   So far this pillow has been great for neck and shoulder pain. I’m mostly a side sleeper but this pillow is great for back or stomach sleeping as well. It had a mild strange smell when I opened the package but it didn’t take too long to dissipate and expand after opening. Overall I’m pretty happy with the comfort and it’s pretty reasonably priced.

   This pillow is amazing. I was looking for a functional pillow that will help you sleep well but also with spinal health, and this is the answer. It has a butterfly shape that perfectly fits for either sleeping straight, starfish, side, etc. and I can easily put my arms on the sides as well. Worth the price for sure.

   I have pretty serious TMJ that affects the muscles all down the left side of my neck. I first tried one of those square pillows but they just didnt quite fit my body shape and only slightly helped. This Pillow has been amazing for the supper i need (i use the non winged side for most nights and the winged side to help with back sleeping on really bad nights) its perfect sixed for someone with a shorter shoulder!

   My wife was waking up with a sore back every morning. She thought it was the new mattress we had purchased. We returned that mattress and got a new one. But her back was still hurting. So we ordered this pillow. The next morning she felt great. She hasn’t woken up with a sore back since we received the pillow. I would definitely recommend this pillow.

   I am really enjoying sleeping on my new cervical neck pillow from coBIO. I have not had any more neck pain, since I have had my Pillow Haven. :) I highly recommend this pillow as a Christmas gift or a gift for any other occassion.

   This pillow is wonderful. I was on the fence as it’s a little pricy , but I had gotten a similar pillow and it had worked for me for 8 months or so of me waking up without a thrown out neck or back. So I bought this one to replace the other one . And when I say, I had two back to back car accidents where I was at stop lights at a full stop and got rear ended within 5 months of each other , I wake up with a thrown out back constantly . Or should I say did. I honestly do not anymore . I’ve had this pillow for a few months and I’m obsessed with the feature I can put my arms “between” the side of the pillow. Always a comfortable sleep. Would recommend!

   I love this pillow! As a life long side sleeper I always had a difficult time with pillows. They were too soft or too hard. They would raise my head too much causing neck pain. This pillow cradles my head just right and allows head, spine and body to be aligned. I highly recommend this pillow.

   I have been sleeping on this pillow for a month and I can definitely feel the difference: reduced neck pain, comfort and ergonomics. By cradling body alignment, this pillow cuts down on tension in the neck from staying in one position for a length of time. I am very happy with this product.

   The pillow has proven great for me whether I sleep on my side or face up. Few things I would like to disclose. The pillow DID NOT STOP MY SNORING. That is the reason it lost a star. Second, for me personally, it's not comfortable using this pillow if I am laying face down, I feel too much pressure on the back of my neck and upper back. Also, if you live with someone, be sure to get them one as well since my girlfriend is constantly trying to steal mine lol!

   I purchased this pillow, on the advice of my massage therapist. I have been dealing with severe neck pain for months. Chiropractic adjustments help for a bit. Massage helps for a bit. But nothing would help for more than a few days. I purchased this pillow and within two to three days my neck pain had significantly improved. Although I still have stiffness in my neck, from time to time, it is 1,000% better since using the coBIO. I even took it with me on a vacation trip to Mexico, just to make sure my neck didn’t revert back to the pain I’d had before. My next pillow will be the king size version, as I bought the queen. I am 6’2” and weigh about 250 and this pillow still fit me well.

   I’m one of those that keeps stress and tension in their neck and trap area. Suffice it to say this has provided me with a tremendous amount of relief. It took a couple of nights to get used to sleeping flatter (I’m one of those pillow proppers), but once I did, I realized what I’ve been doing wrong for so many years. The ergonomic design of the pillow really provided support in the right areas. I plan to buy one for my wife for Christmas

   Just get it. I woke up with frequent headaches for like 6 months. Then aches that ran from my neck to my hips. I assumed it was because of my mattress. Nope. It was my pillow. I got this funky shaped thing and the first night I barely tossed and turned— and for me that’s significant. I was having a hard time getting to sleep and staying asleep but now I really can drift off much easier. I’m a tummy & side sleeper. Even the bottom little ledges of the pillows help me rest my arms without my shoulder waking me up in the middle of the night mad at me! Just try this pillow. It will surprise you.

   I have a cervical fusion and often struggle with pillows and posture while sleeping. This pillow is perfect, for both my side and back positions. My muscle spasms have decreased quite a lot since I've begun using this pillow. I no longer struggle with trying to find the correct head placement. I absolutely love this pillow. However, the only drawback is that it's brought out pure gluttony and greed in my cat. He's not overweight, he's just large and furry. He's never wanted to sleep in bed with me until I have bought this pillow. He wants it for himself. He starts on the normal pillow and works his way over throughout the night. I fall asleep fine and then wake up suffocating in fur and lard. I don't know what it is about this pillow but it has made him very greedy. If you have a cat, you may want to just go ahead and buy two. I'm quite honestly scared and fear he will suffocate me for this pillow. I am buying him his own now.

   I like the size and density of this pillow. It is not too big or bulky, and it perfectly conforms to my head and cervical spine. I was suffering from really bad neck pain, and after just a few short weeks of using this pillow, I have noticed a vast improvement in my pain level and mobility! I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone suffering from neck pain, or really to anyone looking for a great pillow that aligns with your natural spinal curve.    Even though it looks uncomfortable, it is actually perfect for a side sleeper. It is firm but gives you the support your head and neck needs. The main drawback is that it slides everywhere. I have not gotten an anti-slip product yet.

