    I've actually owned this for 6 years and have used it as needed. Recently I tweaked my back again and used this along with typical floor stretching and what an incredible difference it has made. I now use it on its highest setting everyday for just a few minutes. You need to learn how to relax your hips and let gravity stretch you out. I sold my inversion table a few years ago and have never regretted it. This device gives me a better quality of life.

After reading about some of the positive benefits people have felt after using back stretching devices, I thought it was worth trying myself. The positive reviews that I read about this product before purchasing are well earned. After a week of use, I am already feeling positive benefits myself. I am able to rest on it on the first 2 levels, but have been using the first level so as not to push my body too fast.     I bought this as a back cracking device to relieve lower back pain. This is my first time trying the product. Although my back did not crack, this feels ridiculously comfortable and definitely lives up to the good reviews. Comes with 3 easy to adjust settings. Would reccommend!!!

    I bought this for my husband and he says it does work that it relives the pressure in his back if he uses it every day. He suffered from sciatic nerve pain but with this he has been using it 5 min everyday after work and he hasn't been to the chiropractor in about 5 months where usually he would go two or three times a month. The quality is good and sturdy it doesn't break easily.

    I have lower back pain. It's so bad at times that I can barely walk. I bought this as a last resort. Since using this product, I have never felt better. I use it first thing in the morning and before bed. It was slightly uncomfortable on the first setting but I have worked up to the second setting and I feel AMAZING. If you're experiencing lower back pain, BUY THIS.

    My husband is a disabled vet and this product has truly helped his back so much through out his day. He uses this at least twice a day!     Been using it once to twice a day for 5 mins like it says. I still use it on its lowest setting but I feel the different. My lower back feels way better and I don’t hunch over as much as I use to

    Really good product. One must appreciate that there is some initial discomfort but because of the nature of the product and its purpose. However after using it you would understand why. It is a sturdy product . Not much assembly needed but some strength is required to move from one level to the next.

    I needed my back stretched and this thing definitely provides some relief. I'd recommend this, but as other have said, stay away from the highest of the 3 arches when using it.. especially if you're not particularly flexible.

    i've had lower back pain for 2.5 years. It occurred from overarching my back during a weightlifting exercise. I've been going to a chiropractor and physio for my pain. I put this on the maximum arch setting and lay for 10 minutes. My back feels so stretched out and feels so good after. My back is by no means fixed, but this has really helped along with help from my doctors. I recently recommended this to a friend in real life who had back surgery.

    I am a 36 year old male, and I have had back and neck pain for a little over a year. This device (plus a neck hammock I got) have given me a new lease on life.     As I age, I've been encountering back issues and my thoracic spine flexibility has started to get lower.I have an inversion table that helps spacial relief between my vertebrae.However, I needed more help with the thoracic part.This device has done the trick. I used to be able to do the back bridge with a clean C formation with my spine. I am now much closer to doing that and can see myself getting that amount of flexibility back again.I started at the level one arch and now am able to get my back to stretch to the level two arch.This also has helped me do a more relaxed cobra pose and not have pain.I will continue to use this to preserve and improve my back flexibility as I age.Great product.

    This thing helps stretch the lower back. Many devices don’t help me do that including my inversion table. It just does not get the lower back decompression like this does.The little spikes might feel good to some, but I find them a bit painful. Lay a towel over it when using for more comfort.

    I've used it irregularly. I have severe lower back pain due to a military-related injury. I wake up EVERY SINGLE MORNING, stiff as heck, with terrible lower back pain and sciatica pain because lower back pain just wasn't enough suffering lol.I don't like my carpet so I don't like laying on it in any form, so I haven't used this daily. But the times that I have used it, I notice I have less pain the next day when I wake up. Sometimes, I have NO pain at all. I can't say that it relives pain on the spot; sometimes it lessens it, other times I don't notice any difference. But, It's affordable; I say TRY IT. You have nothing to lose but your back pain!

    Took a little bit of muscle to assemble this. My son had to do it for me since apparently I'm a weakling. 🤣 So, it comes in two pieces. You can select from 3 different locations to make the arch bigger or smaller. I like the middle spot best. For my daughter we need the highest arch. It does provide a good stretch and expect some popping to happen. I personally like the pokey parts but my son said they were a bit rough. Probably depends on what clothing you are wearing. Overall I really like it. I do a lot of computer work so I hunch over a lot. Really need a good stretch.

    This is great for back pain, usually I get home and lay on the floor to rest my back but with this device it takes it a step further supporting & stretching my spine. I start on the first level and then after 15 minutes move to the second level and add a pillow to keep my neck aligned. I weigh 260, if you’re wondering if it’ll hold your weight.

    I used to have something similar to this that was made by a chiropractor friend of mine but I lost it in a moved10 years ago. I have been looking for something similar since I lost it. I was pleased to find this option, even though it is a little different. I like that the height of the arch can be adjusted. The plastic is pretty rigid and I had a hard time getting it to bend beyond the first level at first. I had to work with the plastic a little bit and it is still kind of difficult to do, but I can get it done. It feels really nice to lay on if you put a towel over it. The little plastic spikes do offer a massage but they are also pokey on the spine. After being hunched over all day feeding my newborn this is a very welcome relief on my back and posture.
