   This device is my most used health gadget. The heating is instantaneous, adjustable TENS function works wonders, and the unique vibration patterns are very calming. I've purchased all of the other Soothely products now because of my positive experience with this unit. This company has consistently high quality products, and I would recommend you check out their other offerings.

   I have one and have given several away as gifts. I gave one to the guy in my car dealership service center and told him that when I come in and I'm a pain in his neck now he can use this for it. It works great, nice that you can adjust the different levels to your liking. The heating selection is really nice.

   Love this set of neck massager! It gives out strong pulses and warm to soothes the neck. After downloaded the Soothely app, the neck massager connects easily and I could customised my intensity on both vibrations and heat. I could also add on new massage programme that it’s not on the switch using the app. Oh! I forgotten to mention about the comfort cushion that wraps around my neck! It feels so comfortable and soothing! Love that it also folds small that it is portable for keeping it in my bag if I want to bring it along for travelling.

   I have a semi permanent stiff neck because of my work computer. It’s as ergonomic as I can make it, but it’s still not perfect. This massager is great to throw on when I get home or right before bed to relax the muscle out. It does get a bit tricky with the settings. Some of them are a bit too strong and the electric pulse can actually be a bit painful, but it’s easily adjusted so I am still giving it five stars.

   Das Nackenmassagegerät wird gut verpackt in einem passenden Karton geliefert. Das Gerät bietet eine tiefe Gewebemassage und die Wärmefunktion ist besonders angenehm und entspannend. Es ist kabellos und tragbar, was es sehr praktisch für den Einsatz zu Hause oder unterwegs macht. Die Bedienung ist einfach und die Massage fühlt sich professionell an. Die Bedienung ist sehr einfach, über die Tasten am Gerät oder über die App Future Wear, was mir persönlich besonders gut gefällt, das macht das Ganze noch komfortabler. Insgesamt ein hochwertiges Nackenmassagegerät, das effektiv Verspannungen löst und für wohltuende Entspannung sorgt, allerdings auch doch recht teuer ist. Trotzdem kann ich hier eine klare Kaufempfehlung aussprechen.

   I bought this as a gift for a super lady who manages a hectic life schedule. She is an E.R. doctor, a mother of 3, a wife, runs her own business, and has over achieving kids who have hectic schedules of their own. This beautiful woman needs to pamper herself once in a while. I bought this so it could be a gift just for her. She has been raving about it. I can't wait to hear how it fairs this winter when she uses the heat on it.

What’s truly noteworthy is the way it blasts you with fog-horn level beeps to notify you that your attempted tension-easing session is now complete (whether you’re done or not). You know, just in case you were beginning to get ideas of letting your more relaxed self ease into a nap or even sleep for the night. This device has OTHER ideas in store for you and will not hesitate to wake yo a— up to let you know it has ended its short cycle session and would apparently like to receive its tip for service please, sir. The obnoxiously loud beeping is also present when 1. Powering on the device, 2. This incredibly loud and alarming soundtrack to your stim sesh is extra convenient if have a very small child who frequently naps or sleeps anywhere near you. Yes, it’s much louder than 3 simultaneously running noise machines, and unfortunately is impossible to tune out or turn down restricting the times in which this device can be used much smaller windows if not non-existent. Another great and added feature is how blinding the extra bright blue light is which emits from this device whenever it is on, again with no option to turn this feature off. This would be awesome for a geriatric patient who has lost most or all of their hearing capabilities, and needs an extra loud beep to inform them that they are no longer receiving muscle stimulation. Assuming said patient has also lost all sense of touch as well as reality and wouldn’t already know when they are pushing buttons and/or no longer receiving stimulation. The light and sound would be great for someone who plans to give themselves stun treatments while in dark and crowded club scenes, who would also like be able to hear the device inform them every 10 minutes that they need to start a whole new cycle over again by turning it back on and pressing the beepy buttons until it’s back to the setting you had it on before it so elegantly decided for you that you’ve had enough, over and over and over again. I would also imagine that the constantly emitting blue spotlight could be useful for those who have lost some of their eyesight and need to find their way to a club bathroom amid bright flashing strobe lights and other oddly lit scenes a geriatric patient may find themselves in. I myself have decided to use this feature in place of the wrap around neck reading flashlight I’ve been eying. Yes, this bright blue light which serves no purpose I’m aware of, will certainly provide plenty of stimulation to keep you and anyone you share a sleeping quarters with, fully awake and energized through the night, even if you opt out of using it to provide adequate lighting for your nighttime paperback book reading hobbies. Just fantastic and clear well-thought out added features here folks.

   Super tolles Nacken Massagegerät. Schnell und einfach zu bedienen. Entspricht den Abbildungen. Aufgrund meiner einseitigen Haltung beim Täglichen Beruf - habe ich leider von Zeit zu Zeit mehr oder Weniger Nackenbeschwerden. Hiermit ist das sehr gut in den Griff zu bekommen. Man hat schnell Linderung und es wirkt automatischen als Ausgleich im Stressigen Alltag: in verschiedenen Stufen und Stärken. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

   Als ich mir dieses Massagegerät bestellt habe, war ich zugegebenermaßen etwas skeptisch. Ich hatte keine allzu großen Erwartungen an die Nackenmassage. Direkt nach dem Auspacken habe ich es auf meinen Nacken gesetzt und eingeschaltet- es gibt eine richtige Richtung! Nur nach wenigen Sekunden begann mein Nacken schon warm zu werden durch die Infrarotstrahlung. Davon war ich sehr überrascht. Auch die vielen kleinen Massagemotoren machen einen insgesamt guten Eindruck. Es sind verschiedene Modi einstellbar per Knopfdruck, das Erreichen und Orientieren an den verschiedenen Knöpfen ist beim Einsatz allerdings etwas schwierig und verwirrend, da man die Knöpfe nicht sieht. Insgesamt aber eine schöne Spielerei.

   das Gerät ist sehr leicht und handlich eine Akkuladung hält recht lange so dass man es nicht oft aufladen muss und wenn doch, so ist es schnell geladen Schön ist, dass es langsam anfängt mit massieren und dann langsam an Intensität zunimmt auch die Wärme ist sehr angenehm Die Stufen lassen sich gut einstellen Das Gerät sitzt gut im Nacken, verrutscht nicht und ist auch recht leise Ich nutze es gerne

   Ich habe dieses tragbare Nackenmassagegerät mit Wärme als Geschenk bestellt - die beschenkte Person mag es sehr! Es ist klein, leicht und lässt sich leicht mitnehmen. Die Verbindung mit der App ermöglicht Zugriff auf viele Massagemodi und macht die Bedienung über das Telefon sehr einfach. Die Wärme und die verschiedenen Massageoptionen helfen wirklich, Verspannungen zu lösen. Der Akku hält auch lange durch. Wirklich gut, wenngleich auch nicht ganz billig.