   It is comfortable, but you will look like a sweaty hot mess in the morning. This thing starts off perfect and just builds up heat as the night goes on. I have had some awesome bed head hair that would make a high school teen seem put together. Not a deal breaker though, neck is better and I can look for a pillow case that will hopefully fit this thing.

   At first when I laid down I thought ooo very nice. But I didn’t sleep any better, I’m a side sleeper so I didn’t really feel comfy at 1st. Because I’m used to sleeping with several pillows to keep my head propped up. I thought I was too big of a woman for it. My head felt like it was sinking into the pillow & I woke up with a sore neck. I tried it with a flat pillow under it to see if that would work. It actually did I also realized there was one side that was taller than the other, so I sleep using that side. I wish I was a back sleeper because this pillow would be perfect it supports my neck very well. The design of the pillow is great when I do sleep on my side or stomach because I have somewhere comfortable to lay my arms. I must say the pillow has been keeping me cooler than my regular pillows which is great for menopausal nights.

   I can’t say enough good things about this pillow. I suffer from severe cervical neck problems, resulting from a career as a dental hygienist. For years, I have tossed and turned trying to adjust every pillow I’ve ever had. I bought this one after being recommended on a dental hygiene Facebook group and it’s been a game changer. Usually when you try a new pillow, there’s an adjustment phase, but not with this one. I can literally sleep all night long without adjusting this pillow at all. I wake up in the exact same position that I fell asleep in. If you suffer from cervical neck problems, do yourself a favor and buy this pillow.

   I waited a couple of weeks before providing a review. I washed the case before using. Every time my head touches this pillow, I sleep until it’s time for me to get up. There are times I accidentally sleep past my first alarm. The pillow fits nice with the head. It’s very soft, comfortable and still holds up its shape. It supports my neck and back very nicely. I have woken up without migraines so far. It definitely improved my sleep quality.

   Best pillow for daily use, great support , was recommended by a chiropractor after my husband’s surgery, I tried one night and I had to buy myself one as well, this pillows are way better than my expensive fancy regular pillows, the pillow cover are removable for washing and they never loose their form and support, really happy with my purchase and worth to give it a try I’m sure anyone would loved.

   I’ve tried several different styles of pillows over the years but so far I like this one the best. I struggle with getting good neck alignment when I sleep and if I’m sleeping on my back this is an absolute winner! I unfortunately am a multi sleeper and sleep on my side as well- this pillow does a decent job with the wings for side sleeping. I’ve had it for about a month and the pain in my neck had lessened quite a bit. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because I still have some neck pain but hoping that goes away the longer I use the pillow. Would recommend!

   Interesting design that does take a few sleeps to get used to but definitely works! It's firmer than I expected but it's necessary for the support. Make sure you're ordering the right size for your body though because if the height is wrong it won't work for you.

   I was a little skeptical at the time, but now I'm interested in the design. It supports my neck and also makes my back feel relaxed when I sleep on my back.    I bought this pillow after having suffered with a stiff neck for a couple weeks. I thought I would give this cervical pillow a try and see if it offered me any relief. After a week of sleeping on it my stiff neck was gone! This is an amazing pillow. Supportive and comfortable. No smell to the foam. It arrived vacuum sealed and rolled into a tube but it filled out to it's shape quickly and has worked great. Highly recommend.

   I have suffered from neck and shoulder pain for years. I finally got this pillow thinking it may help and I’m so glad I did. I have been using it for 3 weeks and feel like a new person. You can rotate it to adjust the height. I sleep all over, mostly on my side/stomach and it helps keep my neck straight. This helped my sleep posture and I totally recommend it!

   After using this cervical neck pillow, my neck pain became less. My head doesn't fit to the point of it going in the 'hole' meant for my head to go and I still have less pain. It does provide mild cooling sensations even through a pillow case. I do like the side sleeper position as well. Very comfortable. I definitely recommend it!!

   I have sciatica and disc issue in my L3/L4, the pillow has been helpful keeping my neck in line with my spine. It takes some maneuvering to lay in the right direction but it does feel comfortable once you get there. I would recommend this product to others.

   If you haven’t used a pillow like this before, it will seem like an odd design. But it gives a lot of neck support when lying on your side or back. It’s probably best for back sleepers because of the support under and around the neck. It took me a while to get used to the support and shape, but I may have a hard time going back to a normal pillow. I definitely prefer this one now.

   I recently had a spinal fusion in my neck and was looking for a cervical pillow to help position my head and neck for the most comfortable position during recovery. This pillow was it! Even 6 weeks out from surgery, this pillow gives me the support exactly where I need it, the comfort to give me a great night's sleep, and the coolness to wake up without sweat in my hair or on my face. If you have any trouble sleeping because of a flat, hard, lumpy, non-supporting pillow, I would highly recommend this pillow. Whether I sleep on my back, side, or stomach, it is the perfect shape and support to let me get the rest that I need.

   It's not often that I write reviews, but this stand out product has been a life changer. I have been searching for years for a pillow that works well for me (especially being a side sleeper) and I have finally found it! They say it takes about 2 weeks to get used to it, but for me the first night I put my head on it, my head felt so comfortable and supported that I went to sleep right away. Usually I have to do some sort of neck stretches when I wake up (which normally includes neck popping), but not any more. Neck pain gone and ability to fall asleep improved! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get better sleep and improve neck pain.

