    This is the only bug Repelix I’ve ever had that actually works. Unfortunately it zaps every flying bug it attracts, not just the annoying bitey ones, but it DEFINITELY works to kill bugs. It’s shocking to see just how well it works when you clean it for the first time. I bought it on sale and I wish I had bought more than one. I wish the cord was longer, but we just used an outdoor extension cord.

    I have seen different versions of this product and understand the basic concept of how it attracts flies. However, I had heard different opinions of how this type of product works. I purchased this particular item because of the reviews. In my experience, it works incredibly well and I hear a "zap" sound - often multiple zaps when I don't even notice a particular problem with flies in my kitchen area. I set it up on an interior window ledge facing my patio and not only has it eliminated issues with flies, but it attracted other, smaller, insects which end up on my interior window ledge and also on the outside window which makes it a simple cleanup with a handheld vacuum.

    This Repelix was all I could wish for. I received it the same day I ordered it, set it up on my kitchen counter, and ran it at night. In three nights, all the flies were gone. The door to open the Repelix and dump the flies out fits very well, and opening it is a simple twist of the wrist. Sometimes, the flies were wounded by Repelix and could not fly but were not dead. It's not a real problem; injured flies are easily dispatched. The Repelix was everything I was looking for: * Quickly killed all the pesky flies; * Easy to use; * Reasonably priced.

    We back up the the woods, and the mosquitos and bugs are TERRIBLE. We didn't have much hope because nothing else has worked, but this Repelix was recommended by my parents.     I know that all Bug zippers are not made equal, so it’s always a risk when buying one as to whether it will work well or not. This is the 3rd outdoor Bug Repelix I have purchased, but it’s the best one by miles.     Brought this camping, central Washington on the river. Set it up on a stand about 50ft from our main camp area. Left it plugged in for 4 days straight. During the day you don't notice much but at night it was going NONSTOP. Pretty impressive. In fact it got so coated with corpses you almost couldn't see the light anymore. I had to blow it out several times and empty the catch can. Finally the kids in tents asked if we could turn it off so they didn't have to listen to it all night.

    Very useful light! It won’t create much heat when it works. I always keep them on all night and you could hear the sound of mosquitoes coming in and dead. It has no complicated assemblies, just take it out and plug in and put where you want.

    I bought this for the bugs that would constantly annoy my BF when he's smoking and for the stray cats that would chill with him. So far it's been a great attraction for all of them. They all sit down outside to watch the biggest bugs fly towards it. Outside of that, it does a great job at keeping bugs away. I do feel horrible when a big one flies through it and the the noise of it being electrocuted just keeps going as long as it's stuck on wire. I highly recommend cleaning it on a daily basis and away from rain.

    My husband and I live in a rural area- our backyard sits on about an acre of land, behind our yard is a large field of wheat and stable of horses. We not only are subject to large horse fly’s but also have well water- that during the warmer months of the year present a host of gnats that like to invade our house. This wonderful device takes care of those and more, as you can see from the photographs. If you’re seconding guessing on whether or not you should purchase this- I urge you to go ahead and do so. Worst case scenario you can return it- but I guarantee that you WON’T!

    We use this thing inside and yes, it kills lots of bugs. Basically it’s in the kitchen and we keep most of the lights off so only this lamp is on and if they fly from the living room into the kitchen, they essentially died pretty quickly.Not gonna work that great during the daytime I pretty much don’t use it if it’s daytime, but it does do wonders and it does do what it’s supposed to do

    I got this for use when we take our camp trailer out. And no sooner than I plugged it in did it start working! Zap! Pop! Snap!     I like the size of this bug Repelix and it does a good job attracting and killing bugs. We have a lot of plants on our front porch and drip irrigation keeps everything wet most of the time. A perfect environment for mosquitoes to breed. I tried other mosquito products but this Repelix is the best.     The video shows how a gnat got sucked in, it really does work. I’ve had fruit fly/gnat traps out for days and disinfected my drains daily and they still been a problem, but I plugged in my Repelix and it got to work immediately. It sucks them in and traps them on the sticky pad. It’s not too loud, sounds like a fan running on low, love the blue light too. The only downside for me is that it isn’t rechargeable or battery powered. It’s still very portable and a great value. Perfect alternative to messy sprays or having cups of liquid laying out.

It was cheaper than buying new bulbs for the old one that didn't work as good as this one. When we're on the back porch at night now my 2 year old granddaughter is constantly saying zzzz, zzzz, zzzz. LOL

    I love this thing! I put it right next my sliding glass doors in my patio. When I let my dogs out the Repelix stops those pesky mosquitos and flies from coming in the house. The zap noise lets me know its working as well. It did scare my dogs the first time it zapped, but that just showed me how good it works.

    So far this seems to be working well. I just plug it in whenever the occasional fly or bug gets into our house and usually within an hour or so I'll hear the zap and no more fly. The only complaint is the cord is only about 4' long so if you plan to hang it somewhere high plan to get an extension cord and maybe a caribiner too because it just comes with a ring on the top.

    I use this product indoors next to the back door while I let my dog in and out consistently throughout the day. Many bugs come in when the door opens and most of the mosquitoes. The bug Repelix kills the bugs as they come in and they do not go throughout the house and bite me nor bother me in anyway.