   Dieses unauffällige kleine Nackenmassagegerät ist ein kleines Zauberstück. Die Massage fühlt sich an als würden tatsächlich Hände den Nacken Massieren und durch die Wärme die man dazuschalten kann, ist es so so angenehm. Dazu dann noch der Reizstrom und die Nackenmuskulatur wird so richtig schön durchgeknetet. Es ist dazu super leicht und man kann es auch wunderbar beim gehen nutzen und ist nicht ans Sofa gefesselt. Es ist einfach nur eine Wohltat. Die Einstellung der Modis kann entweder per App oder direkt am Gerät selber einfach eingestellt werden. Tolles kleines Gerät.

   Ich durfte dieses Nackenmassagegerät im Rahmen des Vine Programms testen. Das Gerät kam gut verpackt und schnell bei mir zu hause an. Geliefert wird es in einer Hochwertigen verpackung und eignet sich somit auch wunderbar als Geschenk. Das Gerät kann sowohl ohne Handy als auch mit der App genutzt werden. Durch einige verschiedene Einstellungen kann das Geärt auf die eignenen bedürfnisse angepasst werden. Ich selbst empfinde vorallem die Wärme die das Gerät abgeben kann in Kombination mit der leichten Massage als extrem angenehm und verwende es regelmäßig und gerne seit 3 Wochen. Ich vergebe dem Gerät daher gerne 5 von 5 Sternen.

   Über Prime wurde uns das Soothely G7 PRO-MAX Nackenmassagegerät angeboten. Für uns als Bildschirmarbeiter ein tolles Angebot. Geliefert wird es in einem sehr stabilen, wertigen Karton. Dessen Öffnung stellte uns zunächst vor ein Rätsel, letztlich fanden wir heraus, dass es sich hierbei um einen kräftigen Magnetverschluss einer Seitenfläche handelt. Das Soothely G7 PRO-MAX Nackenmassagegerät selbst ist formschön und mutet sehr wertig an. Es ist außen matt metallgrau und innen hellgrau. Es ist mit ca. 162 Gramm angenehm leicht.    Über Prime wurde uns das Soothely G7 PRO-MAX Nackenmassagegerät angeboten. Für uns als Bildschirmarbeiter ein tolles Angebot. Geliefert wird es in einem sehr stabilen, wertigen Karton. Dessen Öffnung stellte uns zunächst vor ein Rätsel, letztlich fanden wir heraus, dass es sich hierbei um einen kräftigen Magnetverschluss einer Seitenfläche handelt. Das Soothely G7 PRO-MAX Nackenmassagegerät selbst ist formschön und mutet sehr wertig an. Es ist außen matt metallgrau und innen hellgrau. Es ist mit ca. 162 Gramm angenehm leicht. Das Gerät einfach wird um Hals und Nacken gelegt. Die Inbetriebnahme erfolgt durch einen längeren Druck auf die Haupttaste. Eine Frauenstimme bestätigt in Englisch „Power On“ und los geht es. Das Gerät wird über die rund um die Haupttaste liegenden Bedientasten gesteuert. Es massiert mit neun Massageköpfen in vier unterschiedlichen Massagearten, einstellbar über die Haupttaste. Die Intensität der Massage lässt sich über eine separate Nebentaste in vier Stufen steuern oder ausschalten, gleichermaßen der Reizstrom in sechs Stufen, Infrarotbestrahlung in vier Stufen und eine Hitzekompresse in drei Stufen. Die Programme laufen standardmäßig 20 Minuten. Das Gerät schaltet sich danach aus. Die Sprachausgabe lässt sich über einen neben der USB-C Ladebuchse Schieberegler an und ausschalten. Alternativ lässt sich das Gerät sich per eigener App „Future Wear“ über Smartphone oder Tablet steuern. Die App ist einfach zu beziehen über Google Play oder den Apple App Store. Über die App ist die Bedienung des Soothely G7 PRO-MAX Nackenmassagegerätes sehr komfortabel. Zudem lässt sich darüber noch mehr einstellen, z.B. die Lautstärke der Sprachausgabe und die Dauer der Programme. Außerdem wird der Ladestand des Soothely G7 PRO-MAX Nackenmassagegerätes angezeigt. Wir hatten zunächst Probleme mit der App auf drei Android-Geräten. Die App hat das Soothely G7 PRO-MAX Nackenmassagegerät nicht aufgefunden. Etwas später dann blieb die App in der Startanimation hängen. Zudem hat die App auch im Standby viel Strom verbraucht (battery drain). Daraufhin haben wir die App deinstalliert und den Support kontaktiert. Dieser hat schnell innerhalb weniger Stunden reagiert, uns informiert, dass am selben Tag ein App-Update eingespielt wurde und wir einfach die App neu installieren sollen. Dies haben wir gemacht und die App hat dann das Soothely G7 PRO-MAX Nackenmassagegerät gefunden. Was noch zu beobachten sein wird, ist der doch immer noch recht hohe Stromverbrauch der App. Möglichweise scannt die App aktiv nach dem Soothely G7 PRO-MAX Nackenmassagegerät und verbraucht hierbei ordentlich. Auch dazu hatte ich den Support kontaktiert. Dieser antwortete: „Bezüglich des Problems mit der „Future Wear“-App hängen bleibt und den Akku entleert, haben wir dieses Problem mit dem jüngsten Update behoben. Wir empfehlen eine Neuinstallation der App aus dem Google Play Store zu installieren, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie die neueste Version haben.“. Man wird sehen, ob sich der Akkuverbrauch normalisiert. Je nach gewähltem Programm man kann sogar lesen oder arbeiten oder fernsehen oder am PC/Konsole spielen. Nach nun schon mehreren Anwendungen verfügt das Soothely G7 PRO-MAX laut App immer noch über die Hälfte der Akkuladung. Sehr gut. Wir sind mit dem Soothely G7 PRO-MAX Nackenmassagegerät und den Support-Erfahrungen hoch zufrieden. Ein tolles Gerät!

