    It is a really great tool to get the work out you need specially during this times when going to the gym is risky. It made my push ups harder and better. After using it you can just slide it down the couch so that saves space. The workout program is also great and the YouTube videos makes it easier to learn.

    I like this push-up board. Good way to mix up your push up grips and positions. I would have given this 5-stars but one of the nubs on the bottom of one of the handles wore out pretty fast so that handle isn’t super sturdy as it wobbles a bit in the holes.

    I impulse-bought this thing during COVID social distancing because I haven't been working out as much and I decided I needed some motivation. It's surprisingly nice, and I'm doing the included workout plan. Day 1 had me doing 70 push-ups with some cardio breaks between each set, which was a bit much for me so I modified it to 40 total reps. If you follow the workout plan and do the recommended workouts every time you switch positions, this will for sure get results and you will feel the burn.The only cons are: when the handles are on the outer-most position I worried a tiny bit that the handles would roll out of the holes due to the horizontal force I was exerting on them. It didn't happen, but it made me slightly paranoid and I wished there was some sort of "snap into place" system for the handles. Also, this is a minor complaint but this thing smelled so bad out of the box I had to air it out for a bit because the smell gave me a headache. It goes away, but plan to air this bad boy o...More

Wish I can give it 99 stars. I’m a soldier & train about 5 times a week. Love doing push ups. I do roughly 1000 a week.This is a new beast on the market. I’m dying here trying to do 125 for each colors. My back & shoulder & triceps r on fire.Thank you for an amazing product. I will order another one for my brother but I’m keeping this.HAVE YOU TRIED TO DESIGN A NEW ONE WITH FAT TIRES ON THE BOTTOM TO MAKE IT THICKER? Just a thought

    because of COVID all the gyms closed but I didn't want a home gym. This system is worth every penny. Works all four major areas and I do sets of 60. You won't get massive but you will definitely stay in shape. I will say after doing cardio your hands are sweaty and its a good idea to use gloves, which i don't I just suck it up. It does break apart and you can take it anywhere if your luggage carrier is wide enough. I started with 25 reps per sets, but now I'm at 60 reps per set.

    Great product. The excerises listed are not all of them. You can do reverse grip on many of then, i.e close grip push ups c5 can be done reverse grip, c4 ,c1,c2. That adds another demsion to this workout. I enjoyed this alot and im shredding my chest.

    I gave this product a 3 star instead of 5 because of the following reason. 1st, the handles for the set will last forever. HOWEVER, they should be padded or wrapped with a strong and soft material to prevent your hands from feeling uncomfortable while using. Personally, I found material and wrapped my handles to enjoy this set while using it. Now to the GOOD stuff. The choice of positions to insert your handles is nothing that I have ever seen or used before. They are GREAT! You will DEFINITELY get results if you put in the time. If you elevate your feet higher than your body. OH MY! I don't need a gym. I just put in the time with my own body weight and get to pushing! Chest, back, shoulders and triceps will coming ARISING! To the company of this product. PAD YOUR HANDLES!!!

    Been in quarantine. I bought this but was skeptical. I love it. It’s made pretty well, handles are very sturdy, has an exercise chart and schedule and can be used indoors and outdoors...all for 58 dollars. Well worth it.

    At the new year I wanted to start a push-up challenge. Did 100 a day and have since moved considerably beyond that using this product. The product comes with a sheet outlining several intense workouts that you can try out (I have not) which would be great for being stuck at home. The different push ups makes it much easier to target different areas of the body and sort of max out in a sense in different areas due to others being weaker. I have recommended this to multiple people and love it.

    I was honestly surprised at how well this targets muscles beyond chest / triceps. The back and shoulder positions seem like they wouldn't be that different just by looking at the board, but I can really feel back and shoulder muscles working. The different positions even target upper or lower back and inner/mid/out shoulders.The chest ones are also good. I can definitely feel the upper and lower parts of my chest working differently.Overall, this is a big surprise and the variance of the exercises helps keep it interesting.

    Love having this in my home gym...even if it’s the only thing I have in home gym. The color coded body positions is a major plus. Who knew you could work the entire upper body in the push-up position? I highly recommend it.The only negative is storage. I wished the handles could be tucked between the boards when being put away. That’s a minor issue for me.

    I believe I initially bought this due to some lower back issues I was having. I knew a system like this would likely enable me to be in a plank position while also doing push ups repeatedly. I was also growing tired of the gym and all the machines. I can say with 100% truth that my body has been transformed. Someone almost weekly has asked me what I've done to change my physique so drastically. I always tell them that an enormous portion of why I've lost 35 or more pounds and added definition is through the Power Press Push Up Board. The best thing I've ever done for work outs is buy this system and stick with it 4 days per week for almost a year now. I'm stronger and built better now than I was in high school and I'll be 47 this summer. Wish I bought 10 years ago! Try it....it REALLY WORKS.     This product is by far one of the best investments I’ve ever made!! I have a complete gym at home and haven’t been using it for the past 2 weeks because of this!! I do close to 900 push-ups daily with this and I freaking love it!! I have nothing bad to say about this product but whomever invented this, thank you!!! I do 3 sets of 12 to 15 pushups of everything, Chest, Shoulders, Back, Triceps and the bottom mixed!!! Great product overall!! 5 stars for me!!

    I was really suprised by the variations of push-ups you could do with this. Didn't know you could target certain muscles with push-ups, but you can definitely feel the areas that are getting the workout when you switch the positions of the grips.

    Great product overall! The exercises target specific muscles and after each set you can feel an incredible pump. Might even get a better workout than with free weights in regards to my arms, chest and shoulders.Noticeable wrist pain with exercises because the handles aren’t padded. Taking a proper break between sets or changing thumb place can relieve this. Great price too. I have recommended this product to my friends and family too.

    Well crafted product that does everything except legs and biceps (very little biceps). You’ll need dumbbells or resistance bands for biceps. All in all a great product if you have that near perfect body or if you want to stay lean. This will not get you bulky but I’ve since moved away from the gym bulk look to the lean body. With a clean diet and use of the program you’ll be in shape in 4-8 months depending on your goals. Good luck!
