   This is the first time using such a product, my routine has been gym crunches., but decided to see if this product can add to a gym session. the product was simple to understand and set up. the session does feel like a crunch. without the sweat. i'm only on the first couple of days ... but feels good. will review again after a month.the only drawback is the belt has to be tightened from behind, unfortunately my body finds it very hard to reach all the way back, would be better if it was on the side. also the original belt does not reach all the way back. so need to use the extender which is sometimes hard to fasten.

   I'm new to using this belt but it is doing great, a 20 mon workout feels like 40, it really helps to tighten and makes me feel that im working harder than I am. I recommend this belt. Its easy to use and to charge it is even easier. I highly recommend it

   Easy to use once you read the directions, I just started today so I'm on level 25 feels funny but gotta get used to it. It's actually relaxing tbh I hope I'll help tone me up some but so far do good

   I use the belt 3 times a week for an hour each day and I can honestly say that with no major exercise besides walking and no major dieting in place I have loss about 2 inches around my stomach area. I was pleasantly surprised that using the belt feels like doing a situp(depends on the level) and I can really see the change.

   I use the belt everyday either to relax or to get that ab contraction. The belt is great for smaller waists as well considering I’m a 28”.The contraction is excellent really helped target the lower abs to define an eight pack and helping keep the stomach muscles tight. I found if you use it laying down, you can go to a higher level. Very easy to use and so far the best ab belt on the market. I also use it for strengthening hernia area instead of surgery.

   This device has a great impact on muscle growth. I wouldn’t substitute anything for a workout but if there’s free time then this device in addition to workouts will help enhance the workout experience.

   I didn"t expect it to be that good. i have been using it for about 3 weeks and i am noticing the results. i feel my stomach are working and toninglike never before when just doing crunches.i love it !

   First this isn't some cheap plastic sheet with sticky pads, this is a well made EMS belt with large contact buttons that deliver the zap to contract the muscles! The belt is comfortable and adjusts to most any size and stays in place when walking and moving around. The controller feels good in your hand and is not some thin plastic button and you can increase the intensity till you just cant take it anymore lol you can see your belly do the cha cha cha for sure. 'The programs take you from beginner to insane ..... Like the saying going you get what you pay for and this is totally worth the few extra bucks and will hold up under constant use.

   I had another ems device and i will say this one is much better once u learn how to use it fits way better because it is a belt and you can have it as tight or loose as you need it to be i use it after a workout and if i wasnt sore before i would be i use it in tangent with my work out and i like the results a lot

   I’ve only been using this for a few days, but I can really feel my abdominal muscles working while this belt is on, which is good as that has always been a problem area for me. I’ll keep up with diet and exercise, but I’m hopeful this belt will help target that area for a little extra oomph.

   First let me say I received this item way before the expected time frame..so cdelivery was excellent..As far the product it is by far the best I have tried and I have tried others in the past..the best feature is the belt feature which helps in mobility and secure positioning to your core. The digital display adjustment feature is also great so you don't have to guess what mode you are in...and it come with a nice storage bag unlike others..Overall I would definitely recommend this product.

   I had done a lot of research about ems machine and their effects on weight loss . Some clinical trials prove it works and others didn’t. I was hesitant to buy this based on review and not wanting to be disappointed. I even went as far as using a website that legitimizes product reviews. A lot of the other machines showed false reviewsBy either people who were paid or accounts that were made up. This one only showed a 1 percent possibility of illegitimate reviews. After a lot of research I finally bought it. After having it for less than a week it has exceeded my expectations. My abs are more sore from this than from doing 100 crunches on my ab machine. You can literally feel your abs contracting and at some points I was even panting and sweating as if I did a hard workout. So no I wasn’t paid to leave this review and I usually don’t leave any reviews in that matter unless I’m really disappointed by a product. So trust me when I say this littler machine works!

   Over 12 months, I have tried all of the various types and at least 5 different brands of EMS abs muscle trainers and have concluded that the MBODY belt is the most powerful, effective, and best on the market. I am a body builder and need the maximum intensity of program 6. This product has 10 programs for various levels of fitness and intensity up to 150. Used daily, 2X per day for 30 min each, the automatic program time, I have been able to shred the last visceral and subcutaneous fat that have given me a challenge for years. Whereas my application is at the upper end of extreme, I am certain that at any level of fitness, the user will see significant results if the product is used consistently. Note, it is important to change the pads after about 20 uses and the replacements on the market vary in conductivity and thickness.    I have had this for about 2 weeks now and I have used this daily, while driving in my car for extended periods and while doing house work. It actually works. I may overuse the thing but love it. I also use it on my back which assists in losing up my muscles. I have actually wrapped it around my hamstrings as well. I am sure they would not recommend it however wherever I have problem areas I have been using it on them. For the money its a great purchase.