Ist das Nackenmassage vollständig aufgeladen ist der Schalter blau. Um das Gerät zu starten drückt man den Soothely Betriebsschalter etwas länger. Nach ein paar Sekunden startet das Gerät. Einstellbar ist Infrarot Thermo (4 Stufen), Impulsintensität (6 Stufen), Heißkompressen (3 Stufen) sowie Massageintensität (4 Stufen). Einstellbar ist alles über den Betriebsschalter. Das ist aber nicht gerade leicht wenn man das Gerät um den Hals gelegt hat und die richtige Taste erfühlen muss. Deshalb ist es auch möglich über eine kostenlose App das Gerät zu steuern. Allerdings muss ich immer die Intensität auf 3 oder auch 4 stellen, sonst merke ich nicht viel. Ich merke die unteren Intensivitätseinstellung nur, wenn ich mich entspannt im Sessel sitze., also mit etwas Druck auf das Massagegerät. Mit den beiden höheren Intensitätseinstellungen kann ich mich frei bewegen und werde merklich massiert. Ich gebe für das Massagegerät 5 ehrliche Sterne. Auch wenn der Preis hoch erscheint, mir hilft das Gerät ungemein. Ich kann das Massagegerät von Soothely sehr gerne empfehlen.

   Gleich als dieses Nackenmassagegerät kam haben wir es aufgeladen und ausprobiert. Gott sei Dank funktioniert es auch ohne App, allerdings sieht man dann die Tasten nicht und muss etwas herumprobieren, bis die Einstellungen dann einigermaßen passen. Bei jedem Tastendruck meldet sich eine weibliche Stimme, die in englischer Sprache die Level-Stärke durchgibt. Das hilft weiter! Das Gerät hat definitiv eine sehr entspannende Wirkung und wird deutlich warm! Die Wärme haben wir als äußerst angenehm empfunden, die Massage ist aber eher eine elektrische Stimulation als eine tatsächliche mechanische Massage. Insgesamt wird hier auf eher sanfte Weise versucht, den Nackenproblemen Herr zu werden. Wie dem auch sei: Wir sind von dem Gerät recht angetan und halten es für wirksam genug, um einem verspannten Nacken Erleichterung zu verschaffen!

Es hat eine kompakte Größe was ich sehr gut finde. Somit halt nur im Bereich des Genicks Anwendung findet. Dies funktioniert aber wirklich gut. Das Massagegerät wird in einer stabilen Verpackung mit Magnetverschluss angeliefert. Enthalten ist ein USB-C Ladekabel und eine Kurzanleitung in mehreren Sprachen inklusive Deutsch. Am Gerät selbst muss man für die Einstellungen im Betrieb am Steuerkreuz rumsuchen und genau wissen, was und wie gedrückt werden muss. Dies ist in der APP einfacher und viel komfortabler einstellbar. Es können mehrere Modi mit unterschiedlichen Intensitäten eingestellt werden. Die Infrarot-Wärme ist wirklich gut und entspannt die Muskeln damit die Massagefunktionen ihre Arbeit erledigen können. Auch gut finde ich, dass die Zeit in der APP nach eigenem Bedarf eingestellt werden kann. Maximal 60 Minuten sind hier möglich. Top Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Massagegerät. Auch wenn es etwas stärker massieren könnte für meinen Geschmack. Aber durch die Dauer welche nach Bedarf eingestellt werden kann, hat es mir bisher wirklich gute Dienste geleistet.

   Ich muss zugeben, ich war skeptisch, denn ich kenne nur diese großen schweren nackenmassagegeräte, Kissen, etc.. Oft schwer, zu hart, unangenehm, aber auch bedeutend günstiger. Also was soll so ein kleines Leichtgewicht bringen? Ganz ehrlich, alles und nicht weniger. Dabei stimmen Preisleistung auf ganzer Linie. Im Vergleich zu den "großen" bekommen wir ein schlichtes Gerät, welches man nahezu überall, zu jeder Zeit und unabhängig jeder Stromquelle tragen. Wärme und Intensität sind überraschend gut und trotz des geringen Gewichts, entsteht ein ordentlicher Druck, vergleichbar mit den Tension-Geräten (Strom-impulse). Wow. Allein die Wärmenachwirkungen habe ich noch Stunden später gemerkt. Ich habe ihn beim Fernsehen getragen, im Büro, während der Autofahrt und er ist völlig unscheinbar, stylisch und fällt kaum auf, weder in der Lautstärke, noch in der Optik. Funktionsumfang: Wir bekommen hier kein simples Massagewerkzeug, welches ne simple Infrsrotheizung mit bringt, wir bekommen hier 9 Massageköpfe, die so fein zu justieren sind, dass für jeden was dabei ist. Man kann sie sogar beheizen. Also bitte, was möchte man mehr? App: Mehr? Natürlich geht mehr! Eine App. Ich dachte mir nichts dabei, vielleicht kann ich ein paar Infos einsehen oder so, aber nein, man kann das Teil komplett steuern. Sogar die Lautstärke der Sprache ist wählbar. Zusätzlich wird der Akku angezeigt. On Top kommt noch eine pausetaste und Zeiteinstellung. Anleitung: Die ist simple gehalten, geht nur auf die wichtigsten Funktionen ein, ist auf mehrere Sprachen, auch deutsch, es fehlen aber Details, wie zb. Modis, Anzahl, etc.. findet man aber schnell selbst raus. Fazit: Ich hoffe, ich habe nichts vergessen. Mich hat das Teil komplett abgeholt, ich bin super zufrieden, begeistert und möchte euch das Gerät gerne ans Herz legen. Trotzdem der Hinweis: bei medizinischen oder gesundheitlichen Problemen, bitte die Benutzung mit dem Hausarzt absprechen. Von mir eine mehr als eindeutige Kaufempfehlung, Qualität, Umfang, Preis und Leistung sind komplett im Gleichgewicht, top! 👍

