    This is a very unique type of neck massager and one that I've never tried before. It uses electro magnetic Pulses to massage your neck. It has 2 stainless steel electrodes and comes with a remote so that you can adjust the massager. It has a heating mode and 3 different massage modes. It also has plus and minus buttons to increase or decrease the strength by up to 15 levels.     This is an amazing neck massager. I got this when my husband had really bad pain in his neck. My friend told me to get this because it helped her a lot. It has 3 different modes. What I would have liked if it would have 3 different modes to show what mode it can change to. It only has one button and you have to change it depending on that button. My husband and I had to keep pressing to know which mode it is. But overall, it helped him a lot. That’s why I give it 5 stars. He uses it everyday when coming from work.

    I must say I thought I received a defective product in the beginning. After put on my neck, turned on the power, no matter how many times I pressed the level button, I simply cannot feel anything.Thanks to the customer service, I found MUST wet a bit your skin (touch area), and every time after change the mode, The level will be reset to lowest. Which maybe kinda inconvenient. The massage is more like tens unit, instead of vibration it offers electric pulse. Someone may feel weird in advance. But indeed it relax my neck muscle after around 10mins massage.

    I have a herniated disc on my C5 and I use lots of things to help manage my pain. The thing I like about this is because I can walk, lay, sit and do other things while using it.     It will run for 15 minutes and automatically turn off. It can run around 10 times with fomentation after fully charge. it will peep twice after it reaches the max 15 strength so that I can know. It is a little bit tight for me, on the other hand it contacts well. As software engineer, my neck is not well. This helps me a lot and feel really relax after using it.

    This thing is AWESOME! I wasn't sure if i would like the way it felt because not all neck massagers feel great but this one is great. The heat function is super nice on its own and then is really therapeutic when combined with the massage. I wear it while I drive to work and even at my desk sometimes. It holds a charge for a while and is super compact and easy to wear.

    The first thing I noticed about this massager is how light it is, and how comfortable it is to wear. It's totally hands free. You can easily wear this on your neck, while doing other things around the house, or while working at your computer, or whatever. It stays in place with no effort, and it doesn't feel like you have something big/bulky around your neck, and you don't have to hold it in place with your hands. It also makes ZERO noise. You could literally wear this at work, and you wouldn't be disturbing anybody. It's very discrete, and I love that I can talk on the phone, or watch tv while wearing it, without having to deal with any extra noises.

    I bought this neck massager for myself. I often have stiff neck due to long hours of working and sitting in front of computer. This electric pulse neck massager helps to relax my neck muscle and reduce my neck pain. I now use it twice a day, 10 minutes each time and I feel my neck is not as stiff as before. There are 6 different modes and 15 levels of strength to choose from. I love the remote control which makes it easy to adjust the massage mode and strength level. Also the heating function is a plus. The neck massager seems to made with good quality, not the cheap kind of material. I also like its stylish look when you put it on your neck. Over all I really like this product.

    I just tried my neck massager and I'm in LOVE! I have a disease called Cervical Dystonia which cause very painful muscle cramping in the neck. I came across this neck massager and saw it had a 90 day return policy, so thought I'd give it a try. It's very comfortable which surprised me because I usually don't like things touching my neck. I love the feel of the electrical impulses (there are 3 different settings) They feel like little hands beating my neck. (15 intensity settings)

    I got this as a present for my sister. She has been complaining about neck pain. And I thought this would be a great gift for her birthday. She loves it and has been using it alot. She said her neck feels warm when it's on, and has a little tingly sensation if it's on low mode. She onky uses it 15 mins each time. So battery life is very good. This works for her because she's always on her laptop and neck problem had occured. So with this, it can ease some of the tightness n tension in the muscles.

    I'm a programmer and I sit in front of the computer every day.My neck hurts and it's so tight that it's hard to get around sometimes.I love this lovely massager.It adds heat and massages the mold.It's funny. When I beg, It feels like a cramp.I don't feel any tight muscles.It's amazing!The instructions say not to use it for more than 30 minutes a day.This is a very important caveat.Even if it's good, don't overuse it.It's highly recommended for people with neck pain

    i love this so much, ive contemplated putting it into my purse. its a tens unit so if youve ever had physical therapy, you have some idea what it does. it takes a little of messing around to get which setting you prefer but there are 15 options and its basically different variations of tiny pulse patterns. its a very simple and elegant design. it is so lightweight so if i rly wanted to, i could carry it around in my bag. highly recommend for people are prone to stiff necks.

    This is the perfect size for going anywhere. Initially I thought the pieces at the back would move, but they just wiggle to fit to your neck perfectly. It’s basically a tens machine for your neck. Start on a low setting is my advice. I’ve included a photo of it with my home neck massager for scale.

    Wow. What a interesting contraption. I thought I was buying a massager for the neck, but when I received the item it was an "electrical" massager for the neck. I definitely didn't think this would work, but I gave it try anyways due to return policy. At first, the sensation is super weird. Feels like a bunch of prickly feels almost as if your hand/feet asleep. But you can change the intensity and that's where the "pain-relief" comes into play. It did take a while for me to get use to it as the sensation just doesn't feel right, but give it a shot and it will improve your neck strain immensely. Like everyone staring a computer screen most days of the week can cause some neck pain. I sought a solution, albeit on accident, but this little neat device help reduce some tension. Overall, a happy purchase.