   I have had so much neck pain from sleeping on all the regular pillows over the years. I decided to search for a pillow to help with this and I came across this one. I loved the fact that they have the pillow cases in different colors. I personally got the black so it would show up any hair dye or anything. I also appreciate that you can remove the case and wash it. Anyhow, it definitely takes some time to adjust to the pillow simply because we are not accustomed to sleeping the way the pillow is attended for. I have never slept so good and waking up in less pain is amazing. I don’t see myself buying any other pillow in the future.

   I like that the pillow keeps its firmness and is very comfortable. There is nothing that I dislike about the pillow. I bought the pillow because I had neck and back surgery and needed a pillow that was firm enough to support my head and keep my back in line so I could get some sleep. It is such a great value for what I paid and what it does, I bought two and gave one to my sister because she has problems sleeping. Oh, it has a spot to put your arm so you won’t have to lay on them. Great pillows.

   I won’t sleep without this pillow. I’ve had it for a couple of months now and the pin I had in my shoulders, back and neck has completely disappeared. The way the pillow is designed, my head is cradled throughout the night and kept stable. It’s medium firm and easy to wash (just throw the cover in the washer). Highly recommend.

   I love the versatility of this pillow. The level of soft vs hard is perfect! I sleep in different position so this allows you to do that with great comfort whether you're a side, back front sleeper. Having the cut out design, allowing you to place your arm and hands in a more comfortable position than the traditional pillow is why it's such a great design. Another great thing I found out is that depending on your preference, you can 180 the pillow, depending on whether you wanna be slightly more elevated than it's shown in the pictures. It's so good that we ordered an additional one for my wife.

   I’ve had this pillow for several weeks now and there are several things I like about it. First, the pillowcase it comes with fits perfect so I do not wake up with lines on my face. Second, I’m a back and side sleeper and this pillow is very comfortable in either position. Third, I live with atypical facial pain and trigeminal neurolgia and this pillow has not triggered any pain. It’s firm without being hard and supports my neck beautifully.

   Blessings! I have been healthy and pain free pretty much my whole life but recently was waking up with bad neck And shoulder pain. I thought it might be my pillow so started looking for a new one…firm but not too firm. Soft but not too soft. I found this one and decided to give it a try. It’s an awkward feel at first because it doesn’t feel “comfortable” but with each night using it, I realized the pain was decreasing in my neck and shoulder. Shoulder pain is now gone after a few weeks and neck pain is practically gone. I’d say do not give up after a few days of getting used to the new awkward feel because it actually is working to bring your body into alignment and just takes time to readjust. This new pillow has the support, durability and comfort I have been looking for for some time. I have t slept so well in a long time.    This memory foam neck pillow fits the curve of my neck and shoulders and is very comfortable to use. Memory foam is soft but has enough support to support the neck and shoulders well. Due to long hours of work and poor posture, I often feel discomfort in my neck and shoulders, but after using this neck pillow, the discomfort is obviously relieved. The material of the pillow is very breathable, will not be stuffy, and it is very comfortable to use. It's simple and practical, and it's easy to clean.

   I really like this coBIO Cervical pillow because for 3 weeks prior to buying it, I was battling neck pain and stiffness and now I am not. The first night or two it took some getting used to and deciding which side (top or bottom) i wanted to lay on. It has a thin side and a thick side. Being 5'6" female, the thin side works best for me. After a week sleeping on this pillow, I was pain free and range of motion returned in my neck. Also, I sleep on my back and on my sides and this pillow works for either. I had no idea my pillow was what from keeping my neck from healing. Highly recommend!

   I like the way this pillow very much. It really helps with my neck pain. However, the pillow case is a little difficult to put on after washing. There are 2 zippers involved and a snap in the middle. It fits very tightly around the foam pillow and I have my doubts about the durability of the cover after many washings. It would be nice if they could come up with some kind of case that goes over everything that is easier to manage.

   We love this pillow! We purchased one and then another! It's great for neck issues and to help with aches and pains. It's comfortable for sure, but could take some getting used to if you use a traditional pillow. It has helped with neck pain in our family. It does stain quickly, especially if you buy the white.    I like that this pillow offers different ways to use it depending on the way you sleep. I was concerned because I alternate sleeping on my back and sleeping on my side throughout the night. The first night I started sleeping with the pillow in the position for back sleepers but then had to turn the pillow when I flipped to my side. The second night I positioned the pillow for side sleeping and found it comfortable even when I switched to my back. I know position the pillow for side sleeping even though I switch positions throughout the night. It is comfortable for me and offers great neck support.

   I’ve tried a lot of pillows over the years, but this one is the first one that really works for all sleeping positions. I switch between side, back, and stomach sleeping, and this pillow supports me no matter what. The memory foam has just the right amount of firmness and softness. It doesn’t flatten out, so I know it will last. I love the cooling pillowcase too; it’s soft and doesn’t make me overheat during the night. I’m waking up with less neck pain, and I feel more rested. This pillow is definitely worth it.

   I’ve been using this pillow for a while now, and it’s still just as comfortable as the first night. The memory foam is high quality and doesn’t lose its shape over time.    Maybe this pillow is for taller people? I’m 5, 1 and my head doesn’t lay over the indent for your ear. And because it doesn’t feel like I fit it, I’ve been getting a very tight neck which in turn gives me a headache. I’ve been sleeping on this pillow now for about a month or two. I still have not gotten used to it. So I know it’s got to be the pillow. It’s just not for me. But it will alleviate pain in your shoulder. That part is true.