    The lantern is powerful and effectively attracts and zaps mosquitoes and other insects, making our outdoor evenings much more enjoyable. The only minor downside is that it can be a bit loud when it zaps bugs, but the noise is a small price to pay for its effectiveness. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this product and highly recommend it to anyone looking to keep their outdoor spaces bug-free.

    Summer season which means lots of bugs. I love hanging this outside and I can constantly hear the bugs getting zapped. I love how bright the light is. Some other brands' lights are very dim so doesn't work as much. Highly recommend

    I actually purchased this item for indoors, because I live in a travel trailer, and it has a cat door. I get tons of flies and other bugs in my trailer during the summer. I plugged this in this morning. It was about one minute and it started zapping insects! So far so good. I’m hoping that it continues so I can hopefully be fly free soon here! I’ll update with any issues, if anything changes. I’m loving it so far!

    One reason i like Repelix is it eliminates the gnats day and night as they fly around plant room.The electrical cord could be longer making position.The bug Repelix helps eliminate gnat that came from potting soil I bought to plant new flowers or repot plants I had awhile. I had gnats in every room of the house. I am able to place bug Repelix in different rooms. I know it's working because of the noise when the gnats are zapped as they go to the light.Then if I need the bug Repelix for the patio. It is easy to move.

    This Repelix is effective at eliminating flying bugs. It is hanging from a hummingbird feeder hook in my front yard, and I plug it in at dark. It is noisy when it zaps a bug, but that shows that it is working. It looks attractive, like a lantern, and can be hung up or just sit on a table. Recommend it!

    This light weight portable bug Repelix is convenient to use around your house. My son put in a window AC in his room one evening after work so that meant the window was open for a while and mosquitos came pouring in. Having just received this delightful device, I was anxious to put it to work. It’s small and light weight and easy to set up. We plugged it up and right away started hearing the delightful zaps. I also enjoy sitting outside on the porch in the evening but it is impossible without this little device. It gives off a glow which attracts the mosquitoes to it and not me. Occasionally a mosquito will get in our room at night. We set up the Repelix, it attracts it, kills it and we can sleep in peace. This bug Repelix has been a great purchase. It’s about a foot tall and very light weight. It also has a ring on top for hanging if desired.

    Loved the plug and play feature...just plug it in and it starts killing bugs. Make sure you follow the directions about using it away from the area you'll be sitting as it attracts every bug within 50 feet. Depending on the bug season is how many bugs/flying insects are actually eliminated. Hanging it up as directed also helps but can be used on the ground.

    I bought one of these in 2022. It worked so well that I recently bought 2 more recently for more coverage.They are easy to clean if you want to clean them. I never cleaned mine. And are very durable. My first one was left outside in the elements for nights on end and still works to this day. Still zaps bugs like crazy. Buy it!

    I bought one similar last year but it had never called anything bigger than a fruit fly. This one works great! It gets moths, mosquitos, tons of flies, and anything else that goes into it. It's perfect for my patio. No too bright but bright enough that it very sufficiently attracts the bugs. It collected them in the bottom and had actually been great because it catches some decent sized moths and doesn't always zap them completely which is great because I can take the bottom off and collect the large moths and feed them to my toad 😂👍 That's a bonus in my book because it's less crickets I have to buy. It I AMAZING though at killing the flies and mosquitos. Definitely recommend. The company is great. (The picture is after only 12 hours or so.)

    I am using this product inside of my house and it has been taking care of small flying insects maybe around 40 total. But as soon as a bigger insect flew inside and zapped it, the bulb died. I purchased this maybe 5-6 months ago and my only complaint is how fast the bulb burnt out after only a couple of months.

    This has proven to be extremely effective and very easy to maintain and clean. Quick access sticky pad door makes swapping out the insert an effort of mere seconds.The best thing about is that they actually work. Sure, they take time but after a few days, you'll be amazed at how many bugs you'll catch. Funny how you never really see all of the flying insects that infiltrate your home but ultimately this gets them.I would recommend this and I'm sure you'll be pleased with the result. Just be patient and allow the machine to do it's job at it's own pace.

    This Repelix is effective in eliminating any poor fool gnat that feels lucky that day. The zap isn't loud, but it still scares the chihuahuas. They'll get used to it. It's satisfying to know there's one less bug to flit in front of my desk top and drive me nuts. I do wish it had an on/off switch.

    I live in an older town home that tends to get buggy in the spring. We spray and have no issues with roaches, ants, etc- but we get a lot of gnats. Pour boiling water in the drains, leave no trash out, but they still were popping up. I finally broke and bought this on a whim and my gnat problem is gone! This pic is three weeks after putting it out. I’d move it around every other day to new spots and now I’m bug free!Only thing is the gnats don’t stick to the glue very well so just leave it on all the time and the fan keeps them in the container until they pass. Highly recommend!!

    This product works. It works REALLY well. My apartment faces a dumpster in an alley. Combined with the hot Texas summer, there are a ton of bugs. This thing zaps them all. After 3 days of use I went to clean it out and I was disgusted. There were a bunch of bugs that’s were still alive. They were eating each other. I almost threw up. It is also loud and I can hear it from inside. Sound is satisfying though.