   Weil ich täglich beruflich am Schreibtisch/PC arbeite, habe ich fast ständig einen verspannten Nacken. Da kommt mir dieses mobile Massagegerät der Fa. Soothely wie gerufen. Es ist bequem um den Hals und dem Nacken zu tragen. Es drückt und zwickt dabei nicht und man kann sehr gut nebenbei arbeiten, oder natürlich noch viel besser sehr gut vor dem TV / und...oder im Bett entspannen. Das Gerät wird entweder an den seitlich rechts angebrachten Bedientasten gesteuert, oder was wesentlich komfortabler ist, durch eine wirklich gut gemachte App Namens: "Future Wear" über das Smartphone. Die App findet nach der Installation das G7 Pro-Max Massagegerät sehr schnell, wenn man es zum koppeln eingeschaltet in der Nähe liegen hat. Jedesmal wenn man das Massagegerät nutzen möchte, stellt es nach dem Einschalten des Geräts auf der türkis-farbenen Start-Taste sofort die Verbindung zum Smartphone problemlos wieder her und man kann alle möglichen Einstellungen bequem am Handy vornehmen. Das Gerät wird entweder an den seitlich rechts angebrachten Bedientasten gesteuert, oder was wesentlich komfortabler ist, durch eine wirklich gut gemachte App Namens: "Future Wear" über das Smartphone. Die App findet nach der Installation das G7 Pro-Max Massagegerät sehr schnell, wenn man es zum koppeln eingeschaltet in der Nähe liegen hat. Jedesmal wenn man das Massagegerät nutzen möchte, stellt es nach dem Einschalten des Geräts auf der türkis-farbenen Start-Taste sofort die Verbindung zum Smartphone problemlos wieder her und man kann alle möglichen Einstellungen bequem am Handy vornehmen. Verändert man eine Einstellung (Infrarot-Wärme/Massagestärke/Pulsfrequenz/Heizstärke,etc.) wird die Änderung von einer weiblichen Stimme (leider nur in englischer Sprache) sofort bestätigt. Die Massage-Einheit selbst besteht aus 9 sehr beweglichen Metallköpfen, die die eigentliche Massage ausführen. Ein kleines Infrarot-Licht ist ebenso enthalten welches für die angenehme Wärme sorgt. Alles in allem gesagt bin ich mit dem G7 Pro-Max Massagegerät von Soothely sehr zufrieden. Man kann es spontan jederzeit benutzen, wenn es denn gerade griffbereit ist. Man kann per Timer über die App auch leicht einstellen wie lange die Massage dauern soll. Wie gesagt...es kann alles ganz einfach übers Handy gesteuert werden und mann hat ständig alle Hände frei. Mann kann es während der Arbeit benutzen, oder besser natürlich gemütlich vorm TV.... hier sind wirklich fast keine Grenzen gesetzt. Eins muss aber auch bei all der Begeisterung klar sein: Es ersetzt sicher nicht eine echte Massage durch eine Physiotherapie, da das Massagegerät natürlich nicht diese Krafteinwirkung zustande bringt wie menschliche geübte Hände. Aber dennoch finde ich die Massage entspannend und erzeugt (je nach Einstellung) sogar Wohlbefinden. Da es über USB-C Anschluss sogar ohne Batteriewechsel auskommt kann es immer wieder aufgeladen werden. Der Akku hält erstaunlich lang, so dass man einige Massagen mit einer Aufladung machen kann. Für mich ist dieses, zugegeben nicht ganz billige Gerät, eine echte kleine Bereicherung der Lebensqualität. Danke , dass ich das Gerät über das -Vine-Testprogramm kostenlos testen darf. Dies hat aber absolut keinerlei Einfluss auf meine Bewertung!

   Wenn man das Gerät umhängt und in Betrieb nimmt, macht sich eine angenehme Wärme breit, wenn diese Funktion aktiviert wird und die Massagefunktion animiert die Halsmuskeln . Da ich nun mehrmals am Hals bzw, Halsgegend operiert wurde und immer wieder Probleme mit den Halsmuskeln habe, was bei bestimmten Haltungen des Kopfes zu Krämpfen führt, kam mir dieses Gerät gerade recht, denn es entspannt tatsächlich meine Halspartie und hat eine angenehme Wirkung auf die Muskeln. Wer also Probleme damit hat, sollte den Kauf eines Nackenmassagegerätes in Erwägung ziehen.

   So eine schöne Nackenmassage, während man abends auf dem Sofa lümmelt... das wär's. Nachdem es doch etwas aufwändig ist, sich einen persönlichen Nackenkrauler zu halten, tut es auch dieses Gerät, das eine angenehme Nackenmassage mit verschiedenen Modi verspricht. "Massage" ist dabei allerdings etwas relativ zu sehen. Wer kräftiges Kneten erwartet, wird enttäuscht sein. Aber es muss nicht immer rohe Gewalt sein. Die Massagenoppen kraulen den Nacken sanft und ausdauernd. Etwas störend dabei ist zunächst das beständige Brummen der Motoren, an das man sich allerdings schnell gewöhnt. Dann kann man sich entspannt zurücklehnen und genießen. Der Clou ist allerdings die Heizfunktion.    So eine schöne Nackenmassage, während man abends auf dem Sofa lümmelt... das wär's. Nachdem es doch etwas aufwändig ist, sich einen persönlichen Nackenkrauler zu halten, tut es auch dieses Gerät, das eine angenehme Nackenmassage mit verschiedenen Modi verspricht. "Massage" ist dabei allerdings etwas relativ zu sehen. Wer kräftiges Kneten erwartet, wird enttäuscht sein. Aber es muss nicht immer rohe Gewalt sein. Die Massagenoppen kraulen den Nacken sanft und ausdauernd. Etwas störend dabei ist zunächst das beständige Brummen der Motoren, an das man sich allerdings schnell gewöhnt. Dann kann man sich entspannt zurücklehnen und genießen. Der Clou ist allerdings die Heizfunktion.    This massager is a pretty good product. I like that it has so many small nodes to hit so many places at once. My wife loves that she can use this thing for hours without any issues, too. It hit all of her sore spots without going too heavy and causing her pain. We'll keep this around for as long as it lasts.

