    I absolutely love this sauna vest. It definitely does it job. I have worked out in it consistently for three days and it definitely helps me sweat more. I’m 5’9 223 pounds. I ordered a large and it fits extremely snug but that’s how I like it. Tight across my body. The Velcro seems to be made of good material and so is the zipper. I struggle to zip up sometimes Eva use it’s so tight but thanks to it’s quality it’s no problem!! I would definitely recommend this product.

    I purchased the item thru but I’m a little sad that I over shot the size and the product fits me a little to big. On previous orders I’ve ordered my regular size which is large and the product ended up being to small so I decided to go with XL this time and it ended up being to big. I have to say that I’m very happy and pleased with the quality of the material!!! I’m just sad that its a little to big for me.

It is comfortable, adjustable (strap) and so far has done everything it said it will do. The material is very strong and durable. I will recommend and have recommended this product to other friends and family in my position trying to lose weight. FYI this is not a miracle product, I also changed my diet and eating habits. Use it as another tool to assist you on your weight control, because it definitely has helped me. I am currently weighing in at 274 pounds and feeling great. Since starting this I was at a 48 pants size and now a 44 waist size and added 4 new holes in my belt in a short period of time.     This has become my go-to training vest. I wear this every time I head to the gym. I have a similar one without the wraparound straps, but this one just took its spot. Great material, snug fit to where there is no riding, and makes you sweat like an animal while working out. You’ll look like the hardest worker in the gym. I do suggest going by the sizing chart. Highly recommended. Take your measurements and go by the size chart. You may think you can your standard size, and you’ll be surprised what size you are in the vest when you take your measurement.
