It is easy to clean the surface fabric of Prism Smart Shoulder Pack, just wipe it with a damp cloth. Do not wash the fabric in the machine. Wash the USB cable by hand in warm water after removing it.

    I have a small obsession with trying out backpacks during my travels, and this one is among my favorites so far. It is very compact, yet has a lot of space. Looks great, and feels great on your shoulders and back. There is very little to dislike, like the bottom front pocket, which is a little difficult to unzip and get to your stuff in, especially if the bag is pretty stuffed. But aside from that, this is a very modern looking minimalist yet practical backpack I would easily recommend.

    Plenty of space for daily use. Mostly use for laptop/ipad, chargers, and business paperwork back and forth between office/home.Crammed it full for a light weekend trip with a shaving kit and a couple of changes of clothes. Doable, but have to be very efficient packer. Bag performed well fully loaded.

    I did a lot of research and comparing before picking a backpack, and eventually chose this one. I was a bit skeptical because of the low price, but it’s amazing. I even managed to fit 5 1-inch binders, a file folder, 14-inch laptop, and a few other things all at once. It’s pretty comfortable to carry, and very cute. My only complaint is sometimes the zippers can be a bit hard to use, but besides that I’m 100% satisfied.

    I really like how there is a dedicated compartment for your tablet with foam padded to protect it. In addition, the bag is really comfortable, has a usb output that can be connected to a portable charger. The product fit many of my needs in a backpack so I am happy with the purchase.

    This is my everything backpack. When I load up and get on my bike it’s still comfortable with the weight.There is one thing I didn’t like but it’s not a problem, the small outer pocket doesn’t open widely, because of how the flap is stitched over it I suppose. Still a great buy and I love how the logo is subtle.

    I am a PhD student who has been looking for a bag for quite a while with the following features:1) Not huge, but not too small to fit my things.2) Fits a 13 inch laptop and a 12.9 inch iPad Pro (in its own case) securely, so both devices feel protected from the outside and the laptop isn’t at risk of repeatedly slamming into the iPad.3) Dual outer cupholders, which can securely hold a 3 inch diameter water bottle and a midsize Yeti cup for my morning coffee. This is a absolutely VITAL, and something many bags simply do not have, or implement poorly. So many bags either have cupholder side pockets that are too small, don’t stretch, or bottles flop right out of them when you start walking. Some don’t have two cupholders or don’t have any at all. The straps adjust super well, the back is incredibly well padded. I feel like I could walk with it for hours and it would still feel comfortable. There is an incredibly number of organizing pockets, which allows me to fit four different cables, an external hard drive, an adapter for my iPad, a Nintendo DS Lite and its charger, a power bank, plenty of pens, a calculator, two different sets of earbuds, and an iPod Classic comfortably. The padded pocket for the laptop also extends to the iPad sleeve (which can accommodate a 12.9 inch iPad Pro and its case), and I don’t feel like the two devices are banging against each other inside. They are also held secure to my back, instead of leaning against the outside of the bag like what happens in most backpacks. This is more secure, and more comfortable for walking. Pumped to get to use this bag more. Of any problems arise, I’ll update. But I don’t expect this will be anything but stellar.

    I've been on the search for a simple, high quality, modern looking backpack for a while. I've purchased a few others that didn't really pan out but this one has been amazing.I use it just about anytime I leave the house for walking around the city, bike rides, and trips to the grocery store.The pockets have great organization slots and are large enough to fit everything I need.I really like that the water bottle holders have elastic so they can stretch to fit any bottle.One thing I'll say is that the zippers are a little difficult to break in but once you do they're solid.I'd buy this backpack again in a heartbeat!

    Great back pack. I used it for my trip to Mexico. It was perfect to take on the plane. Holds a lot and has many different compartments. The secret pocket was great for my passport and extra cash. Materiel is sturdy and it was over all stylish.

    This is a great modern looking functional bag for daily commuters, I usually carry my 15.6 inch mac, mac charger, two small notebooks, lunch box, small keyboard and still have room left to add other accessories. The shoulder pads are soft and thick enough to stay on your shoulders. There are sufficient pockets to keep all your accessories, overall its well made and worth your money.