   First off, the battery life on this thing is crazy, I ran it for an hour out of the box before charging it. I have charged it once since then and have used it 6 or 7 times since. It has 4 things it does: one is vibrate the little knobs, another is shock you like a TENS unit with the same knobs, 3 and 4 are both heat, but they have seperate settings and I think the knobs heat with one adjustment and there is heat from somewhere else for the other adjustment. I have used it for several sessions while driving a 5 hour drive and it was great.

   This is my review of the Soothely Neck Massager with Heat (Model G7 Pro-Max): This is definitely smaller and more lightweight and portable than the neck massagers that you move around with the long hand straps, but you also lose the ability to move it around as easily in my opinion. With the long hand straps, you can manually adjust the pressure if you want to go deeper. The heat was fine, but I just expected more from the massage aspect, I guess.

   Wife LOVES this little neck massager best little device she has tried so far, almost a daily user. IT's really nice lightweight device that you can wear around your neck while still doing things around the house. It's a pretty decent massager with a 15 minute timer that shuts off automatically, which is nice just in case you fall asleep while using the device, trust me it does relax you that much. I know the price is a bit steep, but as with any electronics that shrunk, it's more for less. IT's massage patterns are nice and it's not to hard on your muscles like the bigger unit we have, it will leave you in pain if you're not careful using my big massager. This one works just fine and it's virtually impossible for it to hurt your muscles.

   This unit messages your neck as well as a very quick heat up time to add heat. It's easy to use and instructions are clear. I do however feel it will not do enough if your looking for relief. There's not enough weight to it to really do much unless you are pushing down. The heat may help though. I do also believe this item to be a bit overpriced in my own opinion. Overall it's a decent product that could possibly work for the right person.

It has what they call moxibustion which in this case is an infrared heat ( not mugwort like at the acupuncture clinics ) as well as a pulsing and an almost tingling feeling. The features can go from level one to level six and it charges easily. The massager is very futuristic looking and is comfortable to wear. I hope my thoughts, opinions and photos help someone deciding if a neck massager with heat might be a benefit to them.

   This neck massager feels great while sitting at a desk doing work. It's very portable and stays in place quite well. As far as how well it works, it feels awesome! It's very soothing and comforting. It' a massager, but it helps with stress a lot as well. I'm not a huge fan of the price. The current asking price of $139.99 is high in my opinion. The price tag aside, this massager feels great. It's been a big help while doing deskwork.

   I've tried several shiatsu type neck massager devices, and I generally like them. This is a very different neck massage experience, but I also like it a lot. Instead of kneading your neck muscles, this device has two different treatment options, percussive massage, and what they call "pulse". The pulse function is not really explained in the instruction booklet, but it feels similar to a TENS type electrical stimulation of the neck muscles. It's a strange feeling if you're not used to it, but not uncomfortable or painful. After using thisc pulse function, my neck muscles do feel looser and more relaxed, so I feel like it is beneficial. The shape of this device makes it not easily useable for any other muscles besides the neck, so it is very site specific. I also feel like the price tag (just under $140 at the time of this review) is quite high compared to other neck massage devices.

   My neck is in bad shape and it hurts after a few hours of just sitting/standing/walking and feels weak and painful. I have been wearing this the past few shifts that I have had at work and the heat and vibrations ease the pain in my neck so I can continue to function while at work.

   I already have a roller/ball neck massager which I use periodically. The problem with that massager is that it is large and fairly cumbersome to use. The upside of that massager is that it does give a deep massage via roller balls. This massager is a good compliment to that massager. The massage is not deep, but the massager is very easy to use. The massage goes easily around the neck and provides both heat and a pulsating massage. The controls on the side of the device have voice commands which tells you exactly what mode of massage and heat you are utilizing. If you are looking for a portable massage with moderate heat and massage characteristics, this is the massager for you. If you want a deep massage the roller massagers are likely the choice.

   This device is good for muscle relaxation and deep muscle relief. Additionally, it is an intelligent design with a convenient single button that allows the user to turn on the device and quickly assess all functions with a finger or thumb. I like that it is lightweight and portable with long battery life. The quality and craftsmanship is great. It's a little pricey, but the value is there.

   I like how portable and lightweight this massager is. I also like then it has many different types of functions from heat and infrared to massage and a pulse setting which is similar in effects to a tens unit. It has a number of preset massage routines or you can set it up manually to your liking. I've mostly been using it on the pulse and infrared settings together. Probably my favorite thing is that it's rechargeable and doesn't need to be plugged in during use so I can putter around the house and get things done instead of being tied down by a cord to an electrical outlet.

If you don't like deeper muscle massage and want greater coverage for TENS treatment or similar, then this could be a very good device. It's comfortable to wear for extended periods, which helps. However, I personally would have been disappointed paying full price for this.

   As of lately I've been experiencing mild neck muscle discomfort and nothing really seemed to work. Sure topical ointment worked short term but nothing long term ever helped. With this neck massager my troubles are solved! Not only is it an automated massager but with the added heat function it relaxes my muscles just as good as a visit to the chiropractor. I will even go as far to say even better :). An added bonus is it is completely wireless so all it takes it a recharging of the battery and you're good to go anywhere. It's could also be a great gift idea. 10/10 product I definitely recommend!

   Geez, this thing is really powerful. Usable for most necks. Yes, it does stretch to fit, but I think it's limited. The heat function adds an extra level of relaxation, and the vibrational settings can range from relaxing to strong intensity—an overall great stress reliever.

