    They do work to keep your airway open.

    Not able to use a c-pac, I have an orthodontic device that can slip somewhat. Usually skeptical of these type of item, but after using for ten days, I am giving a positive review. For the price, very much worth trying!

    I love how small these are. You just pop them in. They dont hurt or irritate you. I usually use a c pac machine. I really doubted this would work. My husband said he has not herd me snore for the last 3 days I wore them. This is first review I have wrote. It's worth the try.

    Amazingly comfortable, and so much better than the strips you stick to the outside of your nose. Always in my third trimester of pregnancy I have a hard time sleeping due to shortness of breath and sleep apnea, these have helped!

    These work great! I noticed almost immediately that I wasn’t tired in the afternoon anymore. I have a deviated septum and this helps so much! The only drawback is I wish they had an even smaller size for my small nose.

    I purchased these about a year or so ago and use them every night in addition to my CPAP machine for my sleep apnea. Aside from the sleep apnea, I had issues with being able to breath clearly through my nose at anytime day or night due to narrow airways. These really helped, they didn't fix the issue entirely, but they helped. These are much more comfortable than other brands that I've tried. I recently had nasal surgery to open up my airways which corrected part of my issue, but I still have to us a CPAP nightly. These provide that extra little bit of breathing room, so I use them every night. So, with that said....if you are having sever breathing issues....go talk to an ENT (eye, ears, nose and throat) doctor. These are meant to help....not cure breathing issues.

    I love this little miracle!!! It really works for me! Not only do I breathe better, all night, but after using it for several weeks now, I find that it has helped to train me to breathe more and better through my nose, instead of my mouth during the day too. My only wish is that now that I've bought the 4 size pack, I would like to just get the small size as I now know this is the perfect size for me. I too have used a cpap machine for years...HATE IT HATE IT HATE IT....AND now I haven't used it for the past few weeks! Don't miss it either. These are great little inserts, and I find that they are not an issue at all for me. They did take a little getting used to the first night or so, but compared to cpap crap, they are heavenly!!! Never want to be without them another night again. I sleep all night and wake refreshed. I do use a piece of medical grade white paper tape ( it's like masking tape, sort of) and I wear a strip of it up and down, from just under my nose, across my lips and d...More

Just a small piece across the center of my lips-( I can still breathe through the sides of my mouth if I'd needed to in an emergency) which I haven't had to yet. The tape was harder to adjust to wearing than the sporepin was, but between the two things, IM SLEEPING AND FEELING GREAT EVERY DAY NOW!!!! Not too sexy looking wearing this to bed, but good night sleep is so important and cpap mask and headgear and chin strap, look worse and feel way worse and these two little barely there methods are the bomb for me.

    I have tried many similar products to try to alleviate my snoring. Every morning I would wake up and have to search through my entire bed and under pillows to try and find the tiny little thing. This snorepin felt much more comfortable while wearing it. I had to double check that it was in place because it was so comfortable. I woke up and it was right where I had left it. In my nose! I slept much better than usual - no middle of the night or 2 a.m. "why am I awake?" moments. I like how the little bridge in the middle does not pinch or feel too rigid. I have a mild case of a deviated septum and this helped me breathe through both nostrils at the same time. The cone shape of the inserts is much more comfortable and manageable than other products that act like a spring and hurt or have a ring that never feels like it's exactly right or working.

    To my very great surprise, these have worked amazingly well. My husband was keeping me up with his snoring, but since he started using these, I haven't heard him ONCE. He said that sometimes his nose is a little sore when he takes them out in the morning, but it isn't anything that bad and he has no problem continuing to use them.

    I was looking for a solution to my snoring and to help with my congestion. I found this product online and it works great for me. My wife is a very light sleeper who wakes numerous times (and for stretches of time) during the night. She is amazed at how my snoring has stopped! For me, my nasal passages stay open all night and I get a constant free flow of air. This has helped keep the build up of moisture/congestion down. I plan on buying several more such devices so I have them on hand in the event that I lose a pair. Great product!!!

    For years I have had an issue of what I thought was a deviated septum. When sleeping on one side at night or during heavy work the one side closes causing me to breath through the mouth because I was having a lack of oxygen. I had tried those breathe strips which irritated me and fell off. After going to a Dr. he diagnosed me with just weak muscles on the one side (an age thing) so he introduced me to these cones. Seeing it was a lot cheaper than surgery I tried them. These are fantastic!!!! I can now breathe normally at night and while heavy working during the day. My wife says she has to keep checking on me because she can't hear me struggling to breath while sleeping anymore. That by itself was enough to sell me on the product. They are barely visible during day time use, but then I have a mustache that hides it.