   I wondered if this pillow was all hype and would disappoint like so many have but it was highly recommended so I got one. Before I even slept on it the first night I used it behind a regular pillow to prop up for TV and it was so much better then the one I'd been using for that. Sleeping on it was an even better surprise. It stays cool so I don't find myself waking up to flip the pillow over several times a night and it provides strong support without feeling hard. It's great to be able to use the arm rest part! I bought one for my son and he loves his. I've recommended it to several people who have also bought one or two and have passed on the recommendation. One of the really smart and satisfying purchases of the year for me!

   This is a fantastic pillow to sleep with. With the alignment of my neck on the contoured pillows, I feel my sleep has improved immensely. My spine is now aligned with my neck, which means I do not wake up with a painful sensation in my neck area. Also sleeping on my back. I have firm elevated support necessary for restful sleep with no pain. I have found that my vertigo does not act up. I find I have even more neck support sleeping on my side. This is a wonderful product for any type of a sleeper from side, back, to stomach. It works very well and gives the much needed support. Lastly, I like that I can sleep on it with or without a pillowcase. It’s washable. Another huge plus.

   I have gone through dozens and dozens of pillows in my days so when my chiropractor recommended this pillow, I was a little hesitant because I didn't want to add yet another pillow to the "pillow graveyard"!    I sure needed a new pillow and, while I was kinda skeptical about this design, I decided to give it a try. Oh well, that was a great decision! My sleepy time is usually shorter than it should and restless to be honest. But, this unusual looking pillow have certainly helped, a lot!    Tried this pillow for two nights now and I'm impressed with the versatility. The ergonomic design really does work for different sleeping positions - I've tested it on my back, side, and even stomach.    Just received this pillow yesterday and wanted to share my first impressions. The ice silk pillowcase feels really nice and cool against my skin - definitely a plus for summer nights. One thing to note is that the memory foam is pretty firm when you first get it, which took me by surprise. The massage points are noticeable but not uncomfortable. I appreciate that the pillowcase has a zipper for easy removal and washing. The foam has a slight smell out of the box, but nothing too strong, and it's starting to fade. Looking forward to seeing how it breaks in over time.

   I am a side and belly sleeper and often get kinks in my neck. I was pleasantly surprised that this pillow was very comfortable and supportive right out of the package.    I bought this pillow as I have suffered from neck pain for a few years. I've seen a chiropractor and a massage therapist for this problem but it never really resolved. Often I would wake up with a stiff neck or an strained neck on the side I would sleep. After using this pillow for 3 days I felt pain relief, I had better flexibility of my neck and was not uncomfortable sleeping. I continue to use this pillow now for about 2 weeks and I continue to wake up without pain. Definitely recommend this pillow.

   This ergonomic memory foam pillow has really improved my sleep quality.    I have had neck pain for years and have arthritis in my back. I have had a difficult time finding a pillow that wasn’t too soft and would hold its shape. When I saw this on , it seemed too good to be true. I purchase it anticipating it would be hot to sleep on since it is not down filled. It has been great! It is comfortable, supports my neck well and it does not feel warm or hot to sleep on. I like it so much, I’m letting my daughter try it as she has similar issues. I would recommend it.

   I had a work injury and have a small herniated disc. Have not been sleeping well at all. Someone at physical therapy recommended this pillow so I purchased it. I love that there are two heights to the pillow on either side and that you could sleep on your side with us. I’ve been sleeping better. It is soft and actually has a cool feeling to it. I have purchased at least four other pillows and I was skeptical. However, this pillow actually decreases the pain and I can sleep for 4 to 5 hours at a time.

   I am pretty much addicted to these types of pillows. With the holiday season upon us, this would make a wonderful gift. I love the contour shape of the pillow. The firmness is just right and it holds it's shape thoughout the night while providing enough support for my neck. I can sleep comfortably neck pain-free whether on my back or side. Also, a minor detail but I had to mention it..... I love the colour combo of the sage green and white. This pillow does what it's made for and didn't disappoint.

   I have cervical neck issues requiring a pillow that will support my neck properly without being too high, too soft or too stiff. This is the “mama bear” of neck support pillows. You can sleep on your back just fine with comfortable support, but I am mostly a side sleeper. This pillow embraces my head and neck perfectly when sleeping on my side with no issues. My very first night using it, I slept like a baby and never woke up with a sore neck like other pillows. The other bonus is it fits perfectly in a regular pillowcase. Highly recommend!!

   The quality of the pillow is good. After opening the package, I felt that the fabric was soft and skin-friendly, and it also came with an ice silk pillowcase. When I tried it while lying on the bed, I felt that it was different from ordinary pillows. Its larger area and good support gave my neck a full sense of security and I felt really comfortable. The pillow is very resilient, so I won't have to worry about it collapsing.

As you can see from the picture you can see it's a great quality, and the shape of the pillow gives you a great head support and space for your shoulders if you sleep side ways. it does what is said on the description you can used both sides depending how you sleep.    This pillow saved my neck! As a side sleeper, it is hard to find pillows that support your neck sufficiently which often leads to difficulty staying asleep and/or waking up with neck pain or headache.    I’m used to memory foam pillows, taking a while to expand and take their full shape, but this pillow pops right up and is ready to go as soon as you take it out of the package. It has a great shape and depth as you can see in my photos. This is perfect for ending stressful days when you really need to allow your neck to relax and reset. I’m really excited to use this as I’ve been waking up with some headaches and neck pain lately and so searching for a pillow to help me. The best part is it fits in a standard pillowcase. In my case, a hello Kitty pillowcase. :) I definitely recommend really impressed so far especially for the low price point.