   This thing is great quality & truly does work - great to relax after a long office day. Lots of settings to choose from. I would recommend having it off mute - as the woman's voice helps figure out which level of settings I'm using. The downside is the 15 minute limit. The instructions say "10 days of continuous use... 15 mins/day"... which is a bit misleading. It's not continuous if there's a limit... but also the 15 mins isn't quite enough. Maybe for one person, but it doesn't allow for multiple family members to use so that's a shame.

I'd hope that a future iteration will improve on the depth of the massage it offers.

   Gives a decent enough massage, of course not as good as a human, but I think it helps me. I'm an average size guy, and the fit is a little tight. Maybe that's necessary for the full effect. Putting a little pressure on the device, like laying down with the massager between me and the arm of the sofa really enhances the massaging effect.

   I decided to upgrade from my red light therapy neck brace to this unit when it was on sale. I have had 3 neck surgeries and now have a larger Dowager’s hump and am in. Instant pain with burning. The nerve pain also radiates down my arms. After using this massager with red light therapy, my neck feels a lot better. Not saying it gets rid of my issue, but the red light with massage and heat is very enjoyable. I also wanna say that it does decrease the pain radiating down my arms. You can control this unit with your phone and play around with intensity on every level.

   I have tried a few of these vibrating neck massagers that look somewhat like this. This one by far is my favorite. Not only does that have the vibration motion in different patterns that you can choose. It also has a built-in TENS unit to help relax those muscles. Charges nicely and last a long time. Easy to operate. Connected to app with no problem. If you’re looking for a neck massager along this line, give this one a try!

   I've been using the Soothely Foldable neck massager for over a week now, and I have to say... I love it! The fact that it is wireless is such a game changer for me! I can literally bring it along with me to give myself a neck massage when I need it without plugging it into a wall. The amount of pressure and heat that the device can produce can be pretty intense in case you're looking for a hot massage. I thought the battery life lasted a pretty long time. I would totally think about getting this for someone as a gift.

   I'm using the Neck Massager while writing this review. I always have a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, especially after playing saxophone where the weight of the instrument is carried on my neck. This Soothely Foldable Neck Massager is an awesome device with several varied modes and intensities of vibration and red light heat therapy. It arrived in an attractive green presentation box with distinctive matching green USB-C cable. I like the vocal feedback when turning on/off and changing settings, but there's a switch that looks like it's for muting that doesn't seem to do anything. I downloaded the Android app and it installed and connected extremely easily and just used my email to confirm without making me set a password like too many other apps. With the app you can control the device settings visually and I just found where you can lower the volume to a softer level. It also displays battery strength.    I'm using the Neck Massager while writing this review. I always have a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, especially after playing saxophone where the weight of the instrument is carried on my neck. This Soothely Foldable Neck Massager is an awesome device with several varied modes and intensities of vibration and red light heat therapy. It arrived in an attractive green presentation box with distinctive matching green USB-C cable. I like the vocal feedback when turning on/off and changing settings, but there's a switch that looks like it's for muting that doesn't seem to do anything. I downloaded the Android app and it installed and connected extremely easily and just used my email to confirm without making me set a password like too many other apps. With the app you can control the device settings visually and I just found where you can lower the volume to a softer level. It also displays battery strength. I find that even the highest settings are pretty mild, not as intense as a strong manual or shiatsu massage, but it does feel good and helps relieve some of the tension in my neck.

   I ordered this for a pinched nerve in my neck that has been making sleep and bending my neck miserable for the last couple weeks. I didn't realize it was a TENS unit when I ordered it. I already have a more expensive EMS unit, so I was willing to give it a try. Honestly, modes 1 and 2 on the default intensity feel like a bee stinging my neck 30 times a minute. Ouch! I'm not sure who designed those, but it'd probably be comfortable cranked all the way down. However, mode 3 feels like a real massage, and if you turn on the heat, it's great. My other EMS unit gives me great hip pain relief, and this was the same with neck pain. I also like that it comes with the option to turn this into EMS for other parts of your body with the strips, and they're thoughtful enough to include a little water bottle so you can spray the connection points before using.

   I can wear it most of the day. It relaxed my neck and I can turn my neck. It doesn’t fix the problem for once I take it off to charge my neck stiffens up but it is so beneficial in the tightness while I’m wearing it. Much relief I worry the switch might wear out for sometimes I have trouble getting it to turn on but so far so good

   I have had several shoulder surgeries, including two reverse shoulder replacements. Now and then, I will get neck pain that radiates toward my shoulder blades. I have tried several neck massagers that just do not help relieve the pain or pressure, however, this neck massager does the trick. I love the stimulation of the nerves and the gentle massage that it provides, which helps alleviate my neck pain and tightness. I recommend this product, which can be used anywhere with ease!

   I picked this unit because it has 4 tens unit pads vs other models that have 2. Myself and my family have been using it frequently and it feels great. We haven't used the disposable attachments yet, but then again, haven't had the need. I like the different massage programs on the unit as well as the controls on the remote to be able to increase and decrease the 'impulses' as well as the heat function. Overall a solid 5/5 for me!

   Originally purchased this to help with both discomfort and tension in my neck left over from neck surgery years ago. The combination of the electric stimulation and heat has proved effective and lessening my symptoms. I have bought many of these neck stimulators over the years and most of which I have returned due to the fact that they were sufficiently effective. This product however is better than the rest.

   I give this 10 stars if I could! The pulsating points really bring relaxation to the tense points. I tried it out first, I actually purchased this for my 89 year old Mother, unfortunately her neck has too much curvature so this wonderful device didn’t work for her. I will say if I encounter neck issues in the future I will be purchasing this device for myself! I highly recommend!

   This is a really nice device and it seems to already be helping with my chronic neck pain. It is comfortable to wear, pretty quiet, and there are numerous options for intensity, heat, light etc. I’m very happy with my purchase. Wish list: I wish it had Bluetooth and app. Or a remote. It is hard to change the settings on it during use without taking it off. Maybe it will be easier over time. It would also be nice to have a way to know exact battery life.

