just great. If anyone is questioning of they should buy you will not regret purchasing. very affordable and great product. Thank you:-)

    My ex spouse is temporarily staying with me. After many year of drum playing and industrial work, his hearing has suffered. I hated to see him cup his ear to hear the TV. I surprised him with these (I ordered both) and we set them up out of the box. After he got them in he asked me a couple times if I was talking louder. I don't think I was. Then he went to the kitchen and asked if I could hear the refrigerator. Of course I could but apparently he had not before then. He is watching TV now and looks comfortable with a reasonable volume and no cupping or leaning toward the TV. The best $80 (with warranty and batteries) that I have spent in a while! They are packed well, have accessories and appear to be good quality construction.