   I struggle a lot with back and neck pain, specifically after o wake up in the mornings. I try multiple things, like flat pillows, no pillow, neck roll and nothing seem to work. I will constantly wake at night at least 3 to 4 times and couldn’t get enough rest. After my husband bought for me all I can say is I sleep ALL NIGHT, I don’t even wake up to drink water at midnight lol. Another thing is that I stay still in the same place and position that I went to bed. Even my husband notice the first week I had it I stop complaining about my neck and back hurting and I wouldn’t be tired through out the day. I’m a light sleeper but with this pillow I don’t think that anymore, I can sleep all night long best purchase ever… a nothing great thing about this, it’s the space on the side to rest your arms love it, design is Amazing

   This pillow far exceeds what I expected! After the very first night, my almost constant neck pain was GONE! I’ve had it for a few nights now and I sleep better than I Have for a very Long time. The really crazy thing is that my kids used to tease me for snoring. They have noticed that I no longer snore, and I believe them because I am no longer waking up with A dry mouth. I have been trying to cure my snoring for years now, and it seems this pillow has solved the problem. I don’t know if it will have that effect on everyone, but I wanted to put it out there that it certainly happened for me! I will always use this pillow!

   I love this pillow It really does make what it says I have severe sleep apnea and with this pillow I can sleep in any position stomach up or down side ways it’s perfect even sideways the head stays perfectly aligned.    This neck pillow came in a sealed vacuum bag, expanded to a firm full size memory foam pillow after opening. The memory foam works well for different sleeping positions. I like the cooling effect, which makes it better for a good night’s sleep! This neck pillow is firm enough to provide great support for my head, neck, and shoulders. The memory foam molds nicely, comfortable and supportive.

   I like that this pillow allows me to have a better night's sleep without fighting to get comfortable like my older pillows. The way that it is designed allows me to lay either on a low or high side to get the best comfort. I'm a side sleeper mostly and this pillow hasn't made it difficult for me to get comfortable faster to fall asleep quicker. I don't care for the cooling feature as much. Personal preference.

   This pillow is really nice. It’s super soft and feels cool to the touch. As a side sleeper this cradles my neck so I don’t wake up sore. My favorite part is the indentation on the sides that make it perfect to fit your arm around so it doesn’t go numb on you. Very comfortable.

   I was hesitant about this but after waking up most days with neck and back stiffness I decided to try it and am really glad I did. It is soft and comfortable and I can feel.the pressure leave as soon as I lay on it. I'm able to turn and sleep on my side and still find comfort and relief. I'm glad I decided to get this!

   My orthopedic surgeon told me THIS PILLOW is the BEST for supporting cervical spine (neck) issues! I had already started sleeping on it a month prior to having spinal fusion. Even those weeks prior to surgery I felt more rested and had more pain relief! I was surprised at how much a pillow could help! This pillow is worth the money! I use it every night!! The shape and firmness have not changed at all since I purchased this early this year! The pillow helped with my healing process following surgery as well. The great thing about the way this is built, you can use it either way—either the wide or thinner side as they are both so comfortable!! I have cleaned the pillow following manufacturer’s instructions and it smells fresh and clean after every use. Thank you for offering such a fabulous product! I will keep purchasing this pillow!

   I've been using this pillow for a few weeks and so far it gets 5 stars. I hope it continues to do well for me. I have bought so many pillows and I typically end up having lots of headaches because of my pillow. No headaches so far with this pillow! I have not tried it yet for side sleeping yet. I've only slept on my back and the pillow provides a nice amount of support and firmness for back sleeping.

   I received the pillow today. I didn't remove the insert, immediately took a nap on it to see if it was worth all the hype from the reviews. It TOTALLY is!!! My birthday was Monday 11/11/24 woke up Tuesday 11/12/24 with a bad crick in my neck. When I tell you this pillow has eased the stiffness in my neck! I am amazed by the level of support. This is a definitely a must buy! 10 out of 10 I recommend.

   I bought this about 4 months ago and wanted to make sure I really liked it before I wrote the review. I was doubtful this was going to help me but I was tired of waking up with so much pain I thought it couldn't hurt. Let me tell ya, this was the best thing I have ever done. After even the first night I woke up pain free and it's been that way ever since! (And according to my husband it has also helped with my snoring as well, lol.)

   This pillow has been such a relief for my neck and shoulders, especially after long days at work.    When I received this neck pillow, I was happy that there was no weird smell at all. As soon as I opened it, the pillow quickly took on its full shape. The memory foam feels good, it’s supportive without being too firm, and it contours perfectly to my head, neck, and shoulders, which has really helped relieve my neck and shoulder tension.    I generally sleep on my side and this pillow provides great support for my neck. It has helped my bottom arm to not go numb. It is also comfortable when I sleep on my back. It provides great support to my neck and shoulders. I would buy it again. I did return the standard and buy the queen. It runs a little smaller than a standard pillow.

   This pillow is perfect for me, it rests close to the end of my body and away from sagging.. My neck has really started to get on me in the mornings. Waking up with a stiff neck, gross!! I slept really well the first night, woke up with a great neck feeling and I barely moved at all all night. I have been sleeping so much better all week since I bought this pillow. The newer pillows they have been selling are way too thick to sleep on. I was about to cut my favorite pillow apart and take a bunch of the stuffing out and put it back together again. I chose to try this pillow instead. It's the perfect shape for back sleeping and neck support. I sleep on my side most of the time

   After starting a new upper body workout I developed a pinch nerve and had many restless nights with neck pain. Saw this in an ad and figured I'd give it a try. After 2 nights of using this pillow I no longer have that irritating crick in my neck and I only wake up once to move my cats off me.    I looked at lots of different cervical pillows and eventually chose this one based on customer reviews and the shape of the pillow. I do not regret my choice! The neck support is perfect for me and the shape of the pillow is really comfortable for back and side sleeping. The only downsides for me are 1) I do not find this pillow comfortable for stomach sleeping. The shape just doesn't work for me comfortably for that. 2) I am 5'3'' and I think this pillow is better suited for someone a little taller. I saw that comment in a previous review and it's definitely true. It's not a huge problem but my head does sometimes shift down, outside of the little area meant for it during the night.