   UPDATE Customer service reached out and offered to send me a replacement. I got it and so far it works perfect. I really appreciate customer support, they really wanted to help. Changing to 5 stars now. Stopped working after a couple of months of a very not regular use. Now it “works” only if S button pressed and voice and all other features are gone. Garbage

It's really easy to put on (unlike the Tens units) and has a heat option that I love. There are different modes but I keep it mostly on the first one because it's easy and it works for me. Thanks!

   Works well for neck pain relief. It’s probably helps 7 out of 10 times. So it’s a win for me. There are 2 extra electrode slices that plug into the neck massager, and you can place those in various places around your body. They have worked well for some shoulder/back pain relief. I love that they included a mini spray bottle to wet your skin for the neck massager- I found that to be a great “extra touch.” Would recommend this product!

   I bought something similar to this from Sharper Image last year - wouldn't even come on! But took a chance on this because my neck aches so much all the time. When it arrived it was even charged and working! It was wonderful because I needed it right then. Since then I've figured out the app and found the settings that work for me. This has been a lifesaver for me and my neck, shoulders, and headaches. If you cannot afford a daily massage and your neck is usually your pain culprit, this may be your answer. It is very lightweight and I've found ways to move it closer to my neck/shoulder area when that hurts. Best Purchase ever!

   To be honest, I was really nervous about the electric shocks and the tingles from these types of massagers. I've done those electric foot pads and couldn't get past having the tingling sensations pulsing at my feet. I started off at the lowest stimulation level and ease on up the level to a comfortable level. The instruction booklet was easy to follow on starting the use of it for my first time. All the electric pulse modes have their own unique massage patterns. After my first time use and getting past that initial shock fear and I began to actually like this particular electric massager. The neck massager is easy to recharge but I do wish the remote had it's own rechargable battery since it requires cr2032 button batteries which they are generous to include 2 with the massager in the box.

   This is the most amazing neck massager out there! I'm not even kidding! I struggle with neck pain every single day of my life and this massager has been a literal LIFESAVER. It's so easy to use, a toddler could do it, but please don't let your toddler use it. This massager reminds me of being in physical therapy. It's just THAT GOOD. This doesn't just knead the area, it actually massages as if it's an actual person massaging your neck. The heat is an extra addition that is absolutely essential, in my opinion. The charge on it lasts for quite a few hours, if you needed to use it for that long. I only need to charge it every few days. There are multiple (15!) levels of massage and 3 different temperatures of heat. This massager will get your WHOLE neck, you won't have to move it to get other areas, this thing gets it all. It looks expensive, but TRUST ME, it's so, so worth it!

   This product is a great EMS neck massager! I am in love. It's very similar to a tens unit by using EMS but also adds three levels of heat. I followed the instructions and used the included spray bottle to spray water on my neck prior to putting the device on. There are different types of pulses to choose from, as well as three different intensities of pulse, so you can increase the intensity based on your tolerance. You can also adjust the three levels of heat if you choose to use it. The massager feels so amazing that I am happy it has an auto shut off after 15 minutes because I would definitely lose track of time. I did attempt to use the included extra nodes that you can place on other places of your body, but it greatly reduces the stimulation so I will not be using that functionality with the massager. It is very easy to use and get started. I highly recommend if you have any muscle tightness or soreness in your neck.

   This rechargeable EMS neck massager is really cool. It works very similarly to a portable TENS unit. It uses electrical stimulation that pulses to create a massage effect, and it also heats up as well. It has various settings, up and down for both heat and intensity, and has two different types of massage modes as well. You can wear it uncorded on your neck for a nice soothing neck massage while you carry on your daily duties. Or you can use the optional pads and cords to apply additional stimulation to other muscles on your body such as your legs or arms. It is very easy to use. The session last about 15 minutes before it turns itself off. It's not recommended to use it longer than that, or if you have various medical conditions such as a pacemaker.

   Struggling with neck issues my whole life. Countless visits to chiropractors and a purchase of an over the counter device that was supposed to be great. Have a tens unit great for home but what I needed was something to help with neck pain anywhere. Especially work. I reviewed many similar products. Tried one sent back as it only had the 2 pads not 4. This product has been a life saver.I use it daily sometimes more than once. Had surgery on neck 2 months ago and still this is so helpful for the aches and pains. Love this , highly recommend, pleased with the extra battery as I went to use one day and it wouldn’t work. Backup battery to the rescue. Yes definitely use oil or lotion before using. Again highly recommend.

   I have had neck issues for a long time. I have every neck massager, stretcher or pain inflicter on the market. I saw this and thought it would be great for my little collection. It is amazing!!! I have been using it once or twice a day and noticed a huge improvement. It is essentially a TENS unit but more convenient. I just throw it on and there isn't any adjusting or sticky pads. I love this thing and will continue to use it daily.

   If you're familiar with Tens therapy, you'll love this massager. And if you're not, you're really going to love this massager. My previous unit that my chiropractor had recommended finally gave out, so I was excited to try this one. This massager is quite an upgrade. It has heat and it's rechargeable. My old one had no heat, and ran on a 9V battery. This one can give up to 15 uses on one charge, and I can plug it in to recharge anywhere. No more worrying about having a spare battery around. This unit is portable, and can be worn practically any time you need it. I use mine at work and in the car. My husband occasionally get kinks in his neck because of the way he sleeps. This massager has helped him greatly. I just can't find anything negative about it. I highly recommend it.

   We bought two of them and I really enjoy it. My mom isn’t as big of a fan but I think it’s more than she’s having issues with the settings. You really do need to wet your neck for the best results. Without a damp surface they just don’t make a great connection. I struggled a little with the extension pads I’m a bigger guy wear an xl shirt, 6’ tall, and found the wires are just barely long enough to install the extension pads on my lower back. It has its short comings but I can say it works! I was having some back neck and back pain and with the heat and the tens action going it made it go away. I’m 5 star happy despite the short comings and would definitely buy it again.