   After using it for the first time you can really feel it working your entire core. I love that they add an extender for you to use with the belt. It is very good thinking ahead. I have seen better results in my abdominals. I love incorperating this into my workout rutin.

   I bought this belt for my girlfriend to see how it would compare with the more expensive flex belt which is 4 times more than this one . The functions all seem to be pretty similar the gel pads stick just as well as the flex belt for a lot less. The programs are good and the charge has lasted for at least 3 program runs before having to charge it back up. My girlfriend has really enjoyed this belt.

   Today is July 11, 2020 this is my second day wearing MBODY belt and it’s still has 3 Bars on the unit now let me explain this to you I’m a Lyft Driver I drive 8 hours a day that’s a total of 16 hours while I’m driving the belt is on me and working I will get back with y’all When I loose a bar this is a real good unit you won’t be disappointed!    Wow, glad I didn’t spend the extra money on a flex belt, I’ve been using a slender tone abs5 for a few years now, always worked great but from the years of using it recently the battery box has been corroded and wasn’t working all the time.Came across this and had to test it out for the price, and glad I did! It works as well so far as my slender tone, and I’m sure it’ll be better once I get to the levels this one can get up to, I’ll have to order a second soon just to have as a back up but the way this is made, I’m sure it’ll last a few years for me 👍👍I’ll try to check back in and give an update, but so far it’s an amazing and very fair priced ab stimulator.

   I’ve had the product for about a week and while the initial setup was a little clunky, I’ve felt good using it every day so far. It wakes up my abs more than it seems to cause a post sit-up type of burn but it seems to be working this far!I compared this product to similar ones without the belt and ultimately decided to go with the belt because I felt it would hold position better and I’m happy I did.I’m going to try to keep this in regular daily use, the first week has been great so far!I’d absolutely recommend the product. The preset settings are great and you can program contractions upwards to really push a more powerful program to what you desire. Great for beginners & advanced as just an extra added, simple AB exercise in between more aerobic and strength exercise. Why not just use when you are taking a bit of a break...can’t hurt.Very happy I bought even if it was a bit of an impromptu purchase.

   I bought this for my friend for her bday bc she liked mine. This will wake up your abdomen. I had it on level 8 with the intensity level of 150 thinking that was a challenge not realizing it was for endurance. I decided to try level 7, holy moly! That level is advance level and it was intense. I loved the change and the challenge! I love this belt, worth the $.

   I bought a couple ab stimulators and so far this one hasn't disappointed me. The gel pads tend to dry out really quick maybe because of the hot days. Overall, good product, honest stimulation on the core.My main concern is how and when can I replace the gel pad when/if unfortunately they dry out or wear down?

   I have had a couple of different abs stimulators and this one is the real deal..I give all the features 5 stars especially the comfort and easy of controlling ...This works better than the more expensive belts. If you are hesitating you don't need to...buy it...I purchased two..One for me and another for a friend...She gives it 5 stars also.

   It works well and comes with an extra set of pads. Charging is through a USB cable. The belt is much smaller, but Iam also. The connector stuck in the charger the first couple of times. My engineer husband got it free and found one side of a prong was not perfect. He gently bent it to match the opposite one. Now it works. My father was an electrical engineer, so I know not to force any connector. I think the electrical charges are stronger than the Flex Tone, but I have worked my abs enough for a 75+ woman that I am ok with that. Do not hesitate to buy this if you find the other brands to be too expensive.

   I love this ab stimulator. This product works Great it was easy assembly, works right as expected right out of the box. Charging was easy, comfortable, instruction manual was easy to understand but Vero also included a training calendar for use of product. I love this product so far I've used it everyday for a week 30 mins, but today was my official start using this product mins as directed in the instructions. are absolutely love it I use it after my ab work out.

   I was somewhat skeptical of this belt mainly because of the price; it looks like the flex belt but it's a fraction of the price. After using this belt maybe for about a month now I'm so happy I purchased it! It functions just as the flex belt which could be around $200, while this costed me under $40. I've noticed my waist slimming down and that just motivates me to keep using it. This can be used doing almost anything (I wouldn't use while driving though). If you have any doubts about this belt, let this comment be your determining factor. Buy this belt!