   The pillow is amazing. I had memory foam pillows before but what make this pillow way different than others is its unique shape. The pillow supports the neck perfectly still being comfortable. The side sleepers have a small space under the side corners to place the arm so that you don't have to put it under the pillow . The pillow cover is breathable and can be removed ( using zipper) for easy washing. I am really having great and comfortable sleep after I started using this. Highly recommend it.

   Great Pillow! I use a nose cushion BiPap machine and I can sleep comfortably on my back but can also sleep on the left or right side without affecting the flow of air. My only critique, is the need for a pillow case for this pillow. Great pillow.

   I really appreciated that the product is as described. I have for years struggled to find a pillow that really helps with my neck pain and exhaustion. This pillow made the trick for me. I sleep a lot more comfortable at night and the historical strain experienced due to working all day at a computer is not really an issue that keeps me awake. This was worth for me for the value. I just wish they start selling reasonably priced pillow cases for it’s unique shape. I use it every night. And my cat enjoys the extra space to cuddle on top of my head or on the side.

   My favorite pillow. I’d recently purchased a new bed with innersprings and wanted to try something new for my neck and back pain. I still don’t understand the entire shape concept, but my favorite parts are the open area for my shoulder, no more crunched up pillow and the air/ear hole in the center of the pillow. I wear a CPAP mask and this pillow has limited the amount my head sweats. Great air flow! Will be buying another now that I know it’s a great fit for me. Been using it for 2-3 months now. The cover is easy to take on and off for washing

   I have a pinched nerve in my neck and I also have 5 pillows on hand that I have to rotate through the night to try to get some rest. It got to a point that none of them were providing any achievable relief. Morning after morning i was waking up with debilitating headaches because I could not get the correct support for my neck through the night. I have many other spinal issues, so getting a good nights rest is imperative for me as far as my pain management. I am always skeptical when buying products to help with pain, but this pillow has surprised me! When I woke up the next morning, I KNEW it worked! This pillow is a lifesaver and life changing!    I have a herniated disc at C6-C7 and often experience pain when I put my head on normal pillows (in preparation to sleep) and even worse, I often wake up at odd hours due to pain. This is the only pillow that has significantly decreased those symptoms. To be clear, this pillow has not completely resolved my symptoms, but has significantly decreased the frequency. I even take this pillow with me when I travel because the frequency of my symptoms skyrockets on normal pillows.

   I absolutely love this pillow because it worked for me the first night! I had neck and shoulder stiffness because I was not getting proper support. I have spent years looking for the right pillow, from reading reviews to investing in pillows that were supposed to provide proper support, only to be disappointed time and time again. Sleep is important and it takes time to read reviews so it can become exhausting, but this pillow WORKS! It is so comfortable and my sleep has improved greatly. I am a side, back and stomach sleeper and I am remain comfortable in every position. Please do yourself a favor and buy it! I am grateful to have found it finally!

   I’m glad to say that I definitely have relief from my neck pain using this pillow. It’s very different and you definitely need time to get used to it. FYI, it’s good support and it has two different heights depending on how you spin the pillow, which is good. Randomly it also feels really good if you like to sleep with a pillow between your knees.

   The divot in the middle of the pillow keeps your head in one place all night. Which is good. It keeps your head in one place and from moving around lessening the kinks in your neck. My other pillow caused me pain on the crown of the head, but because this pillow supports the neck and keeps the head from sinking into your pillow it avoids head and neck aches. I’m still getting used to my head in one position, but it helps with aches and pains. I’m a back sleeper, but if I lie on my side, it’s the same concept, it keeps your chin from bending towards your chest so it keeps it straight and aligned with your body. In all I give it a 5 out of 5 stars

   So I got this because I've been having headaches and migraines every day. I wake up with them, have them throughout my day, and go to bed with them. I tried this pillow to see if maybe it was my old pillow. The frequency of having them in the morning has diminished. So something is working. Plus it's really comfy. Either way I like the pillow

   I bought this Cervical Neck Pillow for my husband so he could sleep well and wake up without any pain. Thankfully, he loves it! He says it’s soft and very comfortable, especially since he sleeps on his side. I tried it too (I sleep on my back) and found it just as comfortable, no matter the sleeping position.    I have a herniated disc in my c spine and have always used specialized curved pillows but this is the first I’ve had in this shape. I like that you have an option of the larger or smaller curve. I use the small curvature when sleeping on my back but more often than not, I sleep on my side and this pillow has been a game changer.i has the support and height to allow space for your shoulder which prevents my arm from falling asleep when i am on my side. I also love that it supports the necks natural curve. It’s also a great price point in comparison with others.

   This is the second pillow I have purchased. I had cervical spine fusion 10 years ago. Although my surgeon said I could use any pillow, I have struggled to find a balanced pillow for support and the right amount of comfort and firmness. This is it!! I now have arthritis in my neck. I’m sleeping through the night and waking up feeling rested without stiffness. My husband had the same surgery earlier this year. Just bought this pillow for him. The company is amazing at solving any issue or concern you may have. Reach out to them directly! They just sent me additional inserts to adjust for height. These are game changers!