I used them along my shoulders, and they worked as well as the neck electrodes. they include a small spray bottle to apply water to the areas you want to attach the electrodes for better conduction. I ended up just wetting my hands and rubbing it on the back of my neck and that was actually a lot faster. Either way, you need to have a little moisture there to make everything work right. This also includes a heater, which can be turned up very high. The heat was useful to an extent. I think in a pinch it would work, but I prefer my microwave neck wrap. )The heat also runs the battery down faster.) There is one negative. The device must be run from a remote control. The remote is very nice and well made, and they even include an extra battery for it. All of that is great. I just wish that they had either figured out a way to attach the remote to the device itself or included a small bag to keep them together. I ended up taking a small drawstring bag from something else to keep everything (remote, extra pads, water spray bottle) in one place. I can imagine that without that, they would constantly begin separated and the device simply won't work without the remote, so you better figure out a way to keep track of it. So, 4.5 stars (because no bag) rounded up to five.

   For me this is a great neck massager to use. I do like the extra bonus of having two other places where you can massage with the extension of the pad. But it is something that you have to get used to doing but it does work. You have to make sure that the area that you are using the neck massager is moist so it can have better contact so you can feel it on your skin. Either using water to pat or using a massage solution for that area will help. But for me I do like that this has more of a covering area for your neck in a little bit of your back, which helps amazingly.

   I love this! I am using it daily! The first time I used it, I was not ready for the small shock but once you know what it feels like, it's good. I have only used the lower mode so far at max EMS. Also full heat. So relaxing and really helps!! Well worth getting!!

   It has heat that can really get hot. It has multiple range for heat and for electrical stimulation, it can be quite intense. It does both right at my neck line and then a little below which is nice. It charges quickly and last a long time. It does help with pain relief if you understand the concept of the Tens signature. It's nice that it offers additional pads for other locations a huge plus but I haven't tried that yet. I think it's a solid made product. I hope it works for years to come as I treat all my electronics with care.

   My neck is sore from an auto rear ending me and causing a whiplash type incident. I applied ice, but had trauma and ended up in the ER with a concussion. After recovering for a few months yet again a slammed from behind, this time hit-n-run. I saw a chiropractor, but the pain wasn't going away. I decided to get this neck massage with heat. My Oh my, it felt so good to have the variable random like impulses with heat being applied to my neck. I use it for 15 minutes on the way to work, then 15 minutes on the way home from work, 5 days a week, then recharge the battery over the weekend.    I LOVE this! I really like how well it was made. A few people on here said they didn't get the USB charger but, I got one with mine and so did my Sister I talked in to buying one. It feels SO relaxing how it gets warm. My favorite setting is the 3rd one. The way it goes from the top nodes to the bottom nodes back and forth. Even better they had a $25.00 coupon off right now. So, if you are wondering if you should go for it, just do it. You won't be disappointed!! I absolutely love it. Oh, and I had a migraine the other day and put this on, and it helped, a lot! JUST DO IT!!

   On my first usage, I was impressed with the well-built quality of this device. I think someone mentioned it performs better if spraying some water on the contacting surfaces before turning it on. It does its job! Felt good in the neck with the heat and the integrated tens. The included remote control is a big plus! But remember this is an EMS ( Electrical Muscle Relaxer). If you are looking for some massager that provides intensive kneading, this is probably not the best.

   First off let me start by saying that you do need to have this wet to use. So make sure you read the instructions before use. I just used a wet rag with mine. But once I got that all figured out it works really good. Make sure you start on a lower setting because it does heat up fast and it gets pretty hot. Not sure if you can actually burn yourself but you definitely don't want to find that out.

   I was impressed with the quality of this device. It felt nice in the neck with the heat and the integrated tens did a good job relaxing me. Using the remote made the device very simple to use. It can be portable but may need a bag if you planning to carry the tens pad also. Highly recommended for use at the office or drivers to take a break. No issues were found, good massager.

   This cordless intelligent massager is much more of a Tens machine. It is basically an EMS ( Electrical Muscle Relaxer) . The massage option is not strong at all, if you’re looking for a good massage. The EMS capabilities are very good though, and the remote allows you to turn it up or down according to your comfort. The remote also controls the heat and has up or down buttons that are easy to read. This comes with everything you need, except the USB adapter to charge it. It even comes with a battery in the remote, and an extra battery for replacement ( that’s something I’ve never seen). It turns on easily by pushing the button on the massager, then is controlled by the remote. If you’ve never used this type of therapy, I suggest starting out slow, because it will make you sore, but the more you use it the longer and stronger you can tolerate. If you have neck issues, this is a good device to help with pain and stiffness.

   Fantastic contraption. Works great, relaxes, and I love the added silicone electrode slices. I use the latter on my knees and they provide relief after a workout. This is not a medical device but it does give a feel of "detente" The massager is small enough to fit in any suitcase or large tote bag.

   This device works ok.The ring around the start button is loose and depending on setting very noisy. has offered a refund, waiting on response from Soothely. Sent 3 emails to Soothely no response as of yet. I tried my sisters device much quieter than mine. I would prefer an exchange. With lack of customer service from Soothely I feel like returning to for refund. As a business owner this is not the way to help a customer. Buyer Beware !! Caveat Emptor !! Since I got very little satisfaction from Soothely stepped up to the plate as usual. exchanged my device with a new one.Only took 3 days and no hassles.The replacement device works great always steps up to the plate weather a new purchase of past purchase.That’s why I buy from ,it’s called customer service Thanx Unkljimmy

   Ive been having neck pain for a while. This is comfortable and has various modes. Dont expect an actual kneading feeling but it is relaxing and the different heads allows for a massage in a wide spread area. I like the hear option. I bought one to keep at work too. Easy to wear and work in the computer or walk around.

   With 16 different massage functions and three heat gears, you will definitely find one that works well to release your tense, tight neck muscles. The battery works extremely well; several uses before it needs to be recharged. It's lightweight and small enough for travel. I used a Corelle coffee cup for size comparison. The metal conductors use water versus gel so there's no hidden future costs. This device truly deserves 10 stars.

   I ordered this in December and have used it EVERY day. Unfortunately it stopped working a few days ago, I don’t know why. Since the return option had passed I contacted the seller and today received a new unit at no charge and didn’t have to return the unit that is no longer working.
