    This Wellife pain patch is very helpful for pain relief .When still freshly applied it reduce pain as 10/10 after three hours it reduces the pain to 5/10 half way but still the pain is tolerable .It works for 12 hours .     I like these Wellife pain relief patches. The smell is very nice. They seem to work well on my knee pain. I don't know if the way they fit is normal. I say this because when I put them on while sitting they will fit nice and smooth, but when I get up to move the patch still stays on, but the fit is much looser. I do alternate these patches with the Absorbine Junior knee patches. I will continue to buy because of the relief they give. You might give them a try yourself.

    I have arthritis in my knee and some days there's major swelling. I can wear these Wellife pain relief patches all day (8-10hours) and the edges do curl up like some other reviews have stated, but I didn't find that to be very detrimental. I have very sensitive skin and have had no issues with these patches. The "chili" listed in the ingredients does feel slightly warm, but nothing like the horrible menthol patches. (my skin breaks out with menthol and capsaicin) Highly recommend for people with sensitive skin.

    This product really helps with pain. Bought it for my mom and she loves it. Only drawback is you have to put on a light wrapping if you’re gonna wear to bed. Or be moving around a lot. It has a tendency to slip a bit. But overall a great product. Very comfortable and easy to apply. With or without help.

    I was recently diagnosed with degenerative disc disease and have been in a crazy amount of pain. I bought these because I think I have tried just about everything else. These are like magic! I cut them in half to target some areas better. Within 15 minutes I can finally fall asleep or enjoy a movie with family. I have these on auto subscribe and I will cry a million tears if these are ever discontinued. I have not tried the other products that use menthol, but I do have a container of the cream on the way. I really cannot recommend these enough. If you are on the fence, just try them.

    I bought this for my wife who was experiencing really bad knee pain and was skeptical but she use them and they work. The patch works for about 8 hours but starts to fade after about 7 hours. I would recommend a patch that works longer maybe 12 hours but these are doing the job and my wife likes them!

    The patches work great. I ordered a box at the height of my pain. Relief came rather quickly, and after a couple of days I went to bed forgetting to put a patch on. In the middle of the night I was awaken by a dull ache in my knee. For a few days afterward I made sure to have a patch on and the pain has subsided. Today I saw an orthopedic surgeon and had some fluid drained from the knee. I don't need the patches anymore but I will always be sure to have some on hand because as a 60 year old runner I know that I will need them again at some point.

    I have bursitis in my shoulder and elbow so sleeping through the night can be tough because of the pain. I use these before i go to bed, I find it dulls the sharper pains which allows me to sleep through the night.
    A bit of advice, for those with sensitive skin put on about and hour or 2 before bed, dont want them on for more than that...they heat up and can get uncomfortable. They stick on, remain through the shower so sometimes i'll put one on in the early AM. Helps my mobility on rainy days when my shoulder really aches. Greay buy!

    We used these this past weekend for my 13 year old sons soccer tournament as he recently got diagnosed with Osgood Schlatters which is a knee issue caused from a growth spurt. We had to put two on and use additional medical tape in order for it then to survive excessive running and sweat but my son said he had no knee pain!!     My knee pain was becoming so bad that I actually saw a surgeon. I just could not go through with surgery only to have pain after surgery, rehab, etc., with an end result being equal pain and impaired mobility. I found this product and gave it a try. The best thing about it for me is that I can put it on and actively work and not feel pain while working in a fast-paced stand on your feet all day frontline industry.     I broke the 5th metatarsal of my foot 3 months ago. Though it has technically healed now, I still have pain walking up and down steps and when wearing certain shoes. These pad really help.