   I honestly didn't think a pillow would help with my neck problem. For nearly two years I suffered daily with a neck pain that shot down my neck to my shoulder and around to my upper chest. Some days it was worse than others and I couldn't even remember what it felt like to not be in pain. It became my normal. This pillow has been truly life changing. I've been using it for almost 2 months and I have no more pain. It seriously blows my mind! I will be honest and say this pillow was weird at first and took some getting used to, but now I really love it and can't imagine using anything else.

   I suffer pretty bad neck pain. When i wake up, it’s always one side of my neck or the other that’s strained from sleeping. I am a side sleeper. I have had this pillow in my cart off and on for some time and just kept putting off buying it because in my mind it was just another pillow and probably wouldn’t help.    Overall the pillow is good but it definitely takes some getting used to.It is an odd shape and you have to really experiment with different positions before you find a way to make it comfortable.Also,I usually sleep on a thick pillow so I had to put a thin pillow underneath it to make it work for me.However, my favorite feature is the hole in the center, which takes all the pressure off of your ear when you’re sleeping kind of like a massage pillow. Give it a shot. They’ve got a great return policy if it doesn’t work.

   I have spent a lot on pillows the last few years, and to be honest, I was just desperate when I decided to try this one. I am so glad I did. It's the most comfortable pillow I have ever owned. It's not super firm or super cushy. The cover is very soft and the way my head fits into the center is so comfortable. It supports my neck without being overly supportive (if that makes sense). I have Spondylitis so any help I can get to relieve pain I will try. This pillow is a keeper!

   The pillow is light and the cover is easy to detach and wash. It helps to keep me sleeping on my back longer than usual but it is not uncomfortable for side sleeping. The contoured sides are nice, but the pillow is on the small side and narrower than my shoulders, so they aren't really effective for tucking my arms.

   Have been dealing with neck pain for the past few months. Have gone for massages, to the chiropractor, etc. Decided to try the Pillow Haven. I have never been an amazing sleeper...I toss and turn from side to side and then to my back...I try all positions. This pillow works for ALL of those positions. With this pillow, I have found the pain I have been experiencing to have diminished and I have actually been sleeping better. I do credit the Pillow Haven with this. The pillow also comes with it's own cover (read the fine print...all pillows don't come with a cover) and it is easily removeable to wash. I just tossed mine in the washer for the first time last weekend and it easily went back on. For the price, this pillow is very good and I am happy with how my neck is feeling in the morning.

   I bought this pillow to help with neck, shoulder and arm pain associated with a difficult cervical fusion 3 years ago. Movement during the night resulted in nerves being pinched and I'd wake up with my left arm asleep, pain in my neck and shoulders, and sometimes a bad headache too. After trying other pillows with no luck I found this one which had great reviews. What a difference it has made! I am finally able to go to bed without taking pain meds and sleep all night long because this pillow puts my head, shoulders and arm in the right alignment and keeps them there. Headaches have been greatly reduced too. I'm waking more refreshed than I have in a long time. Very grateful for finding this marvelous pillow!

   I've been having terrible neck and shoulder pain from built up stress as well as sleeping wild. My two pillows that I used weren't doing it for me. I bought this and the first few nights of using it, it took a few nights to get use to using this pillow so my quality of sleep wasn't the best. But after the 4th or 5th night, from being so tired I slept find with it. Although it took some nights to get used to this pillow, finding the right position to sleep, my neck and shoulder pain has eased up a bit. It hasn't gone 100% away, but I'm waking up with less pain and stiffness. This pillow material does stay cool, so if you like a cool pillow, then I recommend this. I'm a side and stomach sleeper, and this pillow works for me. Shipping was fast and the packaging was perfect.

   I received my pillow a week ago and have used it every night. I did not think I would care for it initially because it seemed too firm. But once you place your head in the center area, it becomes comfortable and supportive. I am mainly a side sleeper, and am very comfortable while using this pillow. I hope it’s easy to take the covering off when it’s time to wash it. I will probably order an additional cover from the website to have a back up. But so far I recommend it. I do have to say that I normally do not have any kind of neck issues anyway, but I do have difficulty going to sleep and this seems to be helping.

   I have searched and searched for new pillows. Recently my neck and back have been hurting and I thought it was my mattress, so I bought a new one. Then I started going to the chiropractor twice sometimes three times a week, yet still my neck and back hurt. So I started searching pillows. And this was the 4th set of pillows I have ordered. I definitely am getting used to the look of it, but throw a pillowcase on it and that’s done! Anyways this pillow is really helping my neck pain. It’s not too thick or too thin, and the pillow itself is made from really good quality. After several nights my neck pain is easing and I’m waking up with no headaches. I’m thankful I tried it and you should too

   I suffer from migraines and I often wake up with a stiff neck in the morning and this pillow is the best pillow ever!! When I first received it I tested it out and ended up falling asleep!! I purchased a second one for my husband when he went to use his later that night he laid on it and says I am not sure how I like this and within two minutes he was sound asleep. Great for the money. Holds shape and completely supports your head. I believe the case is removable and can be washed, however I put a pillowcase on it

   I am really glad that I got this. I noticed that I was starting to have a lot of pain in my neck and shoulder from not supporting my head correctly when I was sleeping. I finally had enough, and went looking for an ergonomic pillow. This was nice because it has nice firm memory foam, and a unique ergonomic shape. I sleep hot, but this pillow stays cool all night long. And at first I was a little hesitant about the dip in the middle. But I loved it now. It’s perfect for the ear when sleeping on my side. Especially since I have a fair few piercings in each ear.

   While sleeping on my back, this pillow is fantastic with one less foam pad. The thicker sides are hard but will soften to make sleeping with postural alignment all night!

   It looks weird but give it a week and you'll get better sleep. The ends where your arm goes take a little getting used to but it definitely helps with shoulder pain. A regular pillow case fits fine and the washable cover is easy to get back on.

   I absolutely love this pillow, before I always had the hardest time keeping my head on a pillow at night but with this pillow I’m able to sleep the whole night on it on my back, or my side or my stomach. It’s kept its shape too my husband tends to bend it when he’s watching TV lol it’s worth the money, it’s a good quality and gives support too. I bought a silk pillow case on that fit it perfectly to protect my hair and skin and to be able to take off and wash it.

   I am super particular about my pillow. I usually use a feather pillow but since I started having shoulder pain I began looking for a different pillow. I was concerned I wouldn’t like memory foam and the odd shape of this pillow, but I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it is. When I lay on my side, the cut-in allows my shoulder to stay flush as opposed to being elevated on my feather pillow. I’ve already removed the pillow covering and washed it according to the instructions. The slip was easy to place back on the pillow. I removed the 1” inch insert to lower the height for my personal preference. It was a bonus that the shape makes my CPAP full face mask more comfortable when I lay on my side. I’ve already recommended this pillow to friends. I’m very happy with this product. The description on was spot on and the claim that the pillow helps alleviate shoulder pain has proven to be true in my experience. Great product, great value, quality product.

   It took a few nights to get used to how to position myself with this pillow but once I got it figured out, I slept perfectly! It has reduced overall stiffness and relieved some of the pressure on my shoulder as I sleep. I would definitely love the option for different pillow cases than the one it came with but am overall quite happy with my purchase. I recommend letting it air out for a day or two and then giving it a couple of nights before deciding whether or not you like it. I am glad i gave it the chance.

   The package came as promised, there was no smell when unwrapping out of vacuum sealed plastic. The pillow is very comfortable to lay on, I noticed after the first night on how well I was rested. The firmness and design to where I was not laying on my arms is perfect. I was able to turn and was not stock in some kind of mold what I was afraid off. The versatility by not hindering my movements was on spot. I highly recommend this pillow for its ease of use and the way it is designed that gave me some much needed rest.

   I was hesitant about this pillow but am so glad I got it. I had been dealing with neck and back pains so I thought I’d try a new pillow. Since switching to this pillow, it’s even helped more than that! I also had hip pains and bad headaches which have improved as well. Definitely worth it and won’t go back to a regular pillow again.

   As a side sleeper I've had neck and shoulder pain for the past year or so.    I am totally sold on this pillow! I have bought many and they were not what I needed, this one is amazing! I am a side sleeper and always put my arm under my pillow, this was not good because I would wake with a very sore shoulder. With this pillow I haven't done it as much and it supports my neck so well! I'm sold and highly recommend it! I will buy another one soon!

   The shape looked odd, but when I used it- I found it to be contoured perfectly for a side-sleeper like me. The foam provides firm support, but not hard/uncomfortable. Only drawback is that a pillowcase of this shape doesn't exist (at least I haven't found one)- but the regular ones work :-). The pillow has its own cover the comes off by undoing the button/snap in the middle and can be laundered. Overall, I'm happy to replace my older pillow (which was comfortable) with this funky new one, and do not miss the old one.

   Love the different positions you can use. My wife bought one and got the best night sleep she has had in a long time, relieving her neck discomfort. I bought one and it has relieved my shoulder pain. only downside is pillowcases don't want to stay on.

   The pillow was adequately firm and did a good job keeping my neck straight whenever I slept on my back or sides. Unfortunately, I do not have a set sleeping position that works for me all the time, plus I tend to be very hard on my pillows. This pillow may not be good for belly sleepers or those who tend to shift a lot while sleeping.

   I suffer from neck tension from sitting at a desk all day on a computer and I am a side sleeper with fibromyalgia. I have tried EVERY pillow type out there. This pillow is absolute heaven, soft but firm in all the right places. I will never go anywhere again without my pillow. My dad used it at the hospital when he first got admitted, then my mom after surgery and finally gave it back. The first time I rested on it I fell asleep pain free. Then I tried to use it for lounging in bed, I have used it lowe in my back, and no matter what position it is versatile and comfortable. I have spent so much money on neck pillows, body pillows, feather pillows and cooling neck orthopedic pillows. This one is the best hands down and it is so comfortable. I can't believe how nice it is and what a value for the money.

   Great for side or back sleepers. It helps keep your neck alignment correct to relive pain. Don’t get if you are a stomach sleeper as it will not help you.

   It's very comfortable. I have been using it for for a week now and it seems to be comfortable preventing some bad positions I end up when using pillow. It's soft and regains shape quickly. Love the gap to put your arm when side sleeping. Would recommend.

   Sleeping with this pillow is comfortable, the quality is evident Spotless immediately. Keeps my spine & neck aligned. Which helps with pain relief. The fabric feels cool unlike other memory foam pillows. The size is fine, like a standard pillow size.

   I was not sure it could help with my neck pain but, I decided to try it, like I had with 5 or 6 pillows in the last few years. I am very impressed! The first night was comfortable and in the morning I had very little pain. By the second morning, no pain! I could not be happier with this pillow. I am sleeping better and feeling much better all day. I wish I had bought this coBIO sooner. I highly recommend it.
